We appreciate being notified of this complaint and being given the opportunity to contact the patient and make things right.  This practice strives to please every patient, and we apologize that the patient who submitted this complaint was not initially satisfied with her visit and new...

dentures.  However, we have recently contacted her, apologized, and invited her back into our practice in hopes that we could remake her denture at no charge and hlep her get a new smile that she will be extremely proud of.  She stated that she will return and give us that opportunity, and plans to check her scheule and call us tomorrow to setup another appt.Should anyone have questions, I can be reached via our practice line at [redacted].

After having numerous problems with another AC company for 10 years, when our unit went out in April, 2016, we decided to go with a company from whom we had received a flyer in the mail. That's when we called Quality Control Air.
Called them on Friday, April 22 and they came out and told us we needed a new unit. This was not a surprise. The surprise was when they gave us a price and said they would install it on April 23, which by the way was a Saturday.
They came, did the job and it cost us $1000 less than the previous unit.
So far, it has worked excellent. I was able to turn my thermostat UP two degrees which has resulted in a lower electric bill and we are definitely more comfortable in the house than before.
We are 100 percent satisfied with this company and expect to have a long, satisfactory relationship with them. Thank you Quality Control Air, Inc.

I am rejecting this response because:I was unhappy when I left the parking lot the day these dentures were made. My wife is a witness to that. I was given no opportunity to compare my old dentures with the new ones while in the dentist's chair. The office had closed and I made the appointment to resolve the issue on the following day. I declined to purchase the upgrade because I was already aware of the quality of Dr. [redacted]'s work and did not feel it was my responsibility to pay for the mistakes of another person. I called the Affordable Dentures hotline Friday January 8th. They sided with their employees rather than their patients and I was turned down a third time for a refund. I will be filing a formal complaint with the MS Board of Dental Examiners because I have exhausted all other opportunities to resolve this issue.

I am rejecting this response because: you know you can twist what happened, But everyone Knows what really happened that day. the people in that office has very bad treatment to the patient's & the family, I will to telling everyone hoe they treat people, and How they rip off the patients. February 26, 2016Re: Case #[redacted]—To Whom It May Conern:This patient presented to this office wanting to have all upper teeth and 2 lower teeth extracted and have an immediate upper denture inserted. After reviewing the X-ray in my office, I felt that her upper teeth did not...

require extractions and did not see any major cavities, periodontal disease, infection, or tooth fracture. Only tooth that needs treatment is tooth #19. It requires a root canal therapy if patient wants to save it or extraction. Because of the tooth having long and curved roots it is considered a very difficult extraction, and I felt it would be in her best interest to have it extracted by an Oral Surgeon. One of my dental assistants informed patient that she should see a general dentist for her dental issues, for I am limited to what I do. As you know, I do dentures, partial dentures, simple extractions without sedation, and denture repairs. How could this patient be angry toward me because I was not willing to pull her perfectly good upper teeth and put denture? Only an unethical dentist would have done that. The patient stated that I didn't even look at her x-ray. I am able to view x-ray of my patients on one of my 9 computer screens throughout the office--we have digital x-ray system.I just think the patient is angry because she did not get what she wanted. My dental assistant still informed me that the patient wanted to see me. As I was walking toward the room, she decided to leave the office. She is the one that refused to see me. Patient's charge was $25 for an office visit and $95 for an X-ray. Her X-ray can be e-mailed to any dentist that she wishes to go see.I am willing to waive $25 consultation fee. Have patient call the office so $25 can be credited to her credit card.Regards,

My Associate, Dr. [redacted] has predominately seen and treated the patient; however, I stepped in to evaluate pt's. prostheses and help Dr. [redacted].  Between Dr. [redacted] and I, we have done as much as we realistically can to please the patient.  Mr. [redacted] has not been charged for...

any of the services/treatments he has received since November 12, 2015 -- yes, November 12, 2015.  He had requested an optional tube of Sock-it gel that day and was charged $20.00 for it.  Our team has always given Mr. [redacted] 100%; however, he has made extremely demeaning comments to me.  Pt. has always left satisfied upon treatment completion from of our office and then we hear back from him again w/ conflicting opinions.  I feel at this time that there is absolutely nothing we will be able to do to please the patient.  His main concern as he told us in the past was monies and we have not charged him for all the attempts we have made to help him.  I respectfully ask Mr. [redacted] to find a Dentist that can possibly please him more than my team and I can as we have completely exhausted all options at this point.   Respectfully,[redacted]

Horrible company told me I needed a new compressed at $6000. When I said I was getting a second opinion they put $360.in parts into it and it ran for 45 minutes next Day they say the fan motor is shot $519. Fan motor was the problem all along service tech cut wires and spliced them together bypassing functions.wrote letter to them No reply Stay clear

Hi, Ms. [redacted] can come in and bring in the denture and we will refund the state for the dentures.  She will be more than welcomed to seek treatment somewhere else. Please be advised it may take up to 3 months before she can have another pair of dentures.

Consumer states that they accept the business offer and would like to schedule possible appointment for Friday  02/06/2015, between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm. Consumer would like a call from the business to confirm appointment and a voicemail would be acceptable on the home phone.

dental  implants. It is not the practice of my office to accept or file insurance claims however, we do provide documentation of treatment with the appropriate procedure codes  so the patient can submit a claim personally on there own behalf. This process has been repeated multiple times with Ms. [redacted] without consequence until her recent treatment. She was given documentation with the appropriate dental treatment codes for the treatment given. Unfortunately her insurance company doesn't cover the treatment performed. Ms. [redacted] wants me to provide her with different codes that the insurance company will accept but I can only give codes for treatment I have performed. If I gave her something different, that would be fraud. I regret that her insurance company won't cover the treatment performed. If there is any issue, it is with her insurance company. It is my sincere hope that this response will resolve this issue and not reflect negatively on myself or my practice.

