Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: On March 23rd, I received the following message from Airbnb per email:
"A refund of $has been issued to your credit card (MASTER ***) for reservation *** at Studio Apt in Fabulous Victorian (you originally paid $435)While this refund is immediate on our part, it can take up to business days for the funds to reach your account
Thanks, The Airbnb Team"
However, as of this moment (5:pm CST) on April 6, 2017, no such refund has been posted to my account with Citi. I called Citi and they confirm no refund has arrived yet. Airbnb being sorry that I rejected their prior response does not resolve the problem. They still have not refunded the $435.Sincerely,*** ***

Airbnb’s proposal is not acceptable. In my previous response, I referenced the email noted in their last communication. My opinion has not changed
They have not addressed my issues
They have ignored that even the manager of the property believed that $was a reasonable amount to reimburse me for the circumstances me and my guests experienced
It is irresponsible on Airbnb’s part to say they are unable to help with a reimbursement because I followed standard consumer procedures with my credit card when I did not get a response from their agents to my immediate and timely communications on the issue
A $coupon for the opportunity to use their services again with no promises to rectify or apologize is an appropriate remedy

I am following up with you regarding your Revdex.com case # ***.Thank you for your detailed feedback and we're sorry to hear of your experience.Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to apply a coupon code to a reservation after it's been accepted or to another user's account. When the reservation request is sent, the system records that the user agreed to the terms and conditions on the checkout page, and that submission is finalized when the host accepts.This coupon is not redeemable for cash and you have until 8-1-to use it. In case you forgot, to use it, click the link that says "Coupon" next to the subtotal on the booking page and enter the code ***.Guest experiences are paramount to Airbnb and I am truly sorry to see that was not the case with Airbnb.We thank you for your patience and hope you continue to be an active member of our community.'

1) I provided the evidence for violation of surveilance policy listed in the site by which I am eligible for refund
2) I provided evidence that living condition is not acceptable beyond the legal occupancy limit
The support just says they have not found any evidence of violation by host even after providing the evidence
the policy says any surveylance device in any room should be disclosedand no surveilance in bedroom and bathroom even if disclosedif not disclosed I am eligible for refund according to policyeven after providing evidence of surveilance in other rooms without disclosureairbnb feels host is upto standardairbnb says I need to read reviews to book.
Airbnb feels host doesnt violate anything even after stacking people in small bedroom apartment without disclosure and no option to lock any roomhost is goodlegal occupancy limit is max so what is the limit for bad living condition, I feel airbnb will not find it poor living condition even if host stacks in same apartmentit just supports host no matter what
