Hi ***, My case # is ***I appreciated talking with you today and I’m glad my case is still openI received a copy of the 12/letter from Airbnb in which they said they would be contacting me to discuss my case with meThe representative at Airbnb hasn’t contacted me and I have no idea who is handling my case at AirbnbSince they have not contacted me when they told you they would, I have no reason to believe that they will nowAlso because in my previous discussion with Airbnb where they told me that they would not return our payment in full because we could not prove there was no air-conditioning and I had no right to appeal their decision I have no reason to believe they’ve changed their mindAirbnb stated in their letter to you that they could not discuss it with you because of their "privacy policy.” My husband and I both agree that we are waiving any right to privacy we *** have and give our permission to Airbnb to discuss our case with youIn fact, we are insisting that they discuss our case with you so that there can be a fair settlement to this caseA couple of days ago called the owner of the house that we were renting and without saying who I was, asked her if she had air-conditioningShe again said she didn’t need any because it was so cool at the beachShe also said that “no one had ever complained about the lack of air-conditioning in the past.”I appreciate the Revdex.com helping us with our disagreement with Airbnb and look forward to a fair solution to our case about the lack of air-conditioning, ***Sincerely, *** and *** ***

AirBNB continues to give no detailed account of the decision to close my account without warning. They have not provided any documentation to me that they used to come to this decision. Their responses her on Revdex.com only state that they are sorry for an inconvenience and that they will not discuss the matter
I would like AirBNB to personally provide me with any detailed information they used to determine this untimely closure of my account after being a long time customer in good standing for over years
