On May 25, Airbnb emailed you the following:
"When you started the chargeback with your funding source, it places a hold on the funds(A dispute puts the full transaction on hold for all parties involved).This is to allow an investigation to take place.As we have been made aware of this case, we still must wait for the investigation to be closed before we can take any actionWhile both payments were made with different funding sources, we have not received confirmation that the chargeback case from PayPal was closed, and so we cannot processes any funds as your funding source may still take action on that case.Again, the only way we are able to proceed is for your funding source to work with PayPal to either respond or remove the claimPlease contact your credit card company for additional support, as they are in the best position to support you."
