Review: I ordered a Canon camera on 12/** and did not receive a confirmation email. I did make sure to save and print the order when making the purchase. I get an email 2 days later statingFor your security we need to verify your order, please call us at ###-###-####, ext [redacted] to provide a verbal confirmation so that we can ship out your product." Three hours later I get another email stating "We have attempted to bill your credit card and process your order but it did not go through. Many times this happens for security reasons, please contact your credit card company and let them know to allow the charge to go through. After you have done this please call us at ###-###-#### at Ext. [redacted] so that we can help you get your order processed."

I called and man tells me I need to call my bank as the account was "plugged" when they tried to charge. That was odd, I knew my account was in excellent standing.

I called my bank and they said no charges were filed by CrispDeals or any camera dealer for amount I estimated.

I called CrispDeals back and the same man said "oh, let me try it again" and "by the way your camera doesn't come with a battery, I can include a 2 hr or a 5 hr battery, I can add that in for an additional $20". I told him no, that was not necessary but he was so pushy I did finally say fine. Very high pressure tactics.

I soon get an invoice from them with a significantly higher purchase amount from original order which I had saved. My initial order # [redacted] was total amount of $361.99, they charged my credit card $429.98 with a different order # [redacted].

I sent email notice I wanted purchase cancelled as it was not a price I had agreed to. No response to that, so I called them this morning and a man who named himself [redacted]. I told him I want to cancel purchase and full credit card refund because of their questionable business practices and the fact they are likely not selling me a genuine Canon camera. Initially he said fine, but then he started telling me how it cost so much more on [redacted], and just wanted to make sure I knew what a great deal it was. I was firm I wanted a refund. He said fine and started to hang up. I said "are you going to hang up on me now, like the every other time I was when I called?, I want something in writing." He said you'll get that when it's processed in 7-14 business days. I told him I wanted it processed today to which he then responded "ok then I'll make it 30 days, that's how long we have". Like I was being punished.

I told him I was going to report him to BB to which he said "fine, tell whomever you want anything you want, my name is [redacted] #[redacted], I dont' have time to entertain you anymre so bye" and he hung up. THIS is a SCAM SELLER. Their website Terms and Conditions page is all in red typing totally against normal business practices as far as I can tell. They repeat their right to record conversations but they can not be recorded, their refund and exchange policies very self-serving and difficult for consumers to navigate. No identifiable address on website or invoice provided.

I did just receive an email stating they will refund my card within 48-72 business hours. I anticipate they will probably deduct restocking and insurance fees...

How is possible this company continues to operate? I have searched and see many many complaints on line and on you website.Desired Settlement: I hope to get a full refund and that they don't come back saying they have restocking and insurance fees to deduct. The camera was never shipped. I do not want any further contact with this company once I get my money back.

Review: I bought an XA20 camcorder with an extra 7 year any issue warranty. In less than one year the screen on the camera was not working. I cannot get ahold of the company. I have emailed the company multiple times with zero response. I want my warranty fulfilled.Desired Settlement: I want my item repaired or the money refunded to do so.

Review: Hello and good day

My name is [redacted], the nature of this message is to file a complaint against AJRICHES.

First of all since the beginning of my business with them I have had a very bad experience with them. I solicited an item, which was supposed to arrive in 7 10 business days and it took a month to arrive. Second I was very rudely serviced over the phone.

This past week I sent a Tamron lens to a warranty repair and they just told me that the item doesnt qualify for repair, in part, because the purchase seems as a second hand item.

AJRICHIES reciept says that it is enough to cover any warranty under manufacturer.

I have tried calling and visiting the site but the site closed and the phone number appears offlineDesired Settlement: I wish to have a replacement of the item I have and a guarantee that it would be covered under regular warranty and I would like to have my camera, which I purchased with the lens reviewed and determined that it isn't a gray market nor second hand purchase.

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by AjRichies regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I have also been notified by my credit card company that I waited too long to file a complaint with them. My waiting and polite replies have now sanctioned an illegal transaction by this company. Your organization should make the public aware of this business and its methods. My loss of $399.99 is an expensive lesson.

