Customer has already accepted the credit for the king bases

Thank you for the update from Mr [redacted] As we previously advised Mr [redacted] had a one year manufacture warranty which expired 12/2/As a courtesy to our dedicated customer we did inspect the furniture on 03/12/The furniture was identified as meeting all specificationsAll seat cushions will in time often soften with wear and tearThis is not considered a loss of resiliency or material manufacture defect.As Mr [redacted] is a valued customer, our retail location presented him with a discount offer of percent towards a new purchaseHe has declined this offered seeking an additional percentWe feel that our offer has made good faith effort to assist Mr [redacted] At this time the offer of percent still stands, and we invite him to contact the retail location should he change his mind.Regards,Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc.Corporate Office**

Where else would they be built? On the moon maybe???I also notice that the delivery receipt that I signed (where I noted the damage to the left side upon delivery) has not been included hereThe wood on the left side was broken through on one piece and split apart on anotherI see no mention of this, nor do I see a delivery receipt.Your statement of refusal to take back something that has been delivered is contradicted by your offer of store credit if I purchase something of equal or greater value.I have reached out to additional state and federal agencies and have presented my complaint to them as wellI also will begin reaching out through social media to various groups around the country to inform as many people as I can of your business practicesA $500M per year company should not treat customers this way Regards, [redacted]
