Ms. [redacted],

I apologize for the error, I have issued a refund in the amount of $94.31 today back onto your card. Even when a card is canceled refunds will still process successfully. Your account is canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

I did not get a RECIEPT at the time of the sale hence a bogus operation nor have any contacts or emails been returned to me I have changed my card information and again this is not acceptable in any normal net charge the legit company will give you a page providing information so you can make a final decision to accept or abort. I do not accept this company as legit also they gave my credit card information to other companies and the spam and phone calls are ludicrous.

hi my dispute is far from being resolved.as previous emails sent outlaying all information on this matter.was sent   [redacted] to return goods advised good received and signed for accepting goods back into their factory.iam getting a bit peeved off with the twoing and frowing on this matter its been going on now for 3 months now. JUST CREDIT MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AND THIS WILL FIX THIS MATTER ONCE AN FORALL .THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I WILL HAVE ANYMORE DEALINGS WITH ANY AMERICIAN COMPANY IF THIS THE WAY THE CUSTOMER IS TREATED.WE IN AUSTRALIA  TREAT CUSTOMERS FAR BETTER THAN I AM BEING TREATED HERE.SO CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS MATTER UP NOW THANKS [redacted]

Ms. [redacted], We recently received your complaint #[redacted] from the Revdex.com regarding your Action Pro White Account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we...

received your order on April 24, 2015. The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have an 10 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.  They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $92.13 ten days from the date of your order processing for the product.” These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to. When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you had read and agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they did. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you. Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $92.13 on May 14, 2015 and received two additional shipments at the same cost. The first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on July 20, 2015 when you canceled with a representative. Your account was immediately canceled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then. We agreed to provide you with an immediate refund of $92.13 on the most recent shipment as a courtesy.Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.Sincerely, [redacted]Action Pro White

We have three charges on our credit bill...one for $1.03, another for $3.87 and a third for the $94.13.  The SAMPLE that was sent in the mail was to have cost ONE of the original smaller charges.  We do not understand why there are TWO smaller charges. It was to be a sample, so of course it has been opened and tried.  The company states that they will be happy to credit our account with the $94.13  fi the SAMPLE is returned unopened.    We of course opened the sample prior to knowing we would be charged the $94.13.  We never received a further shipment which would have accounted for the highest charge of $94.13.  Please explain to us if we are to return anything for a refund, why it wouldn't be a larger first shipment (which we never received) and not the "sample".  No way should a sample cost a consumer $94.13.  Also, they state that they sent us mailing regarding this matter which is not true.  The only mailing we received was via their response to our complaint...which we received yesterday on January 24, 2014.  IF the company refuses to return credit for the $94.13 to our charge account, we should have at least received product worth $94.13.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Regards,[redacted]

this company will charge for the automatic monthly shipping after it has been canceled. They have two(2) different phone numbers for the product. When you cancel the order online a new order is shipped using a different phone number. You can only cancel after the order has been received and your credit card has been charged an amount that has not been agreed to.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Again there is much confusion on my part.  First I missed the one week trial from the date of processing. I received the product 3 weeks after it was processed.  Was I suppose to cancel before I received the product?  Second I was never told to go to the website.I never received the confirmation email. That possibly could have been due to the filters on my email. It could have been sent to the Junk mail or the Spam mail.   I do not open those folders unless requested.  Actually,  I was informed That $70.00 would be deposited into my bank once the product was delivered to the warehouse in Henderson, Nevada.  It was delivered by the [redacted]. I still have the tracking receipt.  I still do not understand the refunding policy between $70.00 and $55 .00.A letter stating the terms and the refunding policies in the box with the product in the beginning would have been very helpful to me.  It will be helpful to others like me. In the letter a message sending them to the website would be extremely helpful. Regards,[redacted]

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response.  If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and it is not worth further bother on my part. Eight days cancellation is not reasonable, and is certainly not an adequate, reasonable, or customary amount of time to test a trial of a product. However, I don't believe anything will be done to make them change their practice or make the cancellation information more visible and understand.

This company is not to be trusted.

Ms. [redacted],

Your package was delivered two days after you placed your order. Your USPS tracking number is:

Your return was received back on May 1, 2014 and a full refund of $92.13 was issued that same day. I am considering this matter closed.

Ms. [redacted],

Please email a copy of your return shipping receipt to [email protected] and a reimbursement check will be issued to you.

This company is a fraud! You're better off with yellow teeth than dealing with this crooked group of foreigners! They charged my card 10x what they said they would. When I called them about it the guy refused to do anything about it and hung up on me. I called back and he answered and immediately hung up again. After that he just sent my calls to voicemail. I had to file fraud charges and cancel my debit card.

Mr. [redacted],We recently received your complaint from the [redacted] regarding your Action Pro White account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information.  We received your order on July 30, 2014,...

and shipped your package the same day. That package was delivered on August 5, 2014 with an assigned tracking number of[redacted].The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.  They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $94.31 fourteen days from the date of your order processing for the product.”    These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product.  Including being directly to the left of the submit button at the time you placed your order.  Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to. Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $94.31 on August 13, 2014. Your account was then enrolled into our monthly auto shipment program and your second shipment was sent on September 12, 2014 at the cost of $105.22 ($94.31 for the product plus $10.91 for the shipping and handling).  I apologize that you haven’t received this shipment, we have offered multiple times to send you a replacement package, however you have refused all offers to assist you. The first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on September 18, 2014 after you had been shipped and charged for your second package. Your account was immediately canceled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then. At that time we issued you a 60% refund back on to your card. I apologize but you are not eligible for any additional refunds. However, in an effort to maintain our standard for customer satisfaction I have issued a refund in the amount of $39.03 which is the remaining product price from your September shipment. Your initial trial shipment is not eligible for any refund as we were not contacted within the trial period. Additionally the tracking information for that package confirms it was delivered. Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. [redacted]Customer Dispute SpecialistAction Pro White

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The terms were not stated clearly until after the product was requested.  The terms were stated in a subsequent email and I was not given the opportunity to cancel the request without incurring shipping and handling charges.  I was only given the option of purchasing the trial product.Regards,[redacted]

Action pro white is a scam. After 10 days after you order the Trial you will be charged over $100. Luckily, I called them right away after I received the item to make sure I would not be charged any more. These kind of people make me sick.