Review: Camera was advertised as NEW but within 8months the camera stopped working. Contacted the brand of camera was informed that the camera was refurbished

My husband purchase a Nikon DSLR camera from their website for my xmas gift on 12/**/2011 at 9:06pm. Everything was fine and working well, until it stopped working on our family vacation in Jamaica. I got the camera in Dec and it stopped working in Aug. I contacted Nikon to see if I could have it fixed. After speaking with Nikon and giving them the serial number listed on the camera (#[redacted]), I was then informed that the camera is a REFURBISHED camera and I would have to pay $170 to get it fixed. After my husband paid over $600 for the camera. Nikon told me that if it was a new camera they would have fixed it and I would not have to pay because it would have been covered, but since it is an refurbished item I would have to pay. I explained to them that I purchased it as a new camera. I WAS PISSED. So I contacted AJRiches customer services on 9/**/12 @ 11:58am on ###-###-####, spoke to [redacted], I explained to [redacted] that I purchased a brand new camera from his company for christmas but was told by Nikon that the serial number listed on the camera that it is an refurbished camera. [redacted] looked into my order and validated that my order was for a new camera and he is not sure why I got an refurbished item and he would submit a claim (claim #[redacted]) so that I could get back the $170 I paid to Nikon and I he would call me back in 10 day. After the 10th day... I received no call.. so I called... and called.. Every time I called, [redacted] was either busy or on the other line. Left him several message.. no response. I finally spoke with him 15 days after our last conversation on 9/**/12 @ 1:36pm. He again claimed he doesn't know why I got an refurbished item and he would resubmit the claim, he was so rude and nasty when speaking with me. After our conversation, I asked would I need to call again after 10 days he said , Yes and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I have tried to recover my funds, but this company is trying to help in resolving a problem that they cause. This is a disadvantage to the consumers who purchase from this site when they advertise a product as being new but then receive an item that is refurbished or not functional. It is a disgrace. No one should have to pay additional funds to fix an item when it was advertise as new, believing there is a 1yr warranty on the product but to later find out that they product was never new and you have to pay for it to be fixed.Desired Settlement: I purchase a NIKON camera which was advertised as NEW from AJRichies.com, but the serial number listed on the camera showed in the Nikon serial tracking system as REFURBISHED and I had to pay out of pocket to fix my camera. It was not covered under warranty as AJRichies.com claimed. I seeking the amount that was paid to Nikon in the amount of $170.86 for fixing my camera.

Review: AjRichies is an unscrupulous business that conducts deceptive business practices. Numerous complaints appear on several consumer-watch websites. Similar complaints have been reported by many customers.

AjRichies conceals unfavorable terms and conditions of sales on their website. The history of my purchase is as follows: Over the phone, I was persuaded to purchase a $2,999.99 “package deal” for a camera body, 2 lenses, accessories, and extended warranties. I naively agreed to the sale without an itemization of prices. An e-mail with a confirmation of the sale and a tracking number was promised, but it was never received. Unlike many other customers, I actually received my shipment in a few days. The shipment enclosed a sales invoice which did not show any unit prices for the ordered items. In fine print at the bottom of the receipt was a 15% restocking fee policy. Another policy was absent that states that incorrect and missing items are replaced, but no refunds are allowed.

At the time of purchase, I was never informed orally or in writing of the restocking fee policy and other terms and conditions of sales that are buried in the website. When the restocking fee for a phone sale was later questioned, the policy was justified by explaining that the policy appeared on the website. However, when one looks carefully at the language on the website, it explicitly states that the sales policies apply to website orders. There is no mention of phone transactions.

Several of the delivered items were lacking. The camera and lenses were defective in packaging and were missing items. The camera and lenses were missing original manufacturer’s certificates of warranty. This placed in doubt whether the items were new products and US warrantied. It was evident that the camera body was restocked merchandise that had been resold. Manuals and accessories were missing from the box. Extended warranties that were purchased were not what they were purported to be. Insured replacement and repair costs were limited in amount and accidental damage was explicitly excluded contrary to the representations of the sales person.

I called the company and obtained the unit prices for my order. After accounting for the actual prices of the order and the prices of comparable products on the internet, I determined that I had been overcharged by $700. When I complained that I had been overcharged, an offer was made to adjust the sales price by $700. This was a clear acknowledgement of an overcharge. I refused the offer to the surprise of the sales person. I was intent on not doing business with AjRichies and getting a full refund of my money. I returned the entire shipment and bought identical equipment from Amazon companies to my satisfaction.

