Review: Product list of the order has not been delivered to shipping address. There is just a partial delivery executed. Instead of ordered 2-3 day delivery it took almost 2 months (!!!) to get anything. Weekly calls to customer support line always ended with confirmation of next week delivery.

Email message is already sent to sales department with a request of correcting the delivery.

Moreover, I tried to reach several times by phone a customer service contact named [redacted] who was mentioned by all other speakers to proceed with my order complain. None of my tries executed during last 2-3 weeks completed successfully and today when [redacted] was supposed to be available from 2pm EST I called him all the hour between 2 and 3pm without positive result. Either I was switched between lines/numbers by AjRichies operators or the phone connection was broken after 8 min of me still waiting on a call.

Please proceed with any steps required to force AjRichies for my full order delivery or money return I have already recorded.

Review: HUGE SCAM!

I ordered a camera that was on sale for $289. I got an email the next morning stating I had to call them to voice confirm my order. So I called them and the guy was extremely rude telling me that the camera does not come with batteries and that I would have to buy them through them because I could not get them anywhere else. So I said okay and he hung up on me. An hour later I researched the company and found out it was scam so I decided to call them and cancel my order. When I first called them and told them I wanted to cancel my order, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up. I called 3 more times when I finally got through to someone. He told me that I could not cancel my order because it was already shipped and that I would get the camera in 3 days and he included a tripod and other accessories with it. He hung up. I then decided then I did not want the accessories and just wanted to cancel my order completely. So I called again. I started it off that I wanted to track my order since he told me it was already shipped, he told me that the item was not shipped and would be shipped later on tonight. I then told him I wanted to cancel my order and he got extremely angry at me. He told me that he would cancel my order and asked if that was it, I asked when I would receive my money back into my account and he said it would be in there within the next 48 however I would be charged a $43 restocking fee. I called my bank to make sure if the money is not in there within 48 hours they will take care of it.Desired Settlement: Just want my $423 back!

Review: On August *, 2013 I placed an order with AJ Richies for a Nikon D5200 camera kit. The total of the charge on my account was $549.99. After a month I have still not gotten the camera although it was promised to be in my hands on the ** of August. Since that time I have called them at ###-###-#### only to be hung up on or put on hold for at least 30 -45 minutes where I would then hang up and call them back only to get the same treatment. I has asked repeatedly for my money to be refunded to me both through a phone call and also through emails but have not received my refund or any idea from them when or if I will get my refund. Review: I ordered a camera they they advertised on sale and never received it. No response to email or phone. It had been a month and no camera.

I ordered a Canon T5i camera on August [redacted], 2014. Price $325.00. Order #[redacted]. I have yet to received the camera. I used a Visa credit card to pay for the camera. It was advertised as a special sale at a good price. I called the number they provided in a confirmation email and was told the order would be processed immediately. I was asked if I needed anything else and I said no. I emailed them a few days ago and have not received a reply. I called them today and was put on hold but no one ever came back on the phone. I think this is a scam and would like them put on notice. Thank you so much for any help you can give me!Desired Settlement: I want the camera!

Review: Item was charged to my Discover card August **,2013. The item had not been shipped on September *,2013. I filed a dispute with Discover 9/*/2013 On 8/**/13 I ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T3i camera body for $329.99 and 5 year warranty for $79.95. I charged it to my Discover card. On 8/**/13 I received e-mail stating I needed to call to verify my order. I called and they tried to sell me more products. I upgraded my warranty to include accidental damage which increased the cost of warranty to 99.00. A.J.Richies added $40.00 charge which they said was for insurance. It was suppose to ship for free. I never received a new statement showing the changes but they put the charge on my Discover card on 8/**/13 for $468.99 order #[redacted]. A.J. Richies indicated 3-5 days tp process and 10 to 14 days for shipment. After several correspondences and items had not shipped, I filed a dispute with Discovercard on 9/*/13 dispute #[redacted]. As of 9/**/13 A.J. Richies has not responded to the dispute.Desired Settlement: I would like for A. J. Richies to have the decency to respond to the dispute with Discover card and credit my account for the $468.99 they charged to it.

