You still have not addressed what the first technician did to try and fix my defective recliner I have enclosed a picture of the hole he tried to screw into the piece of furniture connecting to my recliner!!! Upon doing this, he removed it saying that this type of locking mechanism for the recliner is a FACTORY DEFECT and can't be fixed!!! This crappy attempt at a fix is depicted in picture labeled All of your technicians were told about this problem, yet none of them wrote this on their reports to you The only reason I can see is because this problem can't be fixed because it is a FACTORY DEFECT!!! So, stop replying to me about my FIXED chaise lounge chair They never fixed the recliner as requested! Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for updating us regarding Jeanne H *** situation Upon further review of Mrs*** complaint regarding the sofa, we found the initial complaint was filed on January 18, We authorized a technician to be sent out to Mrs*** home on January 23, Per the technician’s report a new cushion was needed to repair the sofa, the sofa would be repaired in Mrs*** homePer the store management team instead of repairing the sofa, they offered a replacement on (date??) MrsSingleton called our customer service team on March 1, to report issues with the cushion sinking on the sofaMrsSingleton stated she would like to reselect the furnitureMrsSingleton was advised we would need to send out another technician to inspect the sofa for possible manufacturing defectsA technician was sent to the home on March 6, and per the technician’s report the sofa meets manufacturing specificationsAt this time we are unable to offer a reselection for Mrs*** sofa Regards, Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc.Corporate OfficeAK
