Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep performed an Lube Oil and Filter change on May 6, 2016. Customer's second concern was a no crank no start issue. Technician diagnosed as starter relay and replaced. Technician also noted on the MPI inspection sheet that vehicle was extremely low on
oil. A copy of this report was printed on Friday the 27th and is attachedCopies of all Repair Orders on this vehicle are also attached showing manufacturer's suggested schedule has not been followed on this vehicle at all. Mark *** has brought vehicle in on the average at the 10,mile mark. A copy of the owner's manual shows under no circumstances should oil changes intervals exceed 6,miles or six months whichever comes first. Mr*** wife asked him in front of the service manager if he had been performing the maintenance on this vehicle and he just looked at his wife. We have also attached a sheet showing the RO miles and months between each of the oil changes. Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep is accepting no responsibility for this engine failure. Chrysler will not warranty vehicle due to lack of maintenance and Airpark did inform customer of low oil level when he brought vehicle in. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####. Sincerely,Coye P***, General ManagerMary R***, Customer Relations

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This matter is still not resolvedThe Credit Union has informed me that my payment has gone upThis is a result of the sales tax, Registration and other *** DMV penalties and fees I had also had to add the cost of the GAP into the new loanI was instructed to go to the dealer for the refund for the GAP I purchased there. I am looking to have the dealer come up with more cash towards the loan to drop my payment to at least the same amount I am paying before This is taking its toll on me and I am getting overwhelm with having to completed the dealers workThe Credit Union advised once the new docs are drawn I have to go to the DMV and register the truck and take all paperwork that the dealer mailed meThis is not my job to have to do the dealers work. At what point is this going to endThe credit union also had to run my credit again in which I did not authorized so now I have another ding to my credit in which it lower the score. Please help me get this resolved. I am tired of thisI bought the truck in June.Regards,*** ***

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep feels that we attempted to provide the service necessary to accommodate Ms*** However, as a goodwill gesture we will either pay to ship her Jeep to Michigan, or we will give her $so that she can arrange to have it shipped on her own.Sincerely,*** ***

MrPointer, Your response is completely unsatisfactory based on the number of demonstrably statements you makeFirst, the technician Eddie M*** did work on the passenger side door and not on the driver’s side door as you incorrectly state (see invoice #***, attached)It is remarkable that after the “numerous contacts” with me that you cite, you still refer to the working window on the driver’s side and not the window that was replacedI am not sure why you cite the wrong window (if it is the technician and service director that have no idea what they are doing or something more sinister), but it clearly goes to the credibility of your response that you need to support your statement “He has no proof that Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep did the damage to his vehicle” by pointing to the window on the undamaged driver’s side! Second, referring to the technician and service director, you also state that “these [chips on the passenger side door] were rock chips on the side of the door”This is also not trueThey are deep gauges that are extremely unlikely to have been the result of any rock chip, given that rock chips usually affect protruding parts of the car, like hoods, windshields, and mirrorsI think we can put that explanation in the same self-serving bucket as the previous onePlease see my attached estimate for diminished value provided by an independent expertWhat really infuriates me about this is the way you and your organization are dealing with my complaintYou treat my car not as the exotic it is but as a car that can be repaired in the cheapest possible way and me as some kind of dummy that do not even know which side of car the repair was done onThis could have been taken care of a long time agoInstead, I get this nonsensical response that do not in any way get us any closer to a settlementSincerely *** *** *** *** ***

Maintenance for my vehicle was not only done at Airpark therefore the dealership’s comments of lack of maintenance is falseI purchased the car 02/with 18,milesThe last oil change was done 5/at 77,miles. I have done oil changes since time of purchase which is an average of oil change every 5,milesAttached are the car facts and three oil change receipts that weren’t reported on car facts. Regardless of Airpark’s erroneous remark mentioned in their response, their reply is irrelevant as it is not the diagnosis of the engine failingThe statement about my wife asking me about the maintenance did not happen. The facts are this - I brought in a perfectly working car with no signs of engine trouble. Airpark said everything was great and released the car back to me. Driving my car a few miles after they worked on the car - the engine failed from lack of oil. I have had several other mechanics in the valley inspect the car and they all concluded this engine damage happened immediately from running the car with NO oil (this lethal damage did not occur over time). The engine seized and died immediatelyAirpark never provided me the multi point inspection report. When I went to complain to the customer relation manager named Mary, she asked to review the multi inspection report. I told her I was never given one and she acted shocked. This was suspicious to me and I had my car towed away from Airpark on May 12th after my engine died on May 9th. It appears that they filled out and printed the multi point inspection on May 27th which was after Revdex.com complaint. The service manager said the car came back full of oil after the engine failed. The tow truck driver that towed my car after the engine died said it was lowI also watched him check to confirm. In summary, Airpark has lied on several occasions and I simply do not trust their reporting or falsified opinion

Late last week, we had this vehicle brought into the shop and cleared of the open recalls on the vehicle The 4th was unable to be completed at this time due to parts availability from Chrysler The incomplete recall was recently announced by the manufacturer and the customer will
receive a secondary notice once parts are availablePlease inform us if there are any further concerns

Tell us why hereAirpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep has been trying to work with Mr*** on this concern We told Mr*** to send us an email that we could forward on to Chrysler He also contacted Chrysler Once a customer opens a CAIR with Chrysler, then the concern is in Chrysler's
hands We as a dealership can not authorize a buy back for the customer or authorize lemon law Chrysler responded to the issue and authorized new tires for Mr*** viberation on his Jeep Cherokee Technician installed tires Technician and service director drove for one hour this morning and problem seems to be corrected Mr*** has possession of the vehicle now.If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,
*** ***General Manager

entirely new set of both As soon as the new parts arrive we will be in touch to set up a convenient time to install the parts for you If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly.Thank you,*** ***Customer Relation Manager

My acceptance of this response is purely a formality.  This business does not act in "good faith" to satisfy the concerns of customers whatsoever.  Airpark should have it's Revdex.com credibility revoked or lowered significantly.

