[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I had phone conversation with customer care contact personBusiness has processed the refund in june and the refund check has gone to finance lender who has en-cashed itRefund amount is reflected in my loan account Regards, [redacted]

I am sorry that you have had so many issues with the purchase of this vehicle Please let me know if the issues have been addressed by the store's personnel If not, I will follow up shortly after you respond.Nicole [redacted]

I'm sorry that you are experiencing an issue with the vehicle that you purchased from the Nissan location Please provide me with specific issues relating to the vehicle that is the basis for your complaint Also, please provide any outside estimates or documentation that you have received relating to the mechanical issues with the vehicle Once I receive this information, I will look into everything and provide a response based on facts[redacted] , Corporate Paralegal

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint It's my understanding at all work has a 12-month warranty on it from Russ Darrow and, although I am outside of it, I wasn't far from it when I brought it to your attention Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They never ever gave us the option to take the car to a third party for an inspectionAnd yes, my friend does work with the same WI Buyer's Guide, and she specifically told me otherwise, as well as two others who work in car salesI have had nothing but issues with this company, and they refused to even instruct us on what we could do to resolve the issueWe didn't even get the free oil change coupons in the mail that I paid dollars forI do not understand how a big named dealership is okay with selling honest people a car that they can't even drive, which has repairs that is almost as much as the price of the entire carRepairs that the mechanic at Toyota claimed that would make the car unable to be sold at their lotI guarantee that if your mechanic had done a thorough inspection of the vehicle instead of just patching something up and clearing the codes, he would have caught the failed catalytic converter as well as the extremely poor engine, and the car would have not been sold in the first place Regards, [redacted] ***

Normally when a customer comes in on an advertisement the letter is shown to a dealership personnel and a copy is kept The customers information is then put into our system to show who came in on what day and what unit or advertisement they came in on This is for our records and for the salesperson to follow up after the customer leaves I have received your DOT complaint and have seen the mailer you were sent These letters were sent to approximately people and at least vehicles were sold through this mailer, that I am aware of That is why I stated that I have no previous record of you coming into the dealership The sales staff obviously knew about the mailer so it is a bit confusing why you would be told they had never seen or heard of this and had no vehicles that fall under that mailer[redacted] , Corporate Paralegal

I am sorry that you feel we should give you another credit We gave you more off of the new tires than we received from the warranty process You have received all of the credits based on the last bill you were given that you paid.I gave you all of the information and am unsure how to explain it to you any differently. As stated, you can appeal the decision with the company directly and I also gave you all of that information as well[redacted] , Corporate Paralegal

I'm sorry that you don't understand why I asked you to provide the mileage at the time you tried to cancel your warranty on the vehicle You stated that you had probably put around miles on the car With that statement, I explained that in order to cancel the warranty on this vehicle you would have to provide me with the mileage at the time of cancellation or total loss The reason for this is that you financed this warranty on a separate contract from your vehicle loan The terms of the warranty financing is that you pay the warranty on a monthly basis until such time as expiration of the warranty (term or mileage of warranty) or cancellation Due you verbally informing me that you had probably used the entire warranty at the time you were requesting cancellation, you would still owe the remaining payments on the contract I do not have a problem back dating the warranty cancellation to the day the total loss occurred, but if the mileage was used up by that time, you would still be liable for the payments on the warranty as you would have used 100% of the contract If this is not the case, then provide the odometer reading at the time of the total loss and I will see if there is a refund due to you.As for the car payment, this has nothing to do with Russ Darrow as we are not your lender for the vehicle and thus would have no way of stopping this from coming out.As stated above, please provide the mileage and I will get this matter handled for your as soon as possible[redacted] , Corporate Paralegal

