Thank you for the update from Ms*** After re-evaluating Ms***’s concerns, we have resolved the issue of attaching the headboard to the adjustable base We do apologize however that we will not be able to fulfill her request to return the adjustable base for a refund Per the terms and conditions that Ms [redacted] agreed to at the time of purchase, it states that we do not allow returns on items that have no damage or defects Our personnel have verified that the adjustable base is without damage and defects We feel we have made a good faith effort to resolve her issues all while working within the terms and conditions of the sale Regards, Ashley Furniture Industries, IncCorporate Office AB

I spoke to [redacted] and for a week or so she couldn’t find the $ The people in finance were looking and I sent her an email needing her to contact me and I got no response Thursday the 30th of November or the same day that I heard from Revdex.com they had no response from Ashley's I get a call from [redacted] seems she is interested in my situation again No doubt the fact I had the bank reverse the charge back onto my debt card and the Revdex.com complaint Now she is saying that they put the money on my account with the months same as cash account with the VISA account for a totally different transaction not the table and chairsShe was stating I did not want the table and chairs I informed her I did want them however they didn’t get delivered I asked her to send me proof of this on the account, and she types up a spreadsheet showing me nothing more than I already had She mentioned that she would have to take the funds back from the VISA if I wanted the money on my bank account I also explained two items weren’t discounted however she put the end tables on her little spreadsheet at full price no discount I the next day sent her an email since she didn’t do nothing but lie Asked her to leave me alone and the VISA is shut down and she is not to touch any of my accounts That this is more fraud than anything I got my bank to put the money on my VISA since she blew me off, until Revdex.com intervened That considering two of the charges were wrong we should be even I ask at the point they leave the money the bank reversed due to the table and chair not coming She can discount the end table set by 45% AND the other item that was rung up wrong if she wants to keep this going Some one can explain to me why this was handled so wrong other than the store staff

You were very understanding and effective She even told me to reach out to her personally if they gave me any issues at the store or with delivery I went to another location and picked out another sofa It delivers next weekend on the 22nd

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11886301, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below It's extremely unfortunate that Ashley's Furniture accounting and store managers are not trained in this matter It's been very difficult trying to educate themWhen a person makes a dispute with their credit card company the funds are put on hold until the dispute is resolvedOnce the dispute is resolved, just like any other kind of refund transactions it takes a few weeks for the funds to be releasedThis was something my credit card has tried to educate them onI was NOT immediately refunded which was why I put a dispute in with my credit card company I should not have to pay interest with my credit card due to accounting issues Ashley's hasJust as I was supposed to wait a billing cycle to see my refund, they were too! Once Ashley's furniture learns this it will be too late because they have humiliated me to the point of no return (literally)! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I have reviewed the response from Ashley Furniture IndustriesDealing with Ashley has been a painful and time-wasting experienceI have been trying to resolve this issue with Ashley for over a year and I have had no successEvery mirror and dresser they deliver to my home to replace the defected ones have the same defect, even though the mirror and the dresser that they display in the show room have no defectsBasically, what they display in the show room could be different from what they deliverEven their delivery drivers confirmed that every mirror from this product line that they delivered to other costumers has the same defectThe two mirrors that I purchased from Ashley have a significant lean and one day might fall downThis has the potential to seriously injure or harm my children, my wife, or meOn top of this, the delivery drivers do not show up on timeOn one occasion, the delivery driver called me at eight on Saturday morning and promised to be at my house by nine in the morningI stayed at my home until the evening, waiting for the driver, but he never arrived; my entire day was wasted.At one point, Ashley sent an independent technician to inspect the furniture to determine the cause of the issueHe told me that there did indeed seem to be a defect with the structural support of the mirrorHowever, Ashley’s employees continued to deny this and refused to supply me with a copy of the technician’s report.I have called and went to their store countless times to get the issue resolved and I have even left my phone number with the employee so the manager, Randy Hadaway, can call me backUnfortunately, I have had no success.I was offered 20% of the total merchandise value as compensation (approximately $600)I called a few days later to accept the offer, but Ashley denied that offerRecently, I offered to settle this matter for $but they still do not want to accept it.I will be willing to accept $and put this matter to rest] Regards, MH