Let us start out by saying we are sorry in our original response by stating we had worked on the driver's door.  We actually took that statement from Mr. [redacted] original complaint in which he stated "Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Scottsdale and their viper technician Eddie M[redacted] damaged my 2014  Viper GTS on January 9, 2017, during the installation of a new window regulator on the driver's side."  Evidently Mr. Afffelt is also confused on which door was worked on.  Airpark does know that it was the passenger side door. However, Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep stands by their original resolution of paying the $1836.89 to the [redacted] group for fixing the two chips in the paint on the door.  We are not willing to pay the supposed diminished value estimate that Mr. [redacted] is providing. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact me at [redacted] Sincerely, Coye P[redacted]General Manager

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep apologizes to Mr. [redacted] in regards to his dissatifaction.  However, Mr. [redacted] dealt with [redacted] Automotive in regards to his buyback.  He had the option of accepting or declining their dollar offer on the buyback.  Mr. [redacted] accepted their offer and then chose his new vehicle.  It is no fault of Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep that Mr. [redacted] is $8,000 upside down or that his payment increased by $200.00.  If he is requiring additional monies, that is between him and [redacted] Automotive and not Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep.  We assisted in the buyback by having Chrysler engineers look at the vehicle, but buybacks and lemon law are in the hands of the manufacturer.  Therefore, Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep cannot help Mr. [redacted] any further in this issue.  If he has any concerns with his new vehicle he is free to contact me.Sincerely,[redacted]General Manager

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep has had several conversations with Mr. [redacted] concerning the issue of taxes that he owes to the state of [redacted].Mr. [redacted] did purchase a 2012 Dodge [redacted] from us in June of 2014.  At that point he traded in a vehicle on the purchase of his new...

vehicle.  [redacted] state law allows dealerships to give credit to the customer for his trade in reference to the amount of taxes paid.  Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep gave Mr. [redacted] the allowed amount of tax towards his new purchase.  We then held out the required amount of tax for his [redacted] sales tax and registration.  Airpark was unaware that Californi does not give their citizens a credit for their trade in vehicle towards the sales tax owed.  Therefore, the amount of money that Mr. [redacted] owes the state of [redacted] is for the amount of tax owed on his traded in vehicle.   We cannot control what the state of [redacted] allows their consumers.  We can only control what the state of [redacted] allows us to do.  Therefore, we feel that we owe Mr. [redacted] no additonal funds.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]

I have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] on several occasions via email.  He keeps selecting vehicles he would like to purchase that puts his payment to high and no banks will approve the loan.  He wants a payment around 200 per month but wants an suv for that price.  It cannot happen.  I have sent him a check for the $300.00 we discussed.  A copy of that check is enclosed.   Sincerely, Coye P[redacted]General Manager

Airpark Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep would like to start by apologizing to Mr. Randy F[redacted] and any inconvenience that this has caused him.   Airpark Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep bought the original contract back from the bank and had Mr. Fernandez come in and resign a new contract.  The new...

contract did not have the extended warranty in it for $2999.   Customer left happy on Friday night, March 24, 2017.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at ###-###-####. Sincerely, Coye P[redacted]

Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep is sorry that Mr. [redacted] feels that we owe his taxes to the state of [redacted].  When he ngotiated the car deal with the sales person they worked the sales tax at [redacted] tax.  He did not according to his own statement, bring up the additional taxes until he got into the finance office in which the price of the car had already been negotiated.  We have offered Mr. [redacted] last week to recontract his loan and include the $2600.00 for his taxes.  He has declined to recontract his car deal and be responsible for his own taxes.  We will offer that option once again.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to call at [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]

I called the office on Friday and [redacted] gave me your contact info.I have filed a complaint against airpark dodge and I wanted to work with them but I get nowhere with them. The GM at airpark dodge Coye Pointer gave me his word that I could trade back my chevy cruze for something else that they had plus 300.00 dollars off the next trade because of damage they did to the cruze. So far Coye p[redacted] has not honored his word to me.I have some emails between me and Coye but nothing ever happens.Maybe you can help me thank you.   case # [redacted]          TEL. Tell us why here...Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep reached an agreement with [redacted] back in December concerning this issue.  He spoke with the General Manager, [redacted], on the phone and reached the agreement.  We had contacted his credit union in [redacted] and asked if they would be willing to recontract [redacted].  They agreed they would.  We told [redacted] we would pay $1000.00 dollars toward his $2600.00 in [redacted] taxes.  The credit union requested the check be sent to them.  We obliged.  You will find the check enclosed.  It has not been cashed due to the fact that [redacted] has not completed his end of the agreement and recontracted. We are being generous in offering to pay the $1000.00.  Under no circumstances are we responsible for taxes he owes in the state of [redacted].  We held out [redacted] taxes, and he is responsible for his taxes in his own state.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.[redacted]General Manager
