I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution
is satisfactory to me. Hi...I thought it was important enough to let you know I took the truck today to the Zimbrick Nissan dealer on east side of Madison and they took care of the problem for me at no charge and couldn't believe the other dealer wouldn't have done the same! Thanks for your help!
I'm sorry that you are having all of these issues with the vehicle. The warranty that was purchased was strictly a powertrain which covers the most expensive parts of your vehicleA full bumper to bumper would not have been available due to the year of the vehicle. I would like you to
schedule a service appointment for a free diagnostic. Please call and schedule this with the service department at ###-###-####. Please take a copy of this reply in with you so they do not charge you. Once they diagnose the issue, please speak directly with *** ***, the GM and he will try and assist you in any way possible.Than you,*** ***, Corporate Paralegal###-###-####/direct

Good morning. As I explained in my previous letter, the circumstances of the story were that Russ Darrow said they would be doing it as a trade inThey were planning to keep the vehicle and resell itI was told clearly that the costs of repair would be absorbed by Russ Darrow as part of the new lease dealThis was the plan and this is what Russ Darrow told meThank You

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution
is satisfactory to me. I did finally receive the $check from Russ Darrow so this complaint can be closed out. I am satisfied with the result even though the entire complaint could have been avoided with better communication on their endThey never responded to my phone messages or emails

It is my understanding that this matter was resolved by us taking the vehicle back and returning her down payment in full.*** ***, Corporate Paralegal
I will have the check mailed to you at the address provided on your application this week.Nicole ***, *** ***
I am sorry you feel we should be liable to pay your excess wear on the lease turn in, however, there is no written documentation in your deal stating that we would be paying anything after the transaction was complete. The excess wear letter usually comes 30-days after the vehicle is turned
in. We would not have known what they were charging you for at the time of the lease turn in. As such, we cannot be held liable to pay your costs at the time of turn in

Before I can properly respond to your issue, please tell me what dealership you purchased the vehicle at, so that I can pull your deal jacket and talk with specificity.Thank you,*** *** *** ***
I'm sorry that you have experienced an issue with the vehicle after purchase. All sales in the State of Wisconsin are AS IS with no implied or stated warranty. A consumer has the option to have the vehicle inspected by a third party prior to purchase. It does not appear that you
did this or brought to our attention any issue with the vehicle prior to purchase. I have spoken with the service manager and the general manager and they have both stated that the steering rack does not need to be replaced. They stated that there is a noise coming from it and from a safety stand point, there is nothing wrong with it, however, there is a noise which is more of an annoyance issue. If you would like to have the steering rack replaced, we would be willing to split the cost with you as a good faith gesture, however, we cannot agree to pay for the entire service as there is technically nothing wrong with the vehicle and the disclosure on the vehicle was filled out appropriately. If you would like to utilize the 50% discount, please contact me to set up an appointment.*** MP***, *** ***262-532-2016/direct

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am not satisfied with the offer they have made to me for my car which after having only days was $less than what I had paid for itI either extremely overpaid or they made the low offer for other reasonsThere is no way this wasn't noticed upon inspection as it was obviously not shifting properly which I was told that is the way it shifts several times and was told by the sales person there is nothing wrong with the car(odd since I know another person with the same issues on a similar car with the same repairs having to be made from the same dealership) The issue was pre-existing, RD would rather push the problem on to the customer and get away with not fixing itRegardless, I have declined the offer and am walking away from this dealershipNo I didn't have the car looked at by a 3rd party but obviously I should have since any car I have looked at or was offered has/had issuesI don't nor do I find a $14,car that has been side swiped and barely fixed the car for mePoor customer service, poor handling of situation, and just down right rude at timesI had said what type of car I was looking for and was never shown a vehicle close to itI have told several and will continue to tell people to never buy a car from this dealership

You purchased a used vehicle with high mileage. The safety disclosure was done correctly. All vehicles are sold as is with no implied or stated warranty. Anything that goes wrong with the vehicle is the customers responsibility. With that being said, after purchase you
contacted the service department and told them your complaints with the vehicle. I have spoken with the General Manager and Service Manager and they stated the following:The car's safety inspection was performed on Dec 16th @149,490 miles, the car was on the lot for months and the rotors rusted up....not uncommon.I spoke with her and told her to bring the car in and we would check the brakes at no charge, if there was any issue we would make sure to take care of it for her (so we replaced both rear brake pads and rotors) on June @150,milesA week later I was forwarded an email that she sent to Russ Darrow CorporateI called her and she explained to me that the check engine light came on and the car lost power so she had to have it towed to her house, she then drove it to Havoline and had the transmission fluid changedAfter the fluid was changed she stated the car died times on the way home and was shifting bad, she returned to Havoline and they told her the torque converter was bad and needed to be replaced. I asked if she could bring the car in and we would take a look at it for her, she said no because it keeps stalling and would not make it hereI told her I would pay to have it towed in and once we found out what was going on I would call her and see what we could do to help resolve the issue. We attempted to test drive it first thing in the morning but were unable to because it kept stalling due to the fuel tank being empty, so I put $worth of fuel into it and took it out on a test driveIt seemed to shift rough but did not stallI then called and spoke with her husband telling him there were no codes stored in the computer, the fluid was extremely over filled and asked if he could send me a copy of the receipt from the transmission service. He stated Havoline accidentally cleared the code(s) from the system, I told him without there being any codes in the computer and him not knowing what the code was the only thing we could do is drive it around to see if the code return. Once I received a copy of the receipt I called a Honda dealer to verify that the fluid Havoline used was correct; they stated no that it was incorrect and needed to be changed. We ordered the correct transmission fluid, changed it out and test drove the car times putting on milesCar seems to be shifting correctly, not lacking power, not stalling and the check engine light never came onThere was no charge to the customer. The Service Advisor called you after service and informed you that you vehicle was ready for pickup which turned into you yelling and screaming at him. As such, Russ Darrow Greenfield will not be able to offer any future service on your vehicle.*** *** Corporate Paralegal
As I stated to you over the phone, you signed the credit application seeking credit for a vehicle. The first transaction was unable to be done by the approving bank, so you voluntarily returned the vehicle. Because this was an actual contract and transaction, we cannot remove the
inquiries from your record. As for the second transaction, you signed an application and gave your personal information to see if we could get a bank to approve you on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I stated to you, if you did not fill out the application that has been shredded and is currently stored in electronic format within our system then you need to file a police report for identity theft. In conclusion, we will be unable to remove any inquires from your credit report as there is no permissible purpose to do so and it would be outside of Russ Darrow's policy.*** *** Corporate Paralegal
Based on your contracts, you clearly purchased the cylinder The cylinder would have been a large price increase and based on the approval from the bank I don't know if they would have allowed that vehicle In addition, there are numerous vehicles that are test driven in order to see
what option packages you would like to have I'm sorry that you want the cylinder but based on all contracts and the way the deal was submitted to the bank, it was always on the cylinder.Nicole ***, *** ***
