I have been using them for years at my own home so when my son's AC stopped working at his home while he was on a short assignment with the US Army, I knew who to call. I received a prompt appointment and Dave W. arrived within the service window appointment. He also pre-called me to ensure that I would be there to provide him access. Dave quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired it, confirmed AC was working and was on his way. He was friendly, professional and courteous.
I have been using Bellaire for at least 5 or 6 years. I have Randy R[redacted] give the annual inspections to our geothermal unit. I always feel like I am getting very good and honest service. I had a furnace tune up done by Bel Aire this weekend. Dave W, the technician, called ahead to notify me of his arrival time and arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He reviewed the work in depth with me and also provided some excellent suggestions for the maintenance of the unit. He answered all the questions that I had, and overall did a wonderful job on this service. A five stars to him!

Derek of service has been to our home on several occasions to both check the system when we were experiencing problems, and for routine maintenance. He, as nearly all their staff, do not mind someone watching what they are doing and asking questions. Derek is particularly clear and open in the answers and explanations with which he responds. It is a pleasure to work with Derek of Bel-Aire of Portage Michigan.

I had an issue an evening before I was leaving town. They sent a tech out at 10pm and he fixed my issue. The office folks are also very friendly and helpful.

Most recently, heating technician Matt B. tuned up my furnaces prior to the winter season. We have had the privilege of being a customers of Bel-Aire's for approx. 16 years. They sold my wife and I the current furnace / A.C. unit that is in our home as well as installing it. The unit we have has saved us a lot of money. They have always resolved any issues we have had in a timely and professional manner. They come to our home and maintain our system twice a year on the miantance plan we purchased. When we were hit by lightening they bent over backwards to get us up a running again !
