Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep apologizes to Mr [redacted] in regards to his dissatifaction However, Mr [redacted] dealt with [redacted] Automotive in regards to his buyback He had the option of accepting or declining their dollar offer on the buyback Mr [redacted] accepted their offer and then chose his new vehicle It is no fault of Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep that Mr [redacted] is $8,upside down or that his payment increased by $ If he is requiring additional monies, that is between him and [redacted] Automotive and not Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep We assisted in the buyback by having Chrysler engineers look at the vehicle, but buybacks and lemon law are in the hands of the manufacturer Therefore, Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep cannot help Mr [redacted] any further in this issue If he has any concerns with his new vehicle he is free to contact me.Sincerely, [redacted] General Manager

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep and FCA has been in contact with MsZ*** MsZ [redacted] refuses to come to the dealership to ride with a technician unless a police officer can ride along also, and she refuses to let a technician come to her Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep has had numerous individuals try to work with her on this issue We replaced the radio with one that Chrysler sent to us to replace it with and that has not been good enough She has also admitted in her many text messages that we will probably not be able to duplicate her issue since it has only occurred approximately time each month since she has owned the vehicle We can not help MsZ [redacted] if she is not willing to work with us MsZ [redacted] is welcome to take her vehicle to any other Chrysler Jeep store and see if they can resolve her issue or let us try to help her If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at ###-###-####Coye P [redacted] General Manager

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep is sorry that Mr [redacted] feels that we owe his taxes to the state of [redacted] When he ngotiated the car deal with the sales person they worked the sales tax at [redacted] tax He did not according to his own statement, bring up the additional taxes until he got into the finance office in which the price of the car had already been negotiated We have offered Mr [redacted] last week to recontract his loan and include the $for his taxes He has declined to recontract his car deal and be responsible for his own taxes We will offer that option once again If you have any further questions, please feel free to call at ***-***-***.Sincerely, [redacted]

In response to Mr [redacted] documents he submitted showing additional oil changes, all of these invoices were from and No current documentation was submitted showing he had maintained maintenance on h is vehicle Airpark Dodge did submit the Multi point inspection and it was dated on the date we printed it for this response However, Mr [redacted] is more than welcome to come in and see the date stamped notes and repairs in our system Each document for the Chrysler corporation has to be date stamped when the technician makes the notes on the cars Therefore, once again, we are not accepting any responsibility for the failed engine due to Mr [redacted] lack of maintenance.Sincerely, Coye P [redacted] General Manager

This is in response to Complaint ID [redacted] On 9/8/when [redacted] purchased her vehicle, she signed an Arizona title application (See attached)At that time, Ms [redacted] was not charged New Mexico registration fees nor did she provide a New Mexico title applicationIn accordance with the Arizona application, Airpark DCJ moved forward and titled the vehicle in ArizonaSubsequently, Ms [redacted] contacted Airpark DCJ requesting assistance registering her vehicle in New Mexico At Airpark DCJ’s expense, New Mexico registration was obtained for the vehicle and tags and plates currently reside on the carWith regard to the sales tax, according to ADOR guidelines, Airpark DCJ lowered the Arizona state sales tax rate to the New Mexico state sales tax rate which was charged at the time of vehicle purchase Since the vehicle has been registered, the car has been stored at Airpark DCJ’s facility free of charge awaiting arrangements by the owner to have it locally delivered or picked upTransport costs to another state would need to be addressed and arranged by Ms [redacted] .In Summary, since the vehicle sale was finalized the following steps have been undertaken by the dealership at Ms [redacted] ’s request:New Mexico registration was acquired for the vehicleThe vehicle has been stored at the dealership lot at no chargeThe dealership has agreed to provide local delivery of the vehicle at no charge.Ms [redacted] ’s personal trials, while unfortunate and saddening, are not a result of any actions taken by the staff at Airpark DCJWe will continue to store the vehicle at no charge until the end of March, which is days past the time that Ms [redacted] indicated that she would return to Arizona

Why is it fair to me that Airpark picks and choses what amount to go offThis is the job of Airparks Finance department to ensure they are conducing business in an ethical mannerDoes [redacted] DMV not regulate that if selling a vehicle to someone from another state that the finance department knows that states law? Airpark did not set aside fees to register the carWho goes to a dealership to purchase a car then has to go pay the registration fees and sales tax?This is bad business and now that Airpark has acknowledge their mistake they do not want to correct it because of the dollar amountThis in not right and this I am not at fault for a lack of training I put my trust in Airpark they had knowledgeable staff conducting their financingI advised what I needed and they assured me that all fees that are due to [redacted] would be taken outThat all I had to do is go back to [redacted] and await my registrationAirpark has to do what is rightAirpark made the mistake and needs to take ownership of it Regards, [redacted]

Under direction of a Chrysler factory Technical Service Bulletin (TSB), the required transmission software updates were performed on this vehicle back in September Attached is the service repair order from that taskThere is no reason to believe that there will be any further concerns with the vehicleTherefore, if Ms [redacted] wishes to purchase a warranty that covers her vehicle for more than the factory warranty, she is more than welcome to do so

Airpark Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep has been in contact with MrS [redacted] since this complaint MrS [redacted] brought his vehicle in on Wednesday March 8, and we have replaced the wiring harness, and replaced the tint on the driver's door We provided MrS [redacted] a vehicle to drive while these repairs were made He is picking up his vehicle today No further action is required by Airpark as we have fixed everything that MrS [redacted] requestedSincerely, Coye P [redacted] General Manager

Tell us why here...Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep has been working with Mr*** on his issues. He is scheduled on February 10, to have the headliner repaired and to meet with the Chrysler representative to address his concerns. We have also asked Mr*** to either contact an
attorney to start lemon law proceedings or contact Chrysler Customer Care to open a CAIR and start lemon law proceedings with them. He has refused both so far. Buyback of vehicles goes through the corporation and not the dealership. He has to contact Chrysler or have an attorney contact Chrysler. We have also asked Mr*** to have another dealership try to duplicate some of his concerns since we have been unable to. He has not done this either. Therefore, Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep has done all we can at the current time. We have scheduled an appointment for the headliner and set up a meeting with the Chrysler representative, *** ***. I went this route with Chrysler already and was no help. After months of in and out of the shop for the shaking issue it was never resolved. Pretty sure this classified it as a lemon according to the lemon law, but I wasn't going to get anywhere with anyone that way. I had a open star case for months. Engineers even looked at it and they're unsuccessful. I got so tired and fed up with everyone. Chrysler approved me for a CDI number. This is their discount program to help with a trade assist. So I was able to trade vehicle in. I'm now $upside down. Payment is almost $more a month. Am I glad to be out of the old truck? Yes. I feel like they could have done a better job. No one seemed to care

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep has reached out to Mr*** on several occasions and have tried to switch Mr*** out of his Chevy Cruz. Mr*** has not found a vehicle in the same category that he purchased that he likes. Mr***'s Chevy Cruz has had all the repairs done
with no expense to him and the car is repaired at the current time. I reached out again to Mr*** on September 14, after receiving an email from Mr*** on the 6th of September. As of today, I have not received an email back on how he would like to continue. Just as I stated in the attached email, I would be happy to send him a check for $for the bumper in lieu of putting it toward another vehicle. He just needs to let us know or accept a vehicle in the same price range as the one he purchased. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at ***.
