I am rejecting this response because:I have already contacted the originally creditor [redacted] 4 times to notify them that I was a victim of identity theft and that there were incorrect procedures done by their staff which caused me to be a victim and having an unauthorized account open in my name using my name, address and also ssn. This item needs to be immediatelyimmediately removed off of my credit report due to the fact it was not authorized by me.I will seek further protocol with a legal representative if this is not done asap and will seek a lawsuit.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!!! THE ONLY TRUTH IS THAT I CALLED TWICE. I DID RECIEVE A LETTER IN JUNE, AND WAS TOLD THAT THE OFFER HAD EXPIRED. I TRIED TO GET THE REDUCED RATE, BECAUSE SOME HOW THE LETTER DIDN'T GET TO ME UNTIL JUNE. THE FIRST TIME I SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE WHO OFFERED A HIGH SETTLEMENT, THE SECOND TIME I TRIED TO CALLED BACK I ASKED IF I WOULD RECEIVE A LETTER IN THE MAIL WITH THE NEW SETTLEMENT AND ASKED IF THEY HAD REPORTED THIS INFORMATION TO MY CREDIT REPORT. AS YET, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE LAST PERSON I SPOKE TO, I STATED THAT I WOULD MAKE THE PAYMENT ON JULY 16TH, THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID THIS WAS FINE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT THIS ARRANGEMENT WAS ACCEPTED. NO ONE HUNG UP. IF THIS IS THE CASE, SAVE THE TAPE FOR MY ATTORNEY. THE TRIGGER WAS THE SECOND TIME I CALLED AND ASKED IF THIS HAD BEEN REPORTED ON MY CREDIT REPORT. THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT A CERTIFIED LETTER OF THE FIRST ATTEMPT TO MAKE SURE THE OFFER WAS RECEIVED AND TO LET THE CONSUMER KNOW THAT THEY ARE COLLECTING A DEBT ON BEHALF OF SAID COMPANY. MAIL GETS LOST. THERE HAVE BEEN TIME WHEN MY MAIL HAS GONE TO SOMEONE ELSE'S ADDRESS OR VICE VERSA. I WILL BE TAKING THIS UP WITH A HIGHER AUTHORITY. THIS BLEMISH IS A RUIN ON A PERSON'S CREDIT. I AM NOT DISPUTING THE DEBT, BUT THE ACTION AND NOT GIVEN ME TIME TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION IS WHAT I AM DISPUTING. THE FACT THAT THE AUTHOR IS LYING, MAKES ME NOT WANT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. NOTE: DON'T BE JUST A MEDIATOR. INVESTIGATE, GO AFTER THESE COMPANIES SO THESE SCAM TACTICS WILL STOP. IF THEY HAVE PROOF FROM A CERTIFIED LETTER OR PHONE CALL, ASK THEM TO PROVIDE THAT. THIS WAY THESE TACTICS WON'T CONTINUE AND THESE ISSUES CAN BE EASILY RESOLVED.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  At the time that this account was open I was only 13 years of age   It’s likely that it was an account that my dad opened   Which therefore makes me not responsible for that account   I’ve seen that the account has been removed from my credit report   And I just want to make sure and validate that it was removed permanently.