I'm not surprised that this company is no longer recommended by the Revdex.com; it was when we first signed on with them. For the first few yrs our experience was good. Then we put in a new air conditioner and problems always seemed to surface. We were completely ignored for over a yr when we were on a service contract. When the company finally came out for a service check (7 months behind schedule) we were informed we had a leak and had to replace gallons of freon. Of course, we were charged but we took issue with the charge. I wanted to speak to the person in charge of customer relations. I got the run around for 6 months. I finally got a call (from the very person whom I had spoken to on several previous occasions) that said the company would refund our money for that service call, but not our service contract which still had a yr left. I was told "if you are going to cause trouble, we don't want anything to do with you! Good bye!"

DR PRESCRIBED XANAX FOR ANXIETY, IN SUCH A HIGH DOSE, MY WIFE WAS UNABLE TO WALK UNDER OWN POWER INTO THE APPOINTMENT.

THEIR SOLUTION. WE HAVE A WHEEL CHAIR. INTENDED ON PULLING TEETH ANYWAY.

I have gone to this place 7 times and they still do not have me straight and I have to sit for hours every time I go even when I have an appointment and this is in fair to me. I have sores and cuts in my mouth from the teeth and yet they dont care and will do nothing about getting it right. I can show up at 9 and be there till 5 and that's not fair this place is in professional and the customer service is aweful synthia has a really bad attitude I feel that this place needs to be investigated. I feel they discriminate against white people cause they skip them and see all the blacks first and get them in and out and all that is left is the whites. They truely need to be shut down or some new workers. Dr.Beam her self is awesome but her workers are terrible.

Patient purchased an economy denture that does not give him the option to address personal cosmetic choices. This was explained at his visit, and we gave him the three options of upgrades to address any cosmetic concerns before we made his denture. The economy denture he purchased is fully...

fabricated in hard acrylic at delivery and the size, shape, and color of teeth can not be changed at that time. The other three options all come in wax, and the patient is allowed to move or change the teeth to whatever meets their desires. Patient declined all three options. His denture is functional and is cosmetically pleasing. He left happy on 12-17-15, and then returned on 12-31-15 and stated "I do not like the way they look." I checked the fit and bite, and they were all satisfactory.  I offered to make him a new denture to address the cosmetic changes he wants, but I explained he would have to purchase a new denture that includes these features. Patient declines and wants a refund. He stated "I will report you to the Revdex.com, and I will get my refund." We will not return the patient's money because after explaining to him the features of the economy denture as well as the alternatives, he chose the economy denture that does not allow him to make personal choices. Now he wants a refund or us to remake it to address his changing opinion. We fulfilled our obligations, as explained to him, of a functionally fitted appliance that is pleasing to his features, but now he wants to make changes to the finished product.

After completion, Mr. [redacted] was informed that his dentures came with a 60 adjustment period free of charge.Mr. [redacted] returned to our practice only when his denture needed repair. On 07/11/16 the patient returned to repair a dropped and damaged denture. We do warranty our craftsmanship on this particular product for up to one year. Despite the damage not being due to poor craftsmanship, the denture was repaired at no charge.Mr. [redacted] returned again to have his denture repaired on 09/29/2016 and 10/03/2016 with broken denture teeth. Broken teeth are not a fabrication defect. Even though Mr. [redacted]'s warranty had expired, and the items damaged were not a part of the craftsmanship warranty, his dentures were repaired at no charge without question.After any treatment in our office is completed, patients are informed their product comes with a 60 day free, no charge, adjustment period. Mr. [redacted] did not return for adjustment, or contact our office concerning any type of discomfort for one year.At this time no refund is available patient has been treated respectfully.Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted] D.D.S.

To Whom It May Concern:If patient is not happy with her dentures, I am willing to give a full refund of $445 which was the cost of Economy dentures that she purchased. I do not know how she came up with $550, Patient does not seem to understand that in order to satisfy patients concerns, a new...

set of dentures is needed, for her first set was a temporary set she had multiple teeth pulled and dentures were inserted on the same day. Patient signed all necessary consent forms knowing that she will need to have another set made after complete healing at her own expense. Nevertheless, refund will be granted.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: when I did complain at my appointment I was told it was my fault they didnt fit . all they could offer is a relign I did refuse because a relign would not thave changed the huge gap in the front of the plate..dentures should look like a gum line to fit not teeth..they are ridiculously mis shapen...what they told me was this is temporary you are approved for a permanent set . I have called and been in to speak with them several times I am only offered a relign now. Why

I was told by phone on 5/7/15 that they were open at 1:30 PM. At 1:30 pm with the waiting room almost full they were not open, Finally at 2 PM they opened. I asked why they were not open as we were told. The girl told me that they ran behind an had to eat. That puts lunch before the customers. I had gone back there because I had got my last set of dentures there in 2009.
After they took impressions for my new dentures I was told that acrylic dentures were not what I wanted and should get the metal dentures BUT the impression must be sent to California to be made and that takes 2-3 weeks. Then they required payment in full of $910..I paid the $910. I called on 5/19 and told they are sent by REGULAR MAIL, I called 2 times on 5/28 (3 weeks) and got voice mail. I left messages but have not received a return call yet !
