Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I do not understand how ADIDAS is failing and not accepting responsibility for the misinformation from their employee and misleading website which lead to my order.  AGAIN,  I did NOT create, customize, alter, change, or modify any shoes to my individual specifications.  As indicated previously, I simply did a search for "Lillard carpet" and what shoe appeared from that result looked like the "limited edition" Lillard carpet shoe and I ordered them.  Is Adidas even reading or looking at what I have previously sent which clearly shows their misrepresentation?Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  I called fed ex .. they stated to contact adidas to get this resolved.  I called in on 8-16-2017  And the person I spoke to said they seen that they would forward that to the supervisor and the refund would be issued in 30days.  How is this my fault?   I have asked for other shipping methods.  I have called in many times about issues with your company.  I never received my order I called they stated there would be a refund .. Ok cool .. Now I call again and no refund .  How is this service?  How can I get told by one rep one thing and another rep another thing?   Seams like I was lied to huh?   Please review that call and let me know what was said.

Although I find the bit about how this is a one time situation unnecessary seeing that I will never purchase any item related to Adidas, I will accept the response at this time. I also truly hope that Adidas train their representatives better than they have thus far to prevent such situations. If Marshall from Oregon wasn't so rude, I wouldn't have had to push this so much. Regardless, I truly hope I never have to reach out to Adidas again.

will receive a confirmation email stating that your order is processing. This email is sent the same day an order is placed, so any consumers who successfully placed an order on Feb 19 should have already received their confirmation email. This email will be sent to the email address which was used during checkout. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, your order was unable to fully complete.
Questions about Charges: adidas does not collect payment until we ship the corresponding order. In the event that you see a pending charge on your payment method, rest assured the charge will only be completed if your order is successfully shipped. Any pending authorizations that are connected to an unsuccessful order attempt have been reversed and should be reflected in your account as soon as the financial institutions can process them. Your financial institution can provide you with more details about their authorization removal timelines. After the authorization is reversed it will appear as if the transaction did not even happen.
