Mr***, We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding your Action Pro White accountAccording to our records, we received your order on March 20, and shipped the package the same day The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $ten days from the date of your order processing for the product.” These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our productAdditionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you had read and agreed to the terms of the offerWhen a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they didIf there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancelation of your account was on March 20, At the time you canceled your account, we issued you a return merchandise authorization number (both through the automated system and through a follow up email) so you could return your shipment to avoid any further charges Using this method, you will incur no charges for the product An email was sent to your email address with full instructions to return your package That email reads as follows: Dear [redacted] , This email is being sent to confirm that your account is cancelledYou will no longer receive charges or shipments The Trial portion of the product is yours to keepIf you do not wish to be charged for the included Complete Program portion of the shipment, then that portion of the shipment must be returned to us unopened and undamaged by the due date belowReturns will not be recognized without an RMA number Your RMA number is [redacted] This is valid for only one packageYour package must be received back to our warehouse before 2014-04-to avoid being charged $for the Complete Program Please write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping package You will not receive credit if you do not use this RMA number Our return shipping address is: Web Fulfillment Center [redacted] Please note that we process returns within hours of it arriving to our warehouse If you should need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service CenterWe're happy to assist you in any way we can Thank you, Action Pro WhiteCustomer Service Team hours a day, days a week [redacted] (US Only) Your return was received on March 28, and you were sent an email to advise you that your return was successfully processed and you would not receive any further shipments or charges [redacted] ***

This company is not to be trusted

You were emailed an order confirmation that provided the order total as well as the entire purchase termsWe have not provided your credit card information to any other companies

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not satisfied because 10 days is not enough time to determine whether or not the product is acceptable and works for you. The Teeth whitening product takes time to determine the whitening affect. In addition, the product was ordered on-line . It was received by us 5 -7 days later. My account was charged $92.12 10 days after ordering on line. This promotion is a rip-off. There is no way to determine in 3 days whether you want to continue or cancel. It is a scam. I read on the internet another person was scammed exactly the same way and posted it on the internet. Action Pro White is scamming customers by advertising a FREE TRIAL sample, but charges customer accounts exactly 10 days after sending the product. This leaves the customer 3 days or less to cancel after receiving the Whitener. IF THIS IS NOT A SCAM, THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT A SCAM IS. The B.B.B. is financed by our Tax dollars to protect citizens against scams like this. I want B.B.B. to investigate Action Pro White to see how many other "Trial" customers have been ripped-off by this same scam ! Regards, [redacted] ***

This company is a fraud! You're better off with yellow teeth than dealing with this crooked group of foreigners! They charged my card 10x what they said they wouldWhen I called them about it the guy refused to do anything about it and hung up on meI called back and he answered and immediately hung up againAfter that he just sent my calls to voicemailI had to file fraud charges and cancel my debit card

What a complete ripoff actionprowhite, free trial, received my products (pens and gum shields) charging my account twice and two payments of £had my bank statement and they have charged me £and a further £plus sterling charges with my bank it's a total of £(That's like $200) had no email or letter in the box stating about the subscription so I do hope my bank will reimburse my account Has the company is to blame I didn't authorise further payments So many people have been scammed what a joke this company isThey lucky they not in uk or I would be in their face and they may not leave they job whole..***'s I can't ring from uk and if I did it would be waste of time has people have said in the reviewsAnnoyed isn't the wordReally really not happy
