I contacted with them.  They still refuse to honor the original order for all the items ordered or...

issue a refund of the difference between that lower total and the upsale price I was scammed into paying. They accused me of not being cooperative every time I brought the subject up, and threatened to hang up.  I did finally get them to (reluctantly) agree to exchange, at their cost, the wrong camera body they sent.  They issued a FedEx shipping tag and they received the Canon EOS 70D (N) body on ** JULY 2014.  They, hopefully, have sent out the correct Canon EOS 70D (W) and provided a FedEx tracking number; it is scheduled to arrive here on ** JULY 2014.  I will not know if I will receive the correct item until then.  I would still really like for AjRichies to honor the original order at the original pricing.  I have attached my copies of the original order confirmation, item description of the Canon EOS 70D, and the packing slip of what I received as a result of the upsale.
In my opinion this company has no interest in addressing their deceptive ad and upsale practices.

Be aware that this company is now operating under a new name Ajrichie instead of Ajrichies, and still use the same practice......

Something has to be done to stop them from abusing their customers....You can find a lot of complains on the internet. they are using misleading logo from for example shopping.com with high ranking. They are not even reference on the shopping.com website as a retailer. (see attachment).... Regarding my case what should I expect next?

proceed with my order complain. None of my tries executed during last 2-3 weeks completed successfully and today when [redacted] was supposed to be available from 2pm EST I called him all the hour between 2 and 3pm without positive result. Either I was switched between lines/numbers by AjRichies operators or the phone connection was broken after 8 min of me still waiting on a call.
Please proceed with any steps required to force AjRichies for my full order delivery or money return I have already recorded.
