One when you buy an auto you pay a service fee and before you drive ths auto off the lot the sales person says they take the auto to check it over so everything works(so they say ) and yes if the auto sits on the lot thing may happens that is why it should be looked over before delivery.This dealership just wants to take your money and send you down the road!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICEThis is how this experience left an impressionI am an older adult that has purchased many vehicles in my years and this was the worst experience I have ever encountered

I have reviewed your complaint and spoke with the master tech who looked at the transmission tube issue and he stated the following:I can’t imagine a scenario where it could be broken in the manor it was from doing an oil changeHe concurred that it makes sense that GM would have a recall on it given the point of failureHe also spoke with a GM tech he knows at another dealership who is very familiar with this as a problem There are many times that we at Chrysler have vehicles that fail for the same reason as a recall that may not match the vin# range or date range on a vehicle under the guidelines of the recallYet it has the same part fail for the same reasonAs you can see, this is a known issue and could not have been caused during an oil change Also, I am being told that if this was an issue that would have happened during the oil change process, you would have had direct immediate issues, however, you were able to drive the vehicle in excess of miles with no issue.I have been told that you need to seek assistance at a GM dealership to see if they will broaden the recall to include your vehicle[redacted] , Corporate Paralegal

I'm sorry that you feel we dropped your credit score through the car buying process When a customer comes in we run credit bureau and send it to different lenders to try and get the most favorable financing on your behalf We don't have lenders, we use total And the way it works is that when we submit the application it is submitted as one hard inquiry with all soft inquires thereafter Now each lender can pull their own, but we have no authority to do anything with those We cannot remove any inquires since you signed a credit application giving us approval to find you financing.Nicole [redacted] , [redacted]

After reviewing your complaint and speaking with all applicable parties that are at the dealership, we do not know what happened to your vehicle nor was the vehicle sold to you in this condition The vehicle was sold approximately months ago and the first time the General Manager remembers you coming in with questions relating to the car was approximately one year later At that time he pulled a CarFax and an AutoCheck report to see if the vehicle had ever been involved in an accident, and on both reports, nothing showed up I just recently re-ran the reports and again this vehicle has never been involved in an accident wherein insurance paid anything.We would be more than happy to provide you an estimate for any work that you might want done to the vehicle at an employee cost, but we cannot be held liable for damages to a vehicle months after purchase[redacted] , Corporate Paralegal

Good Morning, I have reviewed your complaint with the Service Manager at the location you were serviced at and he stated that you came in for a tire patch and approximately week later you called stating that the tire was leaking He stated that he asked you to bring the vehicle in and they would take a look at it free of charge As you may or may not know, a patch is not always 100% guarantee They can fail and/or another situation can arise to cause the leakage In any event, I am sending you a check to reimburse you for the failed patch Thank you, [redacted] Corporate Paralegal

When a customer trades in a vehicle and we transfer it to the auction, it is still titled in the owners name Dealerships do not and cannot transfer the trade vehicles into the dealership's name Once it is sold at the auction, the purchaser is to title the vehicle in the new owners name once it is sold If that did not happen, you would have to work with the auction to provide you the details of who the vehicle was sold to That information is then passed to the respective city in which there were tickets and they would transfer the tickets off of your name You will also have to provide your purchase contract from Russ Darrow showing that you sold the vehicle and are no longer the legal owner As for the vehicle that you purchased, we cannot do anything about that loan since we are not the bank You could trade that vehicle in and buy something new in order to be rid of that vehicle[redacted] , Corporate Paralegal

I am sorry that you are having issues with your used vehicle The vehicle was purchased as is with no implied or stated warranty It sounds as though you purchased an extended warranty and may even have some factory warranty left on the vehicle If there are any issues with the vehicle you can use one or both of those warranties to help with the cost As for the windshield and the detailing of the vehicle, we fixed the windshield and also detailed the vehicle twice If you still do not like the vehicle, you can trade the vehicle in at any dealership of your choosing.Nicole P***, Corporate Paralegal

8/17/I went to Affordable Dental to have two teeth worked onAlmost hours later I left with hardly any work done as I sat by myself most of the time while the Dr kept disappearing but he did do a root canal on a tooth I said I did not want done at the time due to limited fundsHe admitted to making the mistake and then only packed the tooth with a temporary filling The next day I was asked to come back only to sit for and a half hours while they tried to convince me to sign a form saying he is not liable of anything and any mistake and I could not tell anyone including social media sitesI said I did not feel comfortable They said they would not refund my money for the crown they never even put on or finish the work until I signed this form they made They were all very rude and tried to use intimidation to scare me and forget about the mistake and how I was treated While in the chair, the nurses thought I was asleep but instead I overheard two of them talking about me

We took the vehicle to Don Jacobs Toyota, and according to the service technician ***, that car would have never made it onto their lot in the condition that it was inOne of my very best friend's has worked in car sales for years, and this claim that a car doesn't have to pass emissions to be sold legally is falseWe will be taking further legal action on the matter