When I received a Return for Refund form enclosed with a returned merchandise RMA , I was charged $450 for a 15% restocking fee based on the original inflated price of $2,999.99 and not the offered adjusted price of $2,299.99. Interestingly, the language of the form contradicted some of the return policies on the internet. It stated that items that were incorrect or missing things would not be charged a restocking fee. When I last contacted AjRichies on October **,2013 they surprisingly promised me a full refund by November [redacted] However, I never received it. I then contacted my bank to file a claim.

In the case AjRichies planned to object to my bank’s credit card claim, I sent the bank a 7 page memo with various attachments and 4 unanswered e-mails to document the circumstances of my purchase. My bank credited me immediately after doing an “investigation” on the day I made the claim. I am sure that they had no better luck than I had in attempting to reach AjRichies when I repeatedly called them on different days and was placed on hold for one and half hours before I gave up.

AjRichies’s business address is not the place where they actually do business. It’s a storefront in an apartment building in Brooklyn. It can be viewed on [redacted]. The location is obviously used only for shipments to conceal the true business address of the company. This prevents frustrated customers from serving legal papers on the company. An enterprising person in New York would do a great service to many dissatisfied customers by staking out the storefront and following shipment carriers to the actual location where shipments are processed and hopefully where the sales office exists.

Since [redacted]'s reversal of my credit card charge is provisional pending contact with the company and an investigation of my purchase, I want to ensure that I am refunded all of my money.Desired Settlement: If my bank reverses their credit to my account in full or in part after negotiating with AjRichies, I want to be made whole for the entire purchase price of $2,999.99. If I obtain a refund less a 15% charge for a restocking fee, I want the restocking fee reversed so I am reimbursed for the entire purchase price of $2,999.99

Review: Delivery was supposed to be in 10-12 business days. Order was placed on 5-**-14, 5-**-14 would have been when order was processed. Had to call and confirm order on 5-**-14, at which point customer service tried to pressure me into adding more items to my order. I called on business day twelve 5-**-14, at 3:30 and was told that my order would arrive today 6-*-14 and should be receiving a tracking number. They are closed today, and yesterday for a holiday that I'm not aware of.Desired Settlement: Delivery, as well as some complimentary service.

Review: AJRICHIE

2/**/14 ordered camera and also based on recommendations a lense and accessories –the prices I was told were (from notes)

$1199 Canon 6D (advertized link to their web site)

$1400 Sigmas 24-70 lense

$149 filter kit (UV, Polerized, Fluoesent)

$299 6 year warrantee (normally $400)

$199 two 6 hour batteries (normally $438)

$0 free card reader

$3246 TOTAL

They charged my credit card $3499.99 and another charge of $150

2/** I called back and asked why the lenses was $500 more than every other photo store was charging—I was told from [redacted] (extension [redacted] or [redacted]) who I ordered the items from that this was a “Diamond “ version with “optical stabilization” which is much better

2/** contacted lense company (Sigma) who told me there is only one version of the lense and I was being scammed

2/** contacted [redacted] at AJ Richie and asked for lense to be removed from order—I assumed they would refund $1400 –the amount I was verbally told it cost

I asked [redacted] to send me an invoice so I could see what I was being charged and rebated

2/** I called customer service and told them I did not receive an invoice which they send---I called back customer service to tell them that the invoice was incorrect it only had one amount $2649.99–(on the invoice it was called it a package) with no break down of the cost of the various items

What it meant was it was only $1,000 less than the total they charged me previously not the $1400 that I was told was originally charged for the lense

Customer service said they could not do anything but to sign for the package and then call them back

2/** I refused the Fed Ex package and called the bank to refute the charges

What I learned was it was a typical bait and switch—they offered a low price on a camera and when you went to order it they up charged on a lense to make up the difference and then lied about the up charge and covered them selves by not disclosing what the charged for each item

Review: I ordered a Canon video camera and was promised one extra battery for the camera and a 5 year warranty that cost extra that I did not want. I received an unitemized invoice, with no extra battery as promised and no written explanation of a 5 year warranty that I had told him I did not want. He never told me how much this warranty would cost. The invoice stated a total amount for the camera , etc. with no breakdown of costs. I have repeatedly called him and left numerous messages, and never have received a call back. I called once two week and did make contact, and he promised that the extra battery and warranty description was "in the mail". I have never received these. I told him I didn't want the 5 year warranty and he said, fine, just send it back and I will credit your account. That's the last I heard from him.