Review: Never received merchandise. They promised on a recorded line to issue credit by 9/**/2013. I still don't have this. I ordered the camera on 8/**/2013. I called several times and spoke to several different people. They assured me my order was filled and I would recieve tracking info soon. I kept calling. Finally on 9/*/2013 I called again and they told me that Sony would have to place tracking on this and it could take up to 20 days to figure out. I told them I wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund. They agreed to that. They said I would have my credit with in 7 days. I waited the seven days and in the meantime I placed a negative comment on the website about the service and not recieving merchandise. I stated that if they refund me my money like promised I would make the comment good. On 9/**/2013 I called requesting money. [redacted] told me that since I placed a negative comment on the website that it will take up to 30 days to get refund. If I went and left a great comment they would issue in 24 hours. I changed my comment and called again on 9/**/2013, this time I ecorded our conversation of [redacted] telling me that they seen where I updated it and they issued the credit and I should have it in my account in 2-3 days. This is Friday I still have nothing credited. I tried to call on 9/**/2013 and they are closed due to Holidays until 9/**/2013. They need to be shut down or be made to provide accurate service and follow through with what they tell people.Desired Settlement: I only want was is owed to me. Review: My complaint about the fraud company AJ RICHIE few weeks ago bought two cameras according to their website were valued at $ 6,959.00 according to this the company had in stock. Finally when we received the box were not the cameras we ordered it immediately call and claim this error, they said that the cameras I ordered were more expensive because they are European model, but in their website we paid for the European model. Then I sent many emails and make many phone call and they just avoid replying. I want my money back and of course to sent them garbage that We received . At this time, I have not been contacted by AjRichies regarding complaint ID [redacted].

I have contacted AJRichies due to the amount of time that has passed. I was informed the problem was on my end, and that I would need to fix the transaction on my end and my money would be instantly returned to me by [redacted].

I waited to the last week of the two month limit to challenge a payment with [redacted]. As this was a bank debit [redacted] it has been canceled and I purchased a replacement card with new account numbers. A stop payment and a "PROVISIONAL CREDIT FINAL DUE 90 DAYS" refund by [redacted] was issued. So I have the money back in my account from [redacted] but at any time it could disappear if this is contested on the other end. So I have 90 days that I must hold a balance of $399.99 in my account so it does not overdraft my account if it is removed by AJRichies contesting this payment.

My "PROVISIONAL CREDIT" return date was 11/**/2013 so my 90 days ends on 2/**/2014 or if [redacted] responds to me differently.

Review: I placed an order of a canon xa10 camcorder with ajrichies.com and cannot get in contact with anyone to tell me where the item is. On or about 7/*/2013, I placed an order with ajrichies.com on a Canon xa10 camcorder. On or around 7/*/2013, I received a phone call from ajrichies to confirm my order. I asked what came with this order and they informed me that this was a wholesale package and did not include a battery, charger and a few other items. They informed me that I could get the retail package for around $1649.00 which was $400 more than their advertised price. I went ahead and ordered the retail package. On 7/*/2013, I received an email informing me that order # [redacted] has been processed and sent to the warehouse. After giving it a few days, I called ajrichies and asked about a tracking # in which they informed me that they didn't provide tracking #s, that was FedEx's responsibility. This is when the red flags started to go off. Since this date, I've called ajrichies.com approximately 10 times and have spent a minimum of 2 hours total on hold, being transferred, etc. I chose the free shipping option that said 10-12 day delivery time. Today is the [redacted] of July which would be a total of 16 days since I received the conformation email with the order # on July [redacted]. I have sent them an email informing them that I would be turning this over to the Revdex.com several times, but have not received an email, phone call, etc. I used my debit card to purchase this and the total price of the item was immediately deducted from my account according to my online banking services. I have never left a negative review on any business I've used and I informed them of this in my several emails I've sent them. I've also informed them that I do not want something for nothing, I just want them to send me what I purchased or at minimum a tracking #. Thanks and your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Although $1700 may not be much to some people, it is to me when I save up to purchase an item that I want and it ends up like this.Desired Settlement: The settlement I am seeking is to simply receive the items that I have ordered from ajrichies.com. and for another consumer to not have to go through what I am going through.

