Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I have now bought my 7th ball that ranges from 45-75$ from adidas. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. These soccer [redacted] do not last more than 2 months without a panel ripping or pulling up making the ball useless. I'm a competitive player and shouldn't have to worry about adidas quality holding up for more than 2 months. Every time I have an issue , they say I can't return it because it is wear and tear. Wear and tear is not 2 months playing with a ball. Wear and tear is longer than that and if that's what adidas is saying then they need to honestly look at their quality products they are putting out there.
I would like my refund plus the $12 I spent I shipping to have my ball rejected and sent back

I am rejecting this response because: The nearest adidas store to where I live is 2 HOURS from here in San Francisco driving distance.I no longer drive and public transportations would take over 3!! hours to get to San Francisco.  Please do not tell me you cannot writea check. adidas.com is an international corporation.  Do you mean to tell me $130 is so important to adidas.com that you simply cannotwrite a check for $130?  Impossible.  Unless you're bankrupt, of course then that may be the problem.  I worked for [redacted] formany years. I KNOW every major corporation can write a check.  Taking public transportation to San Francisco is not even the point. adidastennis shoes do not and will not ever fit my foot as I have been explaining for over 1-1/2 years to you.  adidas tennis shoes are too wide formy foot and too wide for my heel.  That is not something I can change.  So please, do the right thing and refund my money. Telling me you cannot write a check does not make any sense at all.  You are a legitimate corporation !   There are no excuses you can give me.  The shoes will never fit.  That will not change.

I am rejecting this response because:My Complaint is not because of the shoe is defective, and I don't want to chance being rejected and eating the cost of shipping both ways.The DURABILITY of the materials used is the issue. There ripping all over the place and like I said before I only play once a week INDOORS. This solution is unacceptable and I would like a better one.

I just called the Customer Service line at 800-982-9337 and spoke with a representative Taalibah.  She confirms that my email account is still "blocked" and that I can’t place an order online or over the phone.  The problem has not been addressed at this time.