I have initiated a report with my credit card company, but I doubt that they can do much about this situation, as I have already paid for the camera and the items I never received.Desired Settlement: Return the camera for full credit.

Sincerely,

Review: During a telephone conversation while purchasing a NIKON D3300 camera body from Aj RICHIE I was told specifically by the salesperson that the advertised special was an import and that I should not purchase it , but instead purchase the US version .The difference in price was $100 dollars approx. I repeatedly asked the salesperson if the more expensive US Version would be warrantied and was told that it would be covered by US warranty. So I paid for what was described as a US version and was shipped the product.

Upon opening the the product , the UPC code was covered with a sticker, which made me suspicious. On peeling back the sticker, the NIKON code was EP , which is not a US market product which should be U.

Additionally, the documentation clearly indicates that I should register on Nikon Europe and that it is covered by Europe warranty. There is no US warranty card. Nikon USA has told me that this product will not be repaired under warranty in the US

This is a deceptive practice by this company and is bait and switch. I was told that I should buy the US product at a higher price, I agreed, but was shipped a non US product which is not warranted by NIKON USA

when I call the company about this I am placed on hold indefinitely . When I finally reached a salesperson I was told I was shipped what I ordered.. This company is dangerous and customers should be warned when dealing with them about their deceptive practiceDesired Settlement: I want this replaced with a US product.with a NIKON USA warranty

Review: THE COMPANY IS REFUSING TO SELL THE PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE WHICH IS ADVERTISING.

ON 08/**/2014 I MADE A PURCHASE ONLINE FROM "AJRICHIE" FOR A SONY HRX-NX70U PROFESSIONAL CAMCORDER FOR THE AMOUNT OF $1,359.00. NEXT DAY I RECEIVE A MESSAGE FROM THE COMPANY STATING THAT I NEED TO CALL THEM FOR SECURITY REASON TO HAVE A VERBAL CONFORMATION IN ORDER TO SHIP THE PRODUCT. I DID CALL THEM AND I WAS TOLD THAT THIS PARTICULAR MODEL SONY HRX-NX70U PROFESSIONAL CAMCORDER, IS GOOD ONLY FOR THE EUROPEAN SYSTEM BECAUSE IS NOT GOING TO WORK IN US. HOVEWER THE REPRESENTATIVE TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT IF I WANT A SAME CAMERA MODEL WHICH WILL WORK IN US, I NEED TO PAY OVER $700.00 IN ADDITION TO $1,359.00. PLEASE NOTE THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE IS STATING THAT THIS CAMERA MODEL "SONY HRX-NX70U PROFESSIONAL CAMCORDER" CAN BE SHIPPED ONLY IN UNITED STATES. THE REPRESENTATIVE TRIED TO CONVINCE ME TO PURCHASE OTHER TYPES OF CAMCORDERS. I TOLD HIM THAT I WANT THE SONY AND I'M WILLING TO BUY IT FOR THE AMOUNT WHICH I PAY FOR $1,359.00, AND I WILL SEND THE CAMERA TO EUROPE TO MY FAMILY. HE REFUSED TO SELL ME THE CAMERA BECAUSE, HE SAID: I QUOTE: "THE PERSON FROM EUROPE MUST ORDER FROM EUROPE ONLINE AND MUST CALL US TO CONFIRM WHERE IS CALLING FROM". IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO CONVINCE HIM TO SELL ME THE CAMCORDER FOR THE AMOUNT WHICH I GOT CHARGED FOR ($1, 359.00). HE ALSO STATED THAT THE CAMCORDER IS MANUFACTURED IN EUROPE IN MALAYSIA, AND IS GOOD ONLY FOR EUROPE. I TOLD HIM THAT MALAYSIA IS IN ASIA AND NOT EUROPE THOUGH.I DID MY OWN INVESTIGATION AND THIS PARTICULAR SONY MODEL HRX-NX70U CAMCORDER, IS WORKING JUST FINE IN US. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THE COMPANY REFUSED TO SELL ME THE CAMCORDER FOR THE LISTED ADVERTISED PRICE OF $1, 359.00 EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR ONLINE, THEY REFUND ME BACK THE MONEY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HONOR THE ADVERTISING PRICE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE BUSINESS TO SELL ME THE CAMCORDER FOR THE PRICE WHICH THEY ARE ADVERTISING $1,359.00.

