Based on our weight and shipment the package we shipped was intact with the items.

We do not advertise free returns, in fact it states in our return policy that the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for a return. [redacted]When we ordered these socks, there was a rather large notice on the website that said 180 day return policy.  It did not say with exceptions listed below. That is now gone. I did call to speak with customer service and the person who answered would not give her name, she was rude beyond belief.  I asked to speak with a supervisor and she hung up.  No one at any time told me about the bottom paragraph in the hidden return policy.  Older, sick folks use compression sock for the most part.  This is abusive. The list of products for which they do not make refunds is huge.  It may be every product they sell. That is not at all clear on the website.Thank you for your help in this matter.

We are currently investigating this matter in regards to the missing items. As soon as investigation is completed we will contacting customer.

I am rejecting this response because: It's just talking in circles and not addressing the issue. Just take responsibility for the issue and rudeness,  All I want is the Revdex.com to take a close look at this company's complaints and have it reflect on their rating. I'm not the only one that has bad dealings with them. I have nothing more for this company.

I am rejecting this response because:  The company never returned any of my e-mails.  In the e-mail I sent to them and in the complaint I indicate the items I am requesting to exchange and I indicate what items I would like to receive.  I also provided that information during my phone conversations with their representatives.Once again for order id # [redacted] I request exchange item numbers: [redacted] for the following item numbers:  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:A graphic on an item that says "Free Shipping" suggests free shipping. Information to the contrary--posted on different webpages on the site--does not clarify this for the customer at the point of choosing the item for purchase. If the item is subject to specific terms in order to qualify for free shipping, such terms should be stated clearly and obviously. If the seller can post a graphic over an item that reads "Free Shipping," they can just as easily augment that graphic to include the terms of the offer, or an asterisk leading customers to text on the same page which explains the terms of the offer. I maintain that their failure to do so is an attempt to confuse and mislead consumers into thinking the item will not have attendant shipping charges--which is the meaning of the phrase "Free Shipping."

We advertise free shipping, but there is stipulations to that. One the order must be over $10.00 and 2 for certain items, such as washing solution and stocking donners, because of the weights of those items, there will be a shipping charge attached to it. based on our return policy for the items which were ordered as we cannot resell them we offer the option for an exchange or store credit.

I am rejecting this response because:  The 3 pack of socks I didn't receive were $13.99.  I sent the $6.36 check to pay the DIFFERENCE in what store credit I had remaining and the price of those socks.  I appreciate that the store did refund my $6.36, but I feel they still owe me $7.63 which would be the rest of the cost of the socks never received.

We apologize for the delay, but, again, we do not have control over back orders from the manufacturer. We always inform our customers regarding back orders by email. The situation was remedied by providing expedited shipping to the customer at no additional cost. If the customer wishes to return the item, they must adhere to the return policy. A refund is not an option as per our return policy.

I am rejecting this response because: As the item was on back order it is correct that it was sent u.p.s. ground simply because the shipper knew that I would never receive it in 2 days obviously. Again the problem is that [redacted] charged me for 2nd day delivery $24.95 Again I was charged for the service that I did not receive. Again my bank statement shows the charges from [redacted]  $44.99 for the brace and $24.95 for 2nd day delivery. How is so hard to understand? [redacted] CHARGED ME FOR A SERVICE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE AND THAT SERVICE WAS 2ND DAY DELIVERY! I am rejecting this response because:While "Free Shipping" is advertised directly on the product information page--from which the product is ordered--it is only after the item has been added to the cart for purchase that the buyer is notified if they qualify for conditional free shipping. Furthermore, having the description of circumstances under which free shipping applies appear on a completely different page (which customers need not visit in order to make their purchase) does not seem to be adequate notice that the "Free Shipping" statement appearing on the product page itself only applies in certain cases. Other businesses that offer conditional free shipping clearly state the conditions directly on the product page--for example, "Free Shipping On Orders Over $50," or "This Item Qualifies For Free Shipping When Part of $50 Purchase." Customarily, a link to the shipping information page is also supplied (e.g., "Click HERE for details on free shipping.") This business offers no such clarification and the advertisement of "Free Shipping" is completely freestanding, which invites consumers to believe the product is shipped free of charge.Given that the majority of this business' products are aimed at elderly consumers, this advertisement of "Free Shipping" appears to be deliberately misleading. I respectfully encourage the Revdex.com to review this case carefully in hopes of protecting consumers.

I am rejecting this response because:I do Not understand what is So complicated about This is Not a return, I was sent DEFECTIVE marchandise! WHY does NO ONE want to accept and understand that! I shouldnt have to incur ANY charges, as this WAS NOT MY FAULT! I dont care who pays tne fee, Compressionsale. com or whoever they get their marchandise from.  If you send a customer faulty/defective marchandise you should be rectfying the situation. Does the Revdex.com.not have the authority to override a businesses bad practice? Thats why I chose this course of action. I shouldnt be at a loss here and ao far I am.
