PS I still believe that the way the company structures their trial offer is a bit disingenuous, since the customer does not even receive the product until well after the trial period has expiredBut I am still happy if they just give me a one month credit for the Jan 5th charge of $as indicated in their responseI have attached a copy of the Canada Post receipt that they requested as proof that I returned the product to them by mail on Jan So could you please forward the attachment to Action Pro WhiteThanks

this company will charge for the automatic monthly shipping after it has been canceledThey have two(2) different phone numbers for the productWhen you cancel the order online a new order is shipped using a different phone numberYou can only cancel after the order has been received and your credit card has been charged an amount that has not been agreed to

Thanks for your efforts on my behalf, but I have still not received any refund from Action Pro WhiteIn their reply to the complaint you filed, they said that they would give me a one month refund if I sent them a copy of my mailing receipt from Canada Post as proof that I did mail the product back to themHere is an excerpt from their response: "You were also assigned a return deadline date of January 31, To date we have never received your returned package I understand that you do not have a tracking number for your return, if you would like to provide the receipt showing that the package was indeed shipped back to us, I would be happy to accept that as proof of delivery as well." Right after you sent me this reply from the company, I emailed them a copy of my receipt; but I have still heard nothing from themSo I have attached a copy of the receipt to this email and I would appreciate it if you could forward the receipt to Action Pro White and urge them to fulfill their refund commitment since I have given them a copy of the Canada Post receipt as requestedHopefully the request will carry more weight coming from the Revdex.comThanks again

PS I have had an almost identical problem with their sister company, Smile Pro DirectI filed a complaint against the sister company through the Revdex.com Nevada South officeThe sister company also requested a Canada Post receipt from meWhen I sent them the receipt, they promptly gave me a one month refund on my credit cardSo I don't see why Action Pro White should not do the same

Your intervention in this matter is very much appreciated Various members of the Action ProWhite customer service team have told me that I could expect a refund in 3-business days no less than four times, once in an email and three times by phoneHopefully, this time, they will finally make good on their word and this will be the end of it However, I cannot understand why they are unable to verify my return All three team members who promised me a refund did so after following the tracking number I provided to verify that the product had been received I am able to provide it to them again if they would like proof of receipt At any rate, a partial refund is certainly better than no refund Thank you again for your assistance in this matter.

This company advertises a "FREE TRIAL" of a teeth whitening product However they fail to mention the fact that there is only an DAY trial period until cancellation is invalid They they charge approx $promptly after that trial period Also, when called by an associate of this company, I was informed it was a DAY TRIAL period until cancellation was needed Therefore I did not worry about cancelling quite yet until my bank account dropped $overnight!!!!!!
Needless to say, I called and attempted to resolve the issue with a less than willing customer service representative She informed me that this was a "legit business" and "no one was being scammed here" She also spoke to me as if I was a complete mn
Overall, I believe this company is scamming people and drawing them in just to take their money with misinformation and a lack of honesty!!
I believe they should be shut down and ALL people who were scammed out of they money should be REFUNDED!!!!!!!
