This company & the people working for them are nothing but liars! We've had our new unit that we bought from them for just over a yearWithin that year it has failed the county inspection times!!! Every time someone comes out they claim we need this or that new part
Then to top it off there customer service is horrible to say the least! My ac went out on a Sunday night so I called to have them come fix itOf course the guy had "truck problems" & wouldn't be able to make it out to us until late in the afternoon the day afterSo my boyfriend & I called another AC company & they came out instantlyFixed our problem within minutes & were on there wayThe next morning we went to grab McDonald's at 11amWe missed the guy somehow within the 20mins we were goneSo I called the front office & proceeded to be SCREAMED at for leaving "when I had an appointment."
The other company that came out even told us that they are a bunch of scammersThey all we needed was a breaker & to not allow them to charge us for anything else
This company is HORRIBLE! Never use them!!!

While we are eager to help Mr*** to take care of his dental needs we regret that a definitive estimation of cost is not possible to be provided at this time. The current condition of the partial as well as the current condition of Mr***'s broken tooth (teeth) need to be evaluated and diagnosed prior to the final determination of cost. Based on the latest documentation in his chart, the estimated cost will be between $to $250.00, again, depending on the CURRENT condition of the questionable teeth #'s and 15. Regards,he flat out lied about the problem not being from craftmanship he specifically told me that they had similar incidents and he had to iron out the kinks, thats why he did the repairs free now I had another tooth fall out and I will go to another dentist for repairs but im still refusing to pay for a lousy product they made me, his response is totally fabricated and I stand by my truth what he said to mei have no reason to lie about him he just wants the money but im not paying for the remainder of this bill, I disputed this charge for the second time with synchrony bank and there policy states if im still not satisfied with the outcome redispute it with them which I did and told them I was not paying for defective product I received, they told me dentures last 4-years and its only been 1and1/years since the purchase I now have a 4th tooth that fell out and the dentist is truly lying about the statement he made to you allim not oblicated to pay this bill do to poor quality and craftsmanship these dentures are defective I will return them to the business if thats what they want and get new ones elsewhere for my own self assurance

I should have read the reviews on Revdex.com FB & yelp! I went here to get a partial plate replacedI heard the staff arguing with other patients while I sat in the dental chair waiting my turnI should have left thenI did the cast and returned in the afternoon for my partialThey placed it in my mouth and said ok you're good to goI said we need to do some fittingThere was a big gap between the roof of my mouth and the plateThe dentist came in and, I explained to her they need a little adjustmentShe said no that's how they fitShe never even looked in my mouthI was trying to show her the big gapShe said she knew what a gap was she didn't need to look I said again, there's a big gap and food will just go right in thereShe said there's nothing I can doI stood up and looked in the mirror and saw her assistant standing around the corner looking at the dentist pointing and laughing! I asked if she thought this was funny and I asked the dentist why was she arguing and being disrespectful to meI just needed them adjustedShe said that's how they fit I told her that I felt they were very unprofessionalAs I got up and was walking out she said "you need to leave now"They were enjoying the situationI am still shockedIt was like being bullied and ripped off for my lunch moneyAt the age of I always am kind to peopleI always feel it gets you a lot further in lifeWell it didn't hereThey were horrible to meI guess I will go to another dentist to see if they will do a bit of adjusting for meShame on you

I had this company come out to inspect my unit which was over years old, and had a feeling it would need replacing and it didBrian did a fantastic job of getting me a brand new unit saving me over a thousand dollarsHe also went above and beyond to help with financing and making the installation appointment within several days of the quote
Also, he made sure that his crew would begin work on the outside unit before I got home from work, then they would finish the inside when I arrived, and it worked out perfectlyBy the time I got home, they were done outside and finished the inside in under hoursEverything was clean, up to code and the unit now works flawlesslyI am so thrilled with the service, the help, the honesty and really going beyond my expectations to help me out

For integrity, craftsmanship and cost: Look no further! I'm serious and no, Joe is not my uncle! I searched years for such a business and I found it here I'm extremely happy to know that quality work was finally done in my home Because of Joe's impressive knowledge and experience, he was able to present several options and different approaches to my projects This made me more comfortable as I felt I was part of the team and that I had a daily input Even though Hicks Builders is a very busy, in-demand company, they remained flexible and dependable The duration of the work was both reasonable and as promised As long as Joe H*** is around, he will be my go to guy