I have been dealing with businesses for 25 years and ordered and purchased 1000s of things. I actually do retail business myself and when someone wants to cancel the order, you simply put the funds that you have taken off of my card back on it. This is getting to be borderline of theft, a criminal charge. How is it so simple to deduct funds off of my card, which was done about 5 minutes from me placing my order and it takes so long to put the funds back on. Is it because you have so many people in the same situation as me that have been scammed, that you actually don't have the funds to put back on my card??? I am just about done communicating back and forth and getting treated like this. I have been in law enforcement for the past 15 years and I know the law. I am about fed up with this clown show of a business you run. Since Revdex.com is only a mediator between the consumer and business, it looks like I will have to get the New York Attorney Generals Office involved. I am fixing to go to every review of businesses website I can find and leave reviews so that no other consumer has to go through what I am going through from a business that treats people the way AJRiches.com treats people. Review: On October *, 2014 I ordered a Canon 70D camera body from this company. The original order confirmation shows a total price of $689. Then I receive another email on October ** telling me that I have to call the company to confirm the order or it will be cancelled. When I call, the customer service rep tells me that my total price is going to be $1049 because I wanted the US version and not the Malaysia version of the camera. I felt that was falsely advertised on their website, but agreed anyway due to my need for the new camera. On October ** an invoice was billed to me with the total amount and my Mastercard was charged. I waited the 10-12 business days I was told it would take for my package to arrive. I never received a tracking number from the company like I was told I would be, but every time I called them they always told me the camera was hung up in customs in New York. I was confused that they could track my package yet I couldn't, so I became wary. The last time I called the company on Monday November *, I was told yet again that my package was still hung up in customs and it would take another nine days for me to receive it. At that point I was done. I feel as though they are a fraudulent company who never intend on sending out a product. I told the customer service rep to cancel my order and he agreed to do so with a full refund. I was told 5-7 days. I have still yet to see the money refunded to my card.Desired Settlement: All I want is my full refund back. This is, by far, the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Major lack in communication and false advertising.

I found an ad for Olympus tough tg-2 camera for $209. I purchased it from AJrichie on may [redacted]. I then get email saying I need to confirm my purchase before transaction is complete. I call and I am told they are waiting on it from overseas. Plus did I know it doesn't come with a battery? I thought it was odd for an electronic device to not have a battery. I questioned it and the customer service guy was rube to me about questioning and said I could cancel my order. I told them to just send it. I send three email over the next 5 weeks and call. The hours of operation are different on the website and different on the emails. I get ahold of someone and give them my order number on June [redacted] or [redacted]. I am told the shipment from overseas has been delayed but I should be getting the camera on June [redacted]. It is now June [redacted] and I call to see where the camera is. This is now 5 weeks since I purchased the camera. I am told they are a wholesaler and the product is back ordered from the vendor. Review: I order a camera a lens on 9/*/2013 and I recieved a confirmation email stating my order was processed. I opted for the free shipping- expected to take 10 to 14 Business days. I called on 9/**/2013 and was told it was shipped. I called on 9/[redacted]2013 this person stated it was not shipped and someone gave me the wrong information. This person stated I would recieve a "tracking email" within 2 days and that it was being shipped to the US from China, then it would get packaged and sent to me via FED EX. I called on 9/** and the message was updated to say that they would be closed thru 9/**- and I still did not have a "tracking email". I called today- 9/**/2013 waited 18 minutes for the phone to be answered then I was told it still had not yet been shipped from China to the US and it was "still on the way". Again, once it reached the US then I would get a tracking email. I told the person- [redacted] that this was beyond the 10 - 14 business days and what were they going to do to compensate me. He stated they would not compensate me anything. I then told him I wanted his supervisor to call me. He stated the supervisor does not call anyone. I told him that he sounded like the person I had spoken to in the past and he stated he never spoke to me. He stated that 6 to 10 people work at the Customer Service center. I asked him for the fax numer where I could sumbit my complaint and he gave it to me. He did not care and he did not offer to do anything to correct the lack of correct information which had been given to me. When I called on the [redacted] why did the CS rep. not tell me that they were closing for a holiday from the [redacted] thru the [redacted]? I have not heard from them since my phone call to the business phone, where a company representative which operates the phone for ajrichies, stated that ajrichies was going out of business. This person told me I should "dispute" the charge with my credit card / bank to obtain a refund. I did contact my credit card / bank and they did refund my money after I completed the dispute paperwork.

Review: On August * 2013, Order the following equipment from the AjRichies website in the amount of $1,974.78. 1. Panasonic AG-HVX200A/205A P2 HD - $1,374.95. 2. CGA-D54 Replacement Battery - $99.99. 3. Large Shock Proof Carrying Case - $99.95. 4. Pro Camcorder Microphone - $129.95. 5. Wireless pro Camcorder Microphone (ATR288w) - $199.95. Company claim equipment was on back order and offered replacement camera, Canon XA 10 HD professional Camcorde at same price.

