Mr. [redacted],
I have issued a refund in the amount of $92.13 back on to your card. Please allow 7-10 business days for this refund to reflect on your statement.

Ms. [redacted], I apologize but we do not have a record of your return being received back to our warehouse. However, in an effort to maintain our standard for customer satisfaction, I have issued a refund of $94.31 back on to your card. This is the full product price minus shipping costs....

Please allow 3-5 days for this refund to reflect. Your account is canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.

Mr. [redacted],
We recently received your complaint from the Revdex.com regarding
your Action Pro White account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope
this response will provide you with additional information.  We received your order on November 26,...

2013,
and shipped your package the next day.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly
state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of
your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further
charges.  They also indicate that “you must
take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the
amount of $92.13 ten days from the date of your order processing for the
product.”
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you
ordered our product.  Including being
directly to the left of the submit button at the time you placed your
order.  Additionally, you were sent an
order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full
written version of the terms you agreed to.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $92.13
on December 6, 2013. Your account was then enrolled into our monthly auto
shipment program and your second shipment was sent on January 5, 2014 at the
cost of $103.04 ($92.13 for the product plus $10.91 for the shipping and
handling).
The first time we heard from you
regarding the cancelation of your account was on January 16, 2014 after you had
been shipped and charged for your second package. Your account was immediately
canceled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.
At that time we issued you a returned merchandise
authorization number to return your January 5th shipment for a
refund of the full product price.  Your
initial shipment and charge of $92.13 was not refundable as we did not hear
from anyone to cancel within the trial period
You were also assigned a return deadline date of January 31,
2014. To date we have never received your returned package.  I understand that you do not have a tracking
number for your return, if you would like to provide the receipt showing that
the package was indeed shipped back to us, I would be happy to accept that as
proof of delivery as well.

Ms. [redacted],
I apologize for the error, I have issued a refund in the amount of $94.31 today back onto your card. Even when a card is canceled refunds will still process successfully. Your account is canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.

What a complete ripoff actionprowhite, free trial, received my products (pens and gum shields) charging my account 0.75 twice and two payments of £2.30. had my bank statement and they have charged me £55.97 and a further £54.07 plus sterling charges with my bank it's a total of £112.48... (That's like $200) had no email or letter in the box stating about the subscription so I do hope my bank will reimburse my account . Has the company is to blame I didn't authorise further payments . So many people have been scammed what a joke this company is. They lucky they not in uk or I would be in their face and they may not leave they job whole..[redacted]'s I can't ring from uk and if I did it would be waste of time has people have said in the reviews. Annoyed isn't the word.. Really really not happy

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I [redacted] sent back 2 unopened & unharmed small boxes back to the address as requested upon phone call made to Action Pro White along with other info given to me to put on both boxes. 1 boxed was received & that part of refund was returned to me where the other half has not yet been refunded. What happened to the 1 box of Action Pro White when they received it back,  & it was in their possession & why they say they don't have it when the other box was retuned is a "BIG MYSTERY" to me. Something is definitely not right on their end & everytime I call no one knows what is going on & how the business is run. They seem to b doing the same type of robotic job along with the same type of answers. There has not been 1 person I have talked to that knows that there product is sold along side anothet product, not 1 person!! And when I asked to try to speak to a Mr. [redacted] or to get an email address for him they said they did not know of him. But when I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone higher I was told to wait & after about 1&1/2 mins the same person I was initially talking to came back with a response that he said he got from a supervisor that Mr.[redacted] does not take phone calls. I find that response not to b true & a little fishy along with the fact that a so called Complaint Specialist as in Mr.[redacted] would not try to address, listen to or fix a complaint that suppose to b what he does!!! I am not & will not let this go until I get my refund plus the overcharges from this situation. I hope to get this resolved soon otherwise I will take further action!Regards,[redacted]

There are 2 issues with this response. #1 I contacted your company once within the 10 day tial period and then once again after receiving the first monthly charge so twice before the November 29th call. #2 your response also failed to address the issue with the phone number associated with the charges you are making to my bank account is not a functional phone number for your company.

This company, Action Pro White, advertised on TV a program to whiten your teeth for a special introductory offer of $1.03. You have one month to cancel. I didn't know they began charging around $100 per month as they continue to send you the product. I didn't get the product for two weeks. I wasn't aware they were going to send this out every month at $100 a month. So, when I found on my credit charge these charges I called and cancelled. By then, I was into them for over $200 and I sent them all the product back unopened and they assured me they would credit me for the unopened product. To this day, no credits have been issued. Avoid them!

Mr. [redacted],We do not offer samples. In your initial box you received two products. One was labeled “Free Trial” the other is labeled “Complete Program.” The Complete Program must be returned unopened and undamaged in order to receive your full refund.  It was clearly listed online that you would be charged $1.03 for the trial, and $3.87 for the shipping. This was also sent in your confirmation email: Product InformationAction Pro White Trial Fee $1.03 Shipping $3.87 Processing $0.00 Tax $0Our purchase terms clearly state that the customer will be charged eight days from the date of order processing. Every order is processed the same date of order, which is why your shipment was shipped the same day it was ordered. That section of the terms is listed below. Please be advised that these terms were taken from your order page, and your confirmation email.Ten (10) days from the date of order processing, unless you decide to take an action to cancel (by calling our customer service center at [redacted] or www.[redacted].com), we'll conveniently bill your credit card $92.13 for the full 30 day Action Pro White System. Plus, you'll also get a package of Action Pro White Teeth Whitening Syringes about every 30 days. All this at the same monthly in-home price you paid for the original Action Pro White System plus $10.91 in shipping, conveniently billed to your credit card. Our purchase terms also state that you may not return your initial shipment for a refund after the trial period has expired. That portion of the purchase terms is below. Although you can return product from an ongoing Pro Whitening Club shipment, you cannot return product from the Web-Only Trial once the Web-Only Trial has elapsed and you have been billed for the product. Despite your account not being eligible for any refund, we have arranged for you to return your Complete Program for a full refund. Your return deadline date of February 24, 2014 is fast approaching. If this return deadline date is not met you will not receive any refund. I am considering this matter closed.
