I am rejecting this response because: The adidas tennis shoe does not and will not ever fit my foot, as I have been explaining forover 1-1/2 years to adidas.com.  My foot is very narrow, adidas tennis shoes, I repeat again, are wide tennis shoes. All of them are made for a wider foot than mine, none are narrow!  It's a shame a major company that size will not back up their own reputation by doing the right thingfor potential customer. That's just common sense! It doesn't take a genius to know that. This is all so childish and unprofessional, it's hard tofathom. Does adidas.com really need $130 that badly they are willing to alienate a customer? I reject the refund since I cannot wear their shoes. Period.  Thank you for your attention.

I am rejecting this response because: this is unacceptable. I have contacted Adidas countless times to resolve this issue - calling them will not resolve anything. I want a full refund. I am not confident that your business will do the right thing and stand up for the customer - me.  This needs to be resolved ASAP. This process has taken 3 months.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: it is not acceptable.  There is no where on the site to indicate where one can request signature requirement. I do not have problems like this on sites like Jimmy Jazz because they have a box to check off to state you would like signature upon delivery.  The FedEx driver came to my house to find out the nature of my package and I informed him that I received 1 out of 2 of the packages. He did not seem to care either way and I suppose he reported back to the company he delivered it properly. I would not be surprised if he himself kept this package because who leaves 2 pacakages on a porch that total $700? If it was my job on the line I would make sure someone at least accepted it. The complex I live in even has a rental office where the packages could have been left successfully. So now I guess I will have to file a police report saying the courier stole the pacakge because why would someone else steal one pacakge and not the other. I will also be calling adidas and fed ex corporate. I will also continue and file a dispute with my credit card and I will not be Purchasing from adidas again and I will spread the word To my thousands of sneakerhead friends to not do business with adidas.  I see you guys care more about keeping money than customer satisfaction and the insurance people spend their hard earned money on is a joke. Why pay for insurance for you guys to have all claims be denied and money kept it's all a big scam and FedEx is the biggest SCAMMERS of them all. I always only have problems with FedEx and theft