THEY ARE DOING THE SAME THING WHAT THEY DID WITH ME, WITH MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS. I SAW THE COMPLAINST ONLINE. IF A COMPANY IS ADVERTISING A PRODUCT FOR CERTAIN AMOUNT THEY MUST HONOR THE SAME PRICE WITHOUT EXCUSES OTHERWISE IF THE MODEL IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH US SYSTEM, THEY SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE THAT THE PRODUCT CAN BE SHIPPED ONLY IN US. JUST DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. AFTER ALL IF I WANT ANYWAY

Review: Failed to deliver product ordered and did not return phone calls or emails . Overall lack of customer respect.

Purchased camera and accessories from site ajrichies.com during their Columbus Day sale. Order number [redacted]. Paid $199 on MC. Received no word from them other than email stating they needed me to call about my billing info. I called and was bounced around and kept on hold for 35 min. Finally they just sent me to voicemail, and nobody could explain why I haven't received my order or why I was emailed. I left a message asking for a call back. None came. This occurred on 11/* about 5 days after I should have received my order . I also emailed the company on both 11/* and11/* asking for a speedy resolution and delivery of my purchase. Again, I received no response . As of today, 11/*, I no longer wish to do business with a company with such lack of respect for its customers. I still have not heard back from the company regarding my purchase.Desired Settlement: I just wish them to void my order at this point. I will take my business elsewhere. They have instructed me send stuff back. I do not want that. I want the adjusment to the price which was advertised via the internet. Also, I want credit for all the stuff they have not sent me according to the package deal.

They cannot the memory cards right. They keep sending the wrong memory cards.Where are my warranty papers. Nothing in writing every comes except a return address. We do not want to return it we just want the price adjustment for the advertisied product, the correct memory cards, and the double warranty offers. Enough is enough.

Sincerely,

Review: On Dec. **, 2013 I ordered a Panasonic Lumix camera from AjRichies at an advertised price of $279.99. I received an email asking me to call them "for your security, we need to verify your order", so they can ship my order. I spoke to [redacted] who thanked me for ordering, then proceeded to try to sell me additional items. I politely refused all, as all I wanted was the camera, especially when he told me a battery would cost me a minimum of $39.99! I knew it would cost less elsewhere. [redacted] then said my order would take 10 - 14 business days to process. I said that was fine, I was in no hurry. I received an email later that day that said my order had shipped and a charge would appear on my credit card under their corporate name, [redacted]. I received a box via FedEx the NEXT business day. We had just had the snowstorm and we couldn't get out yet, so someone else signed for it...I did not. Upon opening the box, inside was another invoice for $368.00, the camera and a 4-piece digital camera starter kit (which on their website AjRichies advertises this as complimentary, by the way), and in with the camera, a battery (selling everywhere for under $15.00). All I had ordered was the camera with the "free shipping" of 10 - 14 business days! I called AjRichies, and was put on hold over 15 minutes. Called again, and spoke to [redacted], and I explained my problem, that I received merchandise I did not order and was overcharged $87.99. He said I had ordered the Japanese version of the camera and they sent me the USA version, and that's why it cost more. He also informed me that if I didn't want the merchandise to send it back, 7 days from when I signed for it, and they would issue a refund, minus a minimum restocking fee of 15%. I said I didn't believe I should have to pay a restocking fee for merchandise I didn't order, nor authorize that additional amount to be charged to me. I said this was very poor customer service...to which he replied I was not a customer, but a complainer! He then said if I wanted the refund, send it all back within the allotted time, and he hung up on me. I called back right away, and asked for a manager...he said he was it, and no one else worked there...only he could talk to me. He also said I should not have signed for the shipment received. What did that have to do with anything? I worked in customer service my whole life, and I would never talk to a customer the way [redacted] talked to me, and then expect to stay in business!Desired Settlement: I know the amount I want adjusted and credited to my original credit card is only $87.99, but I did not authorize this amount. They never emailed me prior to shipping my order of anything different than $279.99. Then if I return EVERYTHING that was shipped to me, including the camera that I do want at their advertised price (which is now on their website at a cheaper price than I paid, I might add), I need to pay a minimum of $55.20 for restocking fees. I need to open a business like this...sell one thing, deliver another thing, and charge whatever I like!!! I will ship back to them the battery I didn't order, and the complimentary 4-piece camera starter kit. Again, all I want my $87.99 credited to my card!

