In spite of Airbnb claiming they were having a representative reach out to me, they have done nothingI have received no phone calls or emails and my account is still unusableI have been told for months that someone would be contacting me and that simply never happensI reject this response because it is the same response they give every time I call or writeI have only asked for some sort of contact from the company with some sort of explanation or an assurance that someone would be working to fix my account.
I have never experienced this type of service from a company in my lifetime, let alone a company I have spent many thousands of dollars with and convinced countless skeptical friends and family to use for their travelAirbnb has chosen to ignore a longtime customer for seemingly no other reason than they are too rich to care about one little customer with an account that isn’t workingThey have clearly demonstrated time and time again that they cannot be bothered with my multiple please for assistance
I continue to request nothing more than for someone from the company to reach out to me about my account

other email said, "They were not obligated to tell me why I was being taken off as a host on their site and they were not responsible for any lose I incur." That was not a response to
my complaint I feel a properly run business should be obligated to tell me why they are taking the action they are taking I am attaching copies of both emails so you too can see
