He performed the work I had requested and upon completion reviewed the work that he had accomplished Great worker and was proud of his company They should be proud of him as well!
Eric Darrived at the scheduled time, was professional, friendly, courteous and thorough in his maintenance work on our furnace The "X" factor that Eric has is he completely explained the work he was performing; the testing limits, observations he made during the inspection and any cautionary notes he thought appropriate Additionally he reviewed past service inspection records to familiarize himself with past corrective action This tech/homeowner transparency may drive "corporate" crazy but from a homeowner's perspective it's the bedrock of good customer service
