I am rejecting this response because: as I noted in my previous claim, FedEx is claiming that Adidas did not provide supporting documents. I would like confirmation that this has been done. Furthermore, if it has been done and it was just some mistake one FedEx's end, I want to be able to work with FedEx directly to resolve this issue which will require Adidas to relinquish their rights to the claim. It's outrageous that such a huge company as Adidas do not care about customer relations like this. I have never filed any claim such as this with Adidas nor any other company, so it feels incredibly offensive that Adidas is not looking into this further. You have all the resources for this and for you to deny me my refund because FedEx has made a mistake (who I did not choose because Adidas has a contract with them) and cannot provide supporting evidence that the package was delivered to the right address (when there was NO notice at my door indicating that the driver even attempted to deliver to me directly), is just a blatant disrespect to your customers as a whole. I need a better answer from a multi-billion dollar company than just that FedEx claimed that it was delivered correctly and you cannot do anything.

this response because I wanted to wait until I actually receive the credit before accepting Adidas' solution. As today, 1/3/17, I still have not received any credit from Adidas. I called Paypal Credit today and confirmed there has been nothing credited.

The item you returned was rejected due to wear and tear. The outsole was worn down considerably. The package was sent back to the address it came from.
 
If the product is deemed defective, a gift card redeemable at adidas.com or an adidas owned retail store will be...

emailed to you. The value of the gift card is the amount indicated on your receipt. If you do not have a receipt & the production date of the item is over one year, half of the original retail price will be issued. Taxes are not included.
 
An exception has been made, and an adidas gift card has been sent to your email address for the value of the product $65 dollars, plus $10 dollars for the return postage.

Revdex.com: This response is not totally acceptable as they DO have the police report as it was emailed to them TWICE. Once by the police deptartment and once by me with a confirmation email it had been received..I feel it is no longer necessary to persue this matter in light of the shoddy, uncooperative manner they have conducted themselves and as my bank has re- imbursed the amount in question so although this companies customer response is incredibly lax there is no reason for me to continue with them as at least my bank was cooperative and understanding ..I must go on record as saying they(Adidas) need to work on their customer relations and people skills which are zero especially at the cooperate level..
