Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12156516, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  please send me a copy of this so I can keep it for my records. thank you.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response however there are many inaccuracies, especially with dates.  I have never contacted their company twice.  Only once and it was to dispute this charge.  I have a FINAL bill from directTV showing a CREDIT of $386.82 dated 10/17/15, because my account was debited for an amount I did not owe.  When I called into dorectTV I informed them also this account was turned off in JULY 2015.   I paid my account in full and returned all necessary equipment.  If need be, I will file a complaint with directTV too seeing I have no Bill’s, emails, or anything from them including a credit.  This $386.82 was taken out of my account without consent and this is why it was disputed with my bank.  No credit was ever issued to me.  I appreciate you removing it from my credit.  I will get in touch with directTV to dispute this with them and verify you were a 3rd party for them and you did not in fact buy this account from them and them write it off as a bad debt for 2016 as most companies do with 90+ old accounts.
