This does not mean that anything was done wrong by you. Unfortunately, we do not get a lot of information as to why our third party verification team chose to cancel your order. This business does not seem to take seriously the nature of the problems that it has caused and could have causedHad I not had sufficient cash on me to cover the cost of the purchase at the restaurant that should have covered by the gift card that was sold to me I could have been arrestedAlthough I am not a lawyer, there is a term in the law called expectation interestI expected the gift card to perform as per what was sold to meDue to the nature of the non performance I was out of pocket $due to the negligence of Gift card ZenHad the agreement been performed as promised, I would not be entitled to the damages, my out of pocket expense due to the non performance of the card that was sold to me.It is very nice that they are very sorry but that does not mitigate the fact that I was terribly embarrassed and could have been arrested had I not had sufficient cash to pay for their mistakeHad I been arrested, you can be sure that this would have been a very serious breach that would have resulted in a very costly lawsuit against Giftcard ZenThis $is strictly a matter of principle to meThis company has no principles otherwise they would have stepped in and made this rightI will escalate this to a Federal complaint

the message as stated by them at [email protected] responded me back with the same old copy and paste message that I been receiving whenever I contacted them via email. My issue is still not resolvedI cant seem to understand how they are rated A+ by Revdex.comEven after filing a claim I am no where near getting this issue resolvedA+ is probably an old rating when giftcardzen was the sole owner and was not part of RetailMeNotI kindly request Revdex.com to help me resolve this matter.Thank You,

Giftcard Zen acknowledges the difficulties caused by the issue of the faulty cards and apologizes for the inconvenience and hassleWe have issued refunds for these non functional gift cards that had caused the issue and apologize for the intial issue

We received a chargeback concerning this situation on Friday, April 17th, I have attached a receipt from the Braintree processor showing that an amount of $4,was debited from our account and returned to the cardholder

I did finally receive the check last weekend after all the dramaThanks
