We do not have control over a manufacture back order. Once the items came in, as we have not shipped anything, therefore no need to charge the customer, we collected the $6.95 reshipping and we sent the exchange items. The exchange was shipped via [redacted]

In the last paragraph of our return policy, it lists a number of brands that are only exchangeable. Truform is one of those brands. If the cus[redacted]er does not want an exchange, we can also authorize a store credit towards a future purchase. [redacted] has not misinformed the cus[redacted]er and is correct in saying...

that a refund is not an option for the brand ordered.

The package was reshipped, but for whatever reason the post office did not deliver the package, we have since contacted the manufacture to have them resent to the customer.

As long as the order has not shipped, we allow for the substitution of items. Once orders have left our facility, they are subject to our return policy. Our policies clearly state that our company is not financially responsible for mistakes when ordering. And our ordering system is in no way...

designed to send less expensive merchandise in place of more expensive merchandise. Our company would not have been operational for the past five years if that was the case. We understand the customer's frustration, but they are more than welcome to make an exchange with our company.

I am rejecting this response because: at this point I am so frustrated and angry with this company since they are blatantly lying. I did have 15 minutes, according to their order page to make this change, which I tried to do. Their reason at the time was that there was no one in the office to take the message because their office was closed, now they are changing their story and saying that I am responsible. I no longer want to be bothered with this company I will keep my stockings that I have, and will never order from them again and want the world to know how  dishonest and rude their customer service is. I know I'm not the only one that has made this complaint about the customer service, I really don't know how they are able to stay in business with an F rating from the Revdex.com. You can close the case at this time and just know that I am not satisfied with them, but I just don't want to fight with them anymore!  They are not worth my time or my effort! Hopefully, enough people see what they are like and they will eventually not be in business anymore!  They absolutely have the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in my life!

I am rejecting this response because: I just received the package in the mail on January 17th I have not opened anything I do not want them or need them now after waiting for too long because you were not “IN STOCK” when I purchased them so I would like the address to send them back for a full refund

I am rejecting this response because:  I was never told that my ordered item was on back order when I ordered it. My order was NOT shipped 2nd day delivery and I have the shipping label in my pocession
to prove it. Getting the item late is NOT the issue. The fact that I was charged $24.99 for 2nd day shipping is the issue. I also have verification from my bank that the money was taken from me for a service that I did not receive.

We have no reason to ask the customer if they have the original packaging when that is already one of the questions on the return form that the customer answered yes too. So why would we need to ask if we already asked on the form and the customer stated yes to original packaging. Again, due to the customer false information on the return form is the reason why this package was refused. No fault of ours at all.

I am rejecting this response because:  I did not purchase any TruForm item so that is not relevant.They have charged in IN ADVANCE for shipping on items that I have not purchased and then I paid shipping on my own.  Also, they charge twice for shipping for $6.95 shipping charge in the US but if returning more than 3 items there is an additional $9.95 "shipping charge".  This policy makes no sense for the customer and it is clear that the company has no interest in actually helping the customer.  In addition, there is a 15% order processing charge?  This is absurd.  I returned perfectly good merchandise in original packaging and unworn.  It can be resold.  This company's mission is fraud.   [redacted] and [redacted] are in the business of ripping people off at every opportunity.  These are liars, cheaters and pathological.  They have no conscience.  They are likely sociopathic narcissists who have the inability to care for other people.  Their record on Revdex.com proves this.When I inquired about my refund there was no answer.  Please see attached printed chats.  I am requesting a refund of the $71.52.

I am rejecting this response because:This company just keeps sending me emails to go to their website for returns.  I have done this several times and have yet to receive a return shipping address.  My order number is [redacted] and my order date is 10-05-2016 at 8:19.  I want a credit card refund.  Send me the address where I need to send my return or I will reject again.

I am rejecting this response because:I have done this and 3 times and they still do not respond with a physical address of where I need to send my compression stockings back.  I have also tried live chat and two times I have called and talked to someone with no success.  I will not accept their response until I have a physical address as to where I need to mail my return package .
