You do have to read the return policy, it clearly states in the third paragraph with exceptions listing the specific brands. We do recommend everyone thoroughly read the return policy before making a purchase.

When I tried to return the merchandise, I was directed to compressionsale.com's return policy, which does mention that you can return items that were unworn and in their original packaging for 180 days.

When I told them this, they told me that I had purchased my order from compressionsport.com and that it had a different return policy. The autosignature in the email that they sent me this information had "compressionsale.com" on it. THey direct you to "compressionsale.com" for the return policy, and then make you agree. When you later tell them that it is on their website, they say that you purchased from "compressionsport.com." This is clearly fraudulent and a bait and switch. I have been yelled at and hung up on. I don't appreciate the dishonesty. I am not satisfied with what appears to be a flat out lie to get you to agree to a return policy that they are later going to say is for a different website.

initial purchase as stated in our return policy, so if the customer orders incorrectly, we do not cover their shipping expenses. Our return policy also states we will only offer store credit or exchange for the items that were purchased, an offer that still stands. We do not offer a refund for the items purchased.

As explained MULTIPLE TIMES via email and over the phone, the USPS delivered to THE WRONG ADDRESS. It has not been delivered to my address as I have not received the package. If the company does not want to be liable for issues like this, then it should not offer "Free shipping" as an option.

I ask for a full refund...

for all four pair of stockings I bought this winter plus shipping plus time and trouble.  I ask for $50.  After I contacted Revdex.com I got replacements but they charged me shipping, which they said they would not.  I think this company is pretty lax on the part of customer relations and maybe even downright shady and I see no need for them to keep any of my money

I am rejecting this response because: I already filled out the form and when I did not receive a response in 1-2 days, I called and was told they would send me the return authorization in 30 minutes.  I never received it and I tried the on line chat and after about 40 minutes was told to call the customer service number.  I called again and again I was told they were sending it to me but I never received it.  I tried the on line chat again but after holding on for a very long time I gave up.  I did everything they requested but they just gave me the run-around.  I think they were just hoping I would give up because it is not a large sum of money so they just will not send me the authorization.  I wish I had read the reviews for that company before I ordered because the reviews were terrible and most of them said this company would not respond to a complaint.

They returned my refund on 7/30, as soon as I wrote them and told them I contacted Revdex.com.

That is correct, the supervisor (me) was out of town from 03/28/2016 to 04/05/2016, so if a call was placed on 03/31/2016 and a supervisor was requested. The rep was correct, sup was not available at that time.

It was certainly on a back order which is why it wasn't shipped out until three days after the purchase was made. The customer requested rush shipping which goes through USPS as indicated on our Shipping Information page within our website. USPS took more than two weeks to deliver the package after we shipped it, despite the fact that we shipped it with your preferred shipping method.  We are not responsible for delays by USPS and, therefore, a refund will not be issued.

I am rejecting this response because it is not a suitable resolution. I am not willing to exchange this item for anything other than what I originally ordered. Seeing as you are unable to fulfill my request and it has been two full weeks since I've placed the order and the item is still unavailable I don't see why a refund is not a reasonable resolution on your end. I understand your "return" policy after reading the misleading fine print however with all of the issues that have already occurred on this specific order I don't believe I am being too bold in asking for a refund. Your business false advertises, over promises and under delivers, I'm worried if I wait for my original order it won't even be the item I ordered as this entire situation feels like a fraudulent drop ship operation from China. It is not good business to keep my money, leave me in the dark until I complain to the Revdex.com, and then offer to exchange my item for something I do not want. If you cannot see that this is completely unacceptable and will not refund my money I will continue to complain and contact you until a reasonable resolution is reached.

Customer emailed our returns department on three occasions and we replied to each request after we did not receive a response back from customer to proceed and finish return request. We asked customer to please provide  the item number for he wished to exchange for to process exchange...

The order has been shipped and therefore the refund is not an option. When customers call to have an order cancelled, the reps they talk to DO NOT have power to cancel an order, the only thing they can do is submit the request. we see the request submitted to cancel, however by the time it was...

I am rejecting this response because: I believe that the company is faulty and entraps customers that have to receive a package and their stipulation is if you tried it on you can only get in store credit and its a one size fits all, I believe I am entitled to a full refund. I am not satisfied with this product, and was not given an opportunity  to complain to this company as stated in original complaint to the Revdex.com I reached out through email but was not allowed to submit without accepting in store credit, live customer service did not respond to my complaint, I called their specified number but was put on hold immediately with a long long long wait. I was not given the opportunity to help this company better serve its customers. I feel I am due my money back in full and no shipping fees included, and I will ship their product back to them at their own expense and I receive my full refund back on my credit card. This is an injustice for those consumers who believe they are in good hands with products that are not faulty in the way they sell their products, and how they treat their customers. I don't feel this is a good product whatsoever.