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me We recently checked our account balance for our car loan and I would like to report that days after the complaint, our account was credited $2786.85.We consider this complaint resolved Thank you very much for your help! I apologize for the lack of response you have received in relation to the final payment on your lease Please let this response finalize not only this complaint but also the Customer Care complaint that you have sent to Russ Darrow directlyWhen you purchased the vehicle, the finance manager did not set up for the final payment on the lease turn in, so when the deal was processed by our deal processor at the corporate office they were unaware of this As such, a request was sent up the corporate office to have a check cut and sent to Honda for $243.30, which was the final payment amount and the late fee that was due That was mailed to Honda Finance on February 10th Upon receipt of these funds, Honda will notice that this would be an overpayment and should direct any overpayment on this account directly to you I tried calling to see if they received it and applied it, but was unable to verify due to their privacy policy As for the vehicle and Honda not picking up the vehicle yet, this sometimes takes time It can take the manufacturers between day and year to pick up We have no control over this The vehicle is stored in a locked area in the back of our buildings with a manufacturer pickup sign in the window [redacted] , Corporate Paralegal

I just read my email today(8-16) dated yesterday(8-15) No the business has not been communicated with and I am not satisfiedHow or what do I do next???

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response by [redacted] Peiper was to question whether she should address the problem or not. That's not a response, that's dodging the issue. If she would have read the letter, or bothered to communicate with me at all, [redacted] would have realized that the Dealership (Russ Darrow Mazda Madison) and it's GM Mr***, has blown off this complaint since day She would have also realized that even though I filled out the complaint form on-line the night of day 1, that I had to hunt down MrLawler myself week after filing the complaintWhen I did get his attention, he had me check the unit into Russ Darrow Kia on the west sideBy that time I noticed that not only was the paint pealing badly on the roof (and had rusted), but that the drivers side fender had rusted off the lower body and the left tail light was not functionalWhen I picked up the vehicle week later, nothing was done about the tail light, I was told that all the fender needed was "a screw".In our phone call prior to me picking up the vehicle, he started the phone call by belittling my concerns and telling me that the vehicle was years oldMrLawler offered to "participate" for 1/of the "His cost" for repairing of the roof (I would end up paying an additional $for the vehicle and have only part of the problems repaired)After or times of him belittling my concerns and telling me that the fender only needs a screw, I lost my patience with him alsoThere has been no further communication though I have sent him a few letters - one which I informed him I was reporting Russ Darrow to the Revdex.com.To re-cap my "Opinion" at this point:I am very disappointed in Russ Darrow - all of them.It is clear to me that Russ Darrow GM's don't know anything about the product they sell, or about treating Customer's with respectThis seems to be a policy which reaches all the way to the top of ManagementIt has been over a month since this process startedMr [redacted] was rude to meMr Lawler was dismissiveAnd I have a vehicle that, though it runs well, has rust problems (I ended up fixing the electrical problem myself).I bought the vehicle in a rain stormThat was a mistake because I was unable to see the paint damage on the roofI took it back hour from the time of pickup because I saw the damage when I got it homeMy [redacted] was dismissive and rude "What do you want me to do about it, you bought it AS-IS"..."The rusted fender and non-functional tail light were hidden damageAnd even though the safety checklist showed all lights to be functional, MrLawler refused to acknowledge that the unit went off the lot in this condition.I trusted that Russ Darrow had the integrity to stand behind vehicle purchases, so I purchased from them. The Gold card I was given actually gave me the option to trade for a different vehicle on day 1, but I was told it was for oil changes and a discount on partsNeither Mr [redacted] or MrLawler addressed this optionThey just wanted the unit to go down the road and stay there. What would make me satisfied:I expect Russ Darrow to come to the table with an offer to repair all the rust problems with the vehicle, or to give me a cash settlement that would even up the value of what I paid for the Vehicle and what KBB Retail is for the vehicleIn my complaint, I stated $1,would be a reasonable number. And I expect that all GMs and upper Management go through an intensive course in Customer SatisfactionIt is very clear to me that this is not the same group of people that I bought a Plymouth Caravan from years agoBuying and owning a car should be a fun experienceCustomers should be treated with respect and as if they know something Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below According to the site, my complaint is closed but I did respond to the offer given by Russ DarrowI asked the amount of the pending refundI don't see this or a response from them postedNonetheless, I did not receive any refund and it is past the days I was asked to waitI logged on this morning to reach out again but see the complaint is closedHow do I proceed? Can this be reopened? Can I file another complaint? It does not look like this company has any intention of giving me my money back or honoring our contractI just don't understand how this is legal Regards, [redacted] ***
