Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
No email stating that the problem has been fix or any explanation as described in AirBnB Revdex.com responseThe representative handling this Revdex.com complain should have reached out by phone and discussed this with me to INSURE that an email was received
I will call AirBnB again myself, but this will be the last time as I have spent many hours on the phone with them already
The only email received was on April 18th as follows, which basically states, "this is how the system works and if you don't like it, then don't use this feature..."
