There's no sugar coating. He Interacts with the patient he makes you laugh and most of all when it's all over with he makes you smile that's what everybody is looking for the big smile. Hes truly the best.

Would not recommend Affordable Dentures to anybody I cared about
I went to Affordable Dentures in Burlington Vermont, they did surgery on my upper gum and made a mess one side shorter than the others the Dentures were missing teeth on the left hand side.
Charging me for surgery that was not needed and Dentures at cannot wear and we're just formed $3,715..
I walked out very disappointed the dentist did not listen to nothing I said, it was a total disaster.. the teeth were a mess expecting me to wear something with half of the teeth missing for $1,500 are they crazy, not to mention the mess the dentist made in my mouth never had a problem until I went to Affordable Dentures in Burlington Vermont I expect a full refund,

February 26, 2016Re: Case # [redacted] —To Whom It May Conern:This patient presented to this office wanting to have all upper teeth and lower teeth extracted and have an immediate upper denture insertedAfter reviewing the X-ray in my office, I felt that her upper teeth did not require extractions and did not see any major cavities, periodontal disease, infection, or tooth fractureOnly tooth that needs treatment is tooth #It requires a root canal therapy if patient wants to save it or extractionBecause of the tooth having long and curved roots it is considered a very difficult extraction, and I felt it would be in her best interest to have it extracted by an Oral SurgeonOne of my dental assistants informed patient that she should see a general dentist for her dental issues, for I am limited to what I doAs you know, I do dentures, partial dentures, simple extractions without sedation, and denture repairsHow could this patient be angry toward me because I was not willing to pull her perfectly good upper teeth and put denture? Only an unethical dentist would have done thatThe patient stated that I didn't even look at her x-rayI am able to view x-ray of my patients on one of my computer screens throughout the office--we have digital x-ray system.I just think the patient is angry because she did not get what she wantedMy dental assistant still informed me that the patient wanted to see meAs I was walking toward the room, she decided to leave the officeShe is the one that refused to see mePatient's charge was $for an office visit and $for an X-rayHer X-ray can be e-mailed to any dentist that she wishes to go see.I am willing to waive $consultation feeHave patient call the office so $can be credited to her credit card.Regards,

Sorry to hear that the denture did not work for this patient! According to our records, her teeth were extracted in August and a denture was immediately delivered According to the records, this patient not only did not show up for her three day post op visit, but also did not wear the denture for one and a half months and did not return for any resolution that entire time We serve our patients with utmost care and passion and we do our best to accommodate them and their comfort as much as possible; however, we do expect our patients to follow the dentist's orders and to comply with all post operative instructions and follow up visits It is common that immediate dentures do not fit perfectly following tooth extractions, because the molds for the dentures are taken with the teeth still in place, therefore the lab can only estimate how the gums will look after the teeth are extracted All of our patients are promptly scheduled for follow up visits and follow up re-fittings This patient did not comply with the doctor's orders, did not show up promptly for the follow up visits and refused the refitting when she showed up one and a half months later She also was scheduled for another refitting in March 2017, but failed to show up for that appointment as well While we understand the frustration and the difficulties of wearing a denture immediately following tooth extractions, we are unable to make this process work single handedly and full success is impossible without cooperation and compliance on the patient's part Denture is a ALL we do in this office We have some of the best and most experienced doctors and lab technicians and equipment at the Yuba City Affordable Dentures and Implants We make ourselves tirelessly available for our patients and we understand that it is a frustrating and rather difficult process It is not easy to be a new denture wearer, but we all can accomplish a great result together We regret that this patient is unhappy with her denture; however, there is really not much we are able to do when the a patient is not seeking prompt follow up treatments Also, government aid is limited and only covers immediate dentures and does not pay for a permanent denture following extractions and we have no control over one's insurance coverage The last time this patient was seen was over a year ago Although almost impossible to make a proper denture adjustment or refitting after such a long time, we will be more than happy to do our best to help her If she wishes, she can call the office and make an appointment [redacted] ***

Patient purchased an economy denture that does not give him the option to address personal cosmetic choicesThis was explained at his visit, and we gave him the three options of upgrades to address any cosmetic concerns before we made his dentureThe economy denture he purchased is fully fabricated in hard acrylic at delivery and the size, shape, and color of teeth can not be changed at that timeThe other three options all come in wax, and the patient is allowed to move or change the teeth to whatever meets their desiresPatient declined all three optionsHis denture is functional and is cosmetically pleasingHe left happy on 12-17-15, and then returned on 12-31-and stated "I do not like the way they look." I checked the fit and bite, and they were all satisfactory I offered to make him a new denture to address the cosmetic changes he wants, but I explained he would have to purchase a new denture that includes these featuresPatient declines and wants a refundHe stated "I will report you to the Revdex.com, and I will get my refund." My husband came in for an upper denture at 730am Sometime after 8am, we were called back, and the mold was taken of his gums and lower teeth Once the mold was set and he tested them out, he advised Dr M [redacted] *hat they hurt his jaw and that they were crooked She got loud and kept talking over him, rolling her eyes, and insisted it was because his bottom teeth were crooked and that it wasnt his jaw it was hitting, that it was the empty spot on his gums No matter what he said, she got mad and belittled him and talked down to him Finally, she said to the tech to adjust the back teeth on the one side by a millimeter or two They came back minutes or so later looking and feeling the same way And when he said they still hurt his jaw and they were crooked, she flipped out and got downright disrespectful and unprofessional and told him that she cant do anything more and he just needs to go somewhere else..she yelled to the receptionist to refund his money and that he can get them made somewhere else We got our refundbut we wasted hours in that placeand we did not deserve being treated like thatAll he wanted was a usable upper denture that fit his mouth that looked natural Nothing unusual or out of the ordinary He wasnt disrespectful or anything to herWhy treat a person, and a paying customer like that?! Received a flyer for a $ac AC unit cleaning so I called and they came out as scheduledWhen they were done the bill was $for parts and UV light, and a year contractmonths later the blower stopped working, after tech came out saying I needed new blower motor, they scheduled then rescheduled install appointment twiceThe night before the last appointment (7pm) a man came to my house (no phone call) and demanded to replace the unit at that time, saying it would take only minutesThe original estimate for the work was $to install a warrantied part because it would take several hoursI have cancelled my relationship with them when no one came out the next day as scheduledSorry I ever changed from my old company