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by AjRichies regarding complaint ID [redacted].

And with so many complaints filed against them, I doubt they will respond to anyone. Time to stop their fraudulent business practices!

Sincerely,

Review: AJRICHIES advertises a low rate on camera then when I called offers add on's which appear above board. They never disclose actual overcharges that get processed on your credit card due to how they operate. They charge an add on fee of 6.5 to 9 percent above any pricing . They never disclose line charges so you can make sense of overcharges. They claim they are giving you a break based on add ons. They claim everything is on website but not fully disclosed via emails or phone communication. They are ignoring my emails, They don't address overcharges like all other companies usually do. They have complaints ranging back over the last two or three years about similar customer experiences. Why are they allowed to operate this way? Why can they do this without full disclosure? This is not a new problem. See below for more information.Desired Settlement: Hello, I'm sending you this email in attempts to get a credit from the overcharge on my camera purchase, a breakdown of the charges showing how the price of the camera went from 284.99 to 459.99 , and to ask why does your company do business this way? You where not upfront during my phone conversation when you where suggesting upgrades to purchase. Then you wait till order is being shipped to send final charge so buyer does not have a chance to cancel and or make an informed choice on their purchases.I know the items can be returned for a 15% restocking fee. I agreed to a 45.00 upgrade on the battery I agreed to a 35.00 upgrade for the memory card I agreed to a 29.00 shipping fee 285.00 plus 109.00 equals $384.00 a far reach from the 459.00 charged(76.00 overcharge) So if I return items then I still lose 68.85. I'm asking for a credit back on my credit card by the 76.00 overcharge. Let me know what you intend to do in resolving this matter before the week ends. I look forward to a good response. [redacted]

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted],

Thanks for reaching out on Monday and sorry we did not get to speak.

I did not include a reason in body of message because my system was not allowing it.

So due to the time restraint's sent the rejection to keep process active.

The business has not settled my claims and yet they have my phone number and emails but have

made no attempts to resolve and contact me. Below is another email I sent them on June[redacted]

with no return communication from them again.

The bait and switch comes from the alleged package deal they claim was 399.00 and original 284.99 advertised price?

No where during the buying process did they communicate verbally the final price so an informed decision could be made in the

right timeline.

What are the upgrades they included in the package deal to substantiate charges and how final price grew to 468.00?

The individual prices they told me over the phone don't add up to the package deal.

Would you be willing to do a conference call with me so you can witness the process

or put finality to complaint?

Also looking for a credit of 76.00 as well.

Thanks, [redacted]

To: [redacted]

Hello Ajrichies,

I have been trying to get this resolved for some time.Yesterday as an example I called at 930 am and did not get through as message said call during normal business hours. The second call around 1030am when I finally got through to customer service. I was asked to call back after 11am and dial extension [redacted] . So at 1115am , I complied again only to go into voice mail prompting. I left a message and never got a return call. I made another attempt later in day and left another message.

I have called your company Monday 06/**/2013 over seven times in total only to be put on hold for excessive wait times-once the phone went into ring que only to hear a hangup click then went back into the waiting ring que with no customer interaction or a communication that asked if you can wait or can we call you back. If you truly are sincere as you have communicated to the Revdex.com in New York then please contact me.You have had my cell number and email address the entire time to resolve but have not opted to use these mediums?

I'm not willing to continue to be the only driver on resolution and remain surprised at how your customer service promise really is centerred around passing the buck, not correctly addressing your business model, a clear lack of customer resolution and the stamina to not care about how consumers view your practices.

I don't feel my complaint or request are unreasonable or difficult to address.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business