We are terribly sorry for *** and the fact that she was not able to complete her treatment with us. *** is our dear patient and has always been wecomed to our office, withour the presence of her daughter that is! *** came in to our office and was ready for an adjustment, a very
pleasant calm lady! Unfortunately, her daughter was very rude with our staff and as a result was asked to leave the treatment room. Not only she refused to do so, she also refused for her poor mother to have an adjustment. It is very common that new dentures cause sores after eating. Dentures are very easily adjusted after sores appear and become comfortable again. The best evidence of that is the fact that she mentioned she took her mom to another dentist, were adjusted, and comfortable again. As she mentioned, the dentures did not even have to be replaced, therefore there was nothing wrong with them. ***'s daughter did not let her mom be seen by us, we would have done the same type of adjustment for no charge for her. As a result of her inappropriate demeanor, not only they had to go and pay elsewhere for an adjustment, they lost 20% of what they paid as signed and agreed by them stating they had been informed prior to fabrication of the denture. We gladly redo our dentures without any additional charge if the DDS evaluates them and determines the dentures do not meet our high standard of care. Unfortunately, *** did not even have the opportunity to see the dentist that day, although the dentist told her daughter that she wanted to see her. Like anyone else, we are hard working individuals and we thrive to help and satisfy our patients to the best of our ability and like anyone else we deserve to be treated decently. It is very unfotunate that sometimes we face challenging circumstances as this, when some folks disrespect us ( in this case even their own family member) and behave inappropriately in our office. We are sorry if the DDS had to put her finger in her mother's mouth, but this is what most people expect when they go to the dentist! Impressions are not pleasant and no one likes them, however, until digital impressions become available, this remains the standard of care. Last time we talked to our patient *** on the phone, she was very nice and calm and was willing to come in to our office for continuation of treatment; however, shortly after, her daughter called and was very aggressive and abusive and told us that she will not allow her mom to return to our office. ***'s refund has already been issued. If she would like the remaining 20% she will have to take legal action. We wish the best for our patient *** and we want her to know she will be more than welcome to our office anytime she wishes!

I reviewed the security tape and see and hear things a little different. You can literally hear the patient say I wish I would have came here, and at no time did any employee say we make"bank"on this procedure. (the truth is that the lab grade permasoft material that we use comes

The exchange was friendly until we asked for verification that he was on the care credit account which he stated he was and the fact is he is not. Remember-this patient"s name is *** and he handed us a card that said ***. He is not listed on her care credit account and that is not disputable. We can print out the record that shows this. We required verbal permission from the wife because we have had patients call care credit after treatment and state that their identity was stolen and they never used the card, to get out of payment. With out verbal verification and copy of drivers licena claim would be made, we would have no proof to dispute the claims of any patient falsely claiming identity theft. After reviewing the tape, I will concede the assistant sitting on the book case should not have been involved in the exchange, The card verification, and collection of payment should have been handled solely by ***-the person sitting at the computer (she is the one that explained the verification need, called the wife, and collected payment. The other person was done with her work and waiting for the next patient and has no role in the financial portion of this practice. All of this being said-I do not want anyone feeling ripped off by us, or feel treated unfairly. I am happy to reverse the full treatment cost of $330, but this must be done in person, as we will need to remove the liner we placed. I will eat the cost of the materials but you cant have the refund and the liners. I will also have the lab remove what ever excess liner the patient felt on his teeth. I will warn the patient that since the liners were placed, he has had a tissue response and the dentures may seem looser than when he brought them into us. We do not alter the denture when we place the liner but we have had this outcome before (the lined dentures are not loose like they were before, so the dentures are not traumatizing the ridge and so the swelling goes away) when we put the orig condition dentures back in I expect the patient will most likely have some degree of this response and I cant do anything about it) This refund offer expires 1/1/19 meaning he has months to do this. *** *** *** *** *** ***

Patient is correct in the fact that he was not allowed to compare his old dentures to the new ones, because this is not an option when purchasing the Economy DenturesIf patient would have purchased an upgrade that was fully explained prior to fabrication, then he would have been given the opportunity to compare and make changes to the new denturesPatient feels he shouldn't have to pay more for a set of dentures that addresses cosmeticsHowever, this is not fair to our patients who pay a higher price for customization of their denturesWe regret that he feels the need to file a complaint with the MS Board of Dental ExaminersWe are so confident in the fabrication of our product that we would welcome the patient to submit pictures of both sets of dentures to the board for them to see the superiority of ours to his existing

I was unhappy when I left the parking lot the day these dentures were madeMy wife is a witness to thatI was given no opportunity to compare my old dentures with the new ones while in the dentist's chairThe office had closed and I made the appointment to resolve the issue on the following dayI declined to purchase the upgrade because I was already aware of the quality of Dr***'s work and did not feel it was my responsibility to pay for the mistakes of another personI called the Affordable Dentures hotline Friday January 8thThey sided with their employees rather than their patients and I was turned down a third time for a refundI will be filing a formal complaint with the MS Board of Dental Examiners because I have exhausted all other opportunities to resolve this issue

I would like to choose another local denture office to correct the ill fitting dentures at no cost to my mother and any charges to be paid by Affordable Dentures, Yuba City If travel is required for more than miles, I request to be reimbursed for milage by the Affordable Denture office in
Yuba City

O'Neill's fixed my bumper and rear panel after I had a minor accident and I was very happy with the results
They were easy to work with and were upfront about the time it would take and the pricingYou cannot even tell my car was ever dented and it looks like new
Hopefully I will not need their services in the future but if I do I will definitely use them again