After having numerous problems with another AC company for years, when our unit went out in April, 2016, we decided to go with a company from whom we had received a flyer in the mailThat's when we called Quality Control Air Called them on Friday, April and they came out and told us we needed a new unitThis was not a surprise The surprise was when they gave us a price and said they would install it on April 23, which by the way was a Saturday They came, did the job and it cost us $less than the previous unit So far, it has worked excellent I was able to turn my thermostat UP two degrees which has resulted in a lower electric bill and we are definitely more comfortable in the house than before We are percent satisfied with this company and expect to have a long, satisfactory relationship with them Thank you Quality Control Air, Inc

Hired these guys to install new skylights and repair a leak around a chimneyI have leaks all around the chimney and around both skylightsI cannot recommend this company for any roof workThe interior of my living room is ruined

I purchased a complete premium denture set from affordable dentures, I,ve lost four teeth not satisified with the product and feel I should not have to pay for a bad product from their office ive received multiple cuts upper and lower lesions from the dentures I understand one or two occurences but the dentures are crap and im not paying for faulty dentures that the dentist told me they were trying to iron out the kinks my gums are so cut up from the dentures I can hardly chew they hurt so bad I am considering suing there office for selling me such faulty dentures he wouldn't call me back to discuss any comprehension or settle the bill as paid in full I hope he doesn't deal like this with all his clients as that certainly be bad for practicebottom line I feel unjust with this purchase and was scammed I feel my debt was paid for for all the bad repercussions upon myself and pain and suffering please help with this matter sincerely mr [redacted]

[redacted] , DDS, RA8069 Callaghan Road Grandview Shopping Center San Antonio, TX 78230 [redacted] General Dentist [redacted] , DDSTreatment for [redacted] was completed on 07/29/2015. After completion, Mr. [redacted] was informed that his dentures came with a 60 adjustment period free of charge.Mr. [redacted] returned to our practice only when his denture needed repair. On 07/11/16 the patient returned to repair a dropped and damaged denture. We do warranty our craftsmanship on this particular product for up to one year. Despite the damage not being due to poor craftsmanship, the denture was repaired at no charge.Mr. [redacted] returned again to have his denture repaired on 09/29/2016 and 10/03/2016 with broken denture teeth. Broken teeth are not a fabrication defect. Even though Mr. [redacted] 's warranty had expired, and the items damaged were not a part of the craftsmanship warranty, his dentures were repaired at no charge without question.After any treatment in our office is completed, patients are informed their product comes with a 60 day free, no charge, adjustment period. Mr. [redacted] did not return for adjustment, or contact our office concerning any type of discomfort for one year.At this time no refund is available patient has been treated respectfully.Sincerely, [redacted] D.D.S.

In response to the complaint from [redacted] ***, I would first like to say she has been seen in my office several times and have never had an issue until this pointMs [redacted] was last seen in my office for the placement of mini dental implantsIt is not the practice of my office to accept or file insurance claims however, we do provide documentation of treatment with the appropriate procedure codes so the patient can submit a claim personally on there own behalfThis process has been repeated multiple times with Ms [redacted] without consequence until her recent treatmentShe was given documentation with the appropriate dental treatment codes for the treatment givenUnfortunately her insurance company doesn't cover the treatment performedMs [redacted] wants me to provide her with different codes that the insurance company will accept but I can only give codes for treatment I have performedIf I gave her something different, that would be fraudI regret that her insurance company won't cover the treatment performedIf there is any issue, it is with her insurance companyIt is my sincere hope that this response will resolve this issue and not reflect negatively on myself or my practice

We appreciate being notified of this complaint and being given the opportunity to contact the patient and make things right This practice strives to please every patient, and we apologize that the patient who submitted this complaint was not initially satisfied with her visit and new dentures However, we have recently contacted her, apologized, and invited her back into our practice in hopes that we could remake her denture at no charge and hlep her get a new smile that she will be extremely proud of She stated that she will return and give us that opportunity, and plans to check her scheule and call us tomorrow to setup another appt.Should anyone have questions, I can be reached via our practice line at [redacted]