I agreed to the new order and received all items excluding the Wireless Pro Camcorder Microphone (Atr-288w) at $199.95, the promotional Desk tripod and cleaning kit. In addition, the price jumped to $2, 469.98 as oppose to the agreed upon amount for replacing the camera. Ajrichies company lied about the price. I was charged an additional $495.20. I have not yet received the Wireless Pro Camcorder Microphone (Atr-288w) or the promise promotional Desk tripod and cleaning kit.

I have made several calls over the past two weeks and each time I am sent to a voice mail or put on hold. Once they have your number, they will not answer at all. Your call go directly to voice and then to hold.Desired Settlement: I do not wish to do business with AjRichies again. I needed the equipment for work as replacement equipment. I explained when I ordered the equipment it was for a job and I was told it would be delivered on time. That did not happen and I had to purchase additional equipment. I wish for AjRichies to honor their agreement and either forward the equipment ordered or refund my money in the amount of $695.15.

Review: I placed an order online for a Sony Cybershot hx 300 camera with a 3yr. protection warranty totaling $348.95. An email was sent to me directing me to call the company to confirm the order prior to shipment. Upon calling they had the sales pitch stating I needed a battery and a high speed SD card otherwise I would not be able to operate the camera. They added 2 yrs. additional protection warranty and 3 screen protectors. cleaning kit and a table top tripod. These additional items came to a total of $589.98. After calling my friend who has the same camera she when on to tell me this deal was absurd. I called the company within the hour to tell them to cancel the additional items. They told me I couldn't do that and that I could just return the items. When the camera arrived the package was missing the SD card and the screen protectors. The box containing the camera was damaged and the wrapper on the camera was wrinkled. The invoice did not have a breakdown of the price on the additional items which I intended to return. I began to question the camera to be actually new. I called the company to complain and they told me the SD card was on backorder at the time of shipment and the were sorry about the screen protectors not being included. I also said I wanted to return the additional items. Somehow they talked me into the company sending a "very nice camera case" and issuing a credit of $60 to my account. When I received the case it was a very cheap case. [redacted] sells this and all the additional items shipped for $19.99. I again called frustrated and told them I just wanted to return the entire order. They told me it was an American model and not a Japanese model and that the were a wholesale co. and I just didn't know what I was talking about. Finally they emailed me a RMA with instructions to return the items insured and to include a money order in the amount of $125.49 to cover restocking fee and S&H charges. I found this to be absurd. I called the credit card co. who told me I had to abide by their instructions. The RMA instructions stated a refund in the amt. of $589.99 would be issued back to my credit card within 12 days. The co. credited my acct. for $529.99. I assumed this was amt. minus the $60 credit issued before, This amt. was not the amt stated in the letter with the RMA instructions. My dealings with this company were rude and frankly I don't understand how they can remain in business.Desired Settlement: Since I initially tried to cancel the additional items within an hour and was told I couldn't and that I could just return them I feel the $125.49 should be reimbursed. Review: Purchased a camera and lens from them on 01/**/2013. Paid extra for extended 5 year accidental warranty. My lens broke. Have tried to contact them several times, but their customer service department says that they have no record of my purchase. When I provide them with my order number, they say it is not in their system. I have called numerous times. Now, the last 2 times I have called, they tell me that they are a different company. They are not responsible for my purchase and have no obligation to me because. They tell me that they are now AJ Richie and not AJ Richies.Desired Settlement: I would like my lens to be fixed or replaced, as I bought the extended accidental warranty. If not, then I would like my money refunded.

Review: I purchased a Canon T3i camera and lens package kit. It was advertised with a very low price compared with other sites. I ordered the camera and later that day received a phone call from their company. They initially said that they were verifying my address. The salesperson proceeded to sell me accessories for the kit. He sold me UV filters, battery and charger, SD card, and camera bag. All of these items added up to $500 more. On further inspection when I checked the internet, these additional items value were probably no more than another $100. I ended up paying $1099.00 for a $800 package kit bought anywhere else. When the package arrived the next day, the receipt was not itemized, the contents of the package were called a "kit". When I ordered the camera originally on the internet, I was not able to print a receipt for the original amount. I believe this is a bait and switch type of scam preying on consumers who don't know any better. They have a 15% restocking fee and I would have to pay the shipping/handling/insurance fee back plus pay to return the item. I am not going to return the items because it would not recoup my loss. I just wanted to let your office be aware of these unscrupulous sales practices.Desired Settlement: I would like more merchandise valued at the loss I incurred. Another lens, more equipment perhaps. I wonder how they sleep at night.
