We called Bel Aire on a very hot late saturday afternoon as our air went out. Randy came to our place around 8:30 to work on our central air. He was awesome to work with. He had been on calls all day but was very upbeat, friendly and professional. He had to make a trip back into town for a part and was able to get my air up and running. It was around 10:00 that evening when he finished and the entire time he treated us like we were his only customer. We knew he was hot and tired, but never once did he frown about his long day. He provided us the best service and made sure before he left that we were happy. It's not often you find a company that makes your feel like your issue is their top priority,. Kudos to Bel-Aire and Randy for making us feel important.
I have been using Bel-Aire for over 15 years to service my furnace and air conditioner and have never had a problem with their service. Victor was the friendliest technician and was on time and polite. He did a thorough tune up for my air conditioner and explained his findings completely. Hope to see him again in the fall for my furnace tune up. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We bought a new furnace and A/C nit in May 2016. We had a warranty service call in November because an outlet they installed with a GFI device failed and the condensate pump would not run. They came out and replaced the outlet in late November. One day later it failed so we called again. In early December they came out and installed a third GFI outlet, but this time it was a different brand, and so far it is working satisfactorily after about a week.
Having to call for warrantly work is always a hassle, and I'm sure the company doesn't like to get these calls either. But they have been responsive and it appears they did fix the problem. The installer was Oney, a great employee from the Dominican Republic. His English is pretty good and he did correctly diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. He also checked the whole system over while he was there to make sure everything else was working properly.

He took the time to answer my questions as he performed his required tasks of the annual maintanence on the furnace. We had recently purchased this home and I had many question about it's mechanical systems.....
