Reebok is a subsidy of Adidas. This is the business name when I searched for Reebok on the Revdex.com.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because... if they are in good condition, last more than 1 day, and are my custom ordered shoes done specifically the way I want them I wouldn't even need to return them. However if that's not the case (if they were not done to my specifications) then I will return them in that case. Either way I still have not received them, and they are now in Japan. It takes 2 weeks (at least) to get an item from Japan. You've sent them late, and now they will take almost a month (at least) to get here. It only takes you guys 2 weeks to make a shoe, and you sent it out practically on the day it was suppose to arrive here. You said 5 to 7 weeks to get to me, and it's looking more like 3 months at least.Sincerely,[redacted]

Hello [redacted],The reason for the authorization holds is because several attempts were made on our web site, anytime a customer hits summit when trying to place an order, an authorization hold is placed on the credited card because the attempts are made. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because as far as I know, there are lots of people are using robots or automated software to buy the shoes. There is no way that for me myself use the computer to buy the products which are limited by adidas to get one successfully. I urge that you guys release as many quantities as possible to eliminate this high visit situation and all of us without robots and software can get one without too much difficulties.

If you do not have a receipt & the production date of the item is over one year, half of the original retail price will be issued.
