We contacted customer in regards the price error and no transaction was done, therefore refund was processed successfully. Unfortunately per our manufacture we weren't able to take the loss and asked customer to choose to either cancel order or charge difference in cost. Customer was given an exception since per our terms and conditions that customer agreed to upon order, we don't cancel orders after its been submitted. These terms and conditions can also be viewed on our website. CANCELLATIONS When an order is submitted, your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.
After an order is processed with our company, a cancellation is not an option. In cases of a back order, the customer is welcome to switch to a different item if they do not wish to wait for the back ordered item. I am rejecting this response because: The customer service team has been unresponsive in regard to this matter. Obviously, if the customer service team had been responsive or effective in addressing this complaint, then I would not be contacting the Revdex.com. The return charges for shipping have been excessive and not clear at all. The shipping charges have been duplicated and I have been told various amounts for the store credit. The items I returned are in their original packaging, unopen and unworn. I kept the 1 that I opened. These can be sold again. I have no idea what the alleged store credit is and I have been charged various amounts for shipping charges as well as PAYING FOR SHIPPING MYSELF when I mailed the package back. The prices that they charge are exorbitant and I thought that I was getting quality medical grade stockings. Unfortunately, I did not check the Revdex.com site until I did not get a satisfactory answer from company. Clearly this company's motto is to rip off every customer. They have no concern that so many people have complained to Revdex.com and that they have a F rating. I think the company should be reported to additional consumer groups and regulatory agencies for their fraudulent practices. I am requesting the refund I am due of $71.52 paid to myself at [redacted] Commerce City, CO 80022.

I am rejecting this response because: I did fill out the appropriate form and submitted it. The company did not send me the return authorization. I tried an on-line chat twice and called the company twice. Each time they said they would send me the return authorization but never did. Originally I wanted to make an exchange but now I just want a refund.

We have email from the customer where she admits to giving us the incorrect item numbers. This is not our fault and no refund...

[redacted] I did call them when I received it. And they told me that they do not pay for return shipping and do not send a return shipping label. They are lying. This company is nothing but a rip off. I called them and they gave me an email address to send a letter and tell them that they sent the wrong size and they would give me a RA number to return it and they would pay for the return shipping. I got a email with a RA number but no return shipping. I called them and they told me that they don't pay return shipping. Now thy are saying if I would have called they would have paid the return shipping. If that was the case how did I get a return autherization number then. I told you they are lying. They can't get there story straight

I am rejecting this response because: It is not an accurate accounting of what happened on my end. I returned to this company 2 pairs of blue compression hose as I had ordered black ones. I asked for a replacement and received only one pair back. Their position is I returned only one pair. Prior to this I had 3 conversations with employees who were most rude - one man called me an old lady. I am 80 but totally competent. I am also honest. The return process is complicated at this company which is always discouraging. I have ordered from them for several years. Loyalty, honesty, customer satisfaction, civility are totally absent from this company. I would recommend people not order from them - even though the prices are good. The company has only one aim - its own profit line.

We can not give credit on a order that has been shipped. To give the customer back there money along with keeping the item. As we advised previously the order has been shipped via USPS and has been delivered to the address the customer provided to us.

I am rejecting this response because:I was told there was no manager available until Monday, 4/4, when I called on 3/31. Please review recording of the second phone call on 3/31. The shipping I paid for was expedited, as in 2-4 business days, on 3/21. No indication was ever given that there was a manufacturing error until I called on 3/30. The company failed to communicate this until I called them. On 3/31 I still had no shipping information as promised on the 3/30 call. Which is why I called this company two days in a row. They should have overnighted the stockings and refunded my expedited shipping cost as this is their fault.

I am rejecting this response because: My [redacted] account had been set up for over a year so it has my credit card information already in there. But when I wanted to have a safe process only if I wanted to order something your site had advised me to view your product through [redacted] and that is all I was trying to do and not buy anything based upon I had not even had a chance to see the product in full detail. I will not pay for something that I did not authorize for you to do. As I stated is that I wanted a better view on the product and the size and to have a safe experience. But as I diverted to [redacted] to view your product it did not let me view, but caused a transaction to go through. By talking to my bank that is FRAUD. I did not authorize this transaction and all I want is my money back. As soon as I noticed what your company did I called immediately and asked that they cancel it and someone named [redacted] stated that I could not cancel the order. But when I hung up from him I begin to research the site for fraud, canceling and returns and it clearly stated on your site that cancellation can be done. So I called back at a different customer service number and yes [redacted] answered the call (I guess he was the only one working....sounded like fraud right there) and I gave him my number and told him that I wanted this fraudulent transaction canceled and he put me on hold for several minutes and came back and said that he could not cancel the order. So, I asked to speak to a manager and he put me on hold again for several minutes and came back and said that there were no managers there and to call back after 1pm. I immediately knew that something fishy is going on with this company and called my bank to have what they took from my account without my permission to reverse this fraud. I will not be bullied into paying for something that I did not approve. Your site is not clear to user and you need to really get your site taken down for taking honest customers money without their permission. As I stated once and I am stating again I did not Authorize you to take any money and I will not pay for something that I did not ever authorize. Wrong is wrong and your company is ever so wrong and God is not smiling down on taking innocent customers money without their permission. So all I ask is that you give me my $14.90 back and I thank you in advance. Thank you

to be clear, we manufacture zero percent of the items we sell. we are an authorized seller of a number of brands. when one of the producers sends a defective item, they handle the replacement and reshipment of the item. however, some producers do not ship items internationally and this is a charge our company (which, again, does not produce any items) has to incur. this is why we offer a reduced international shipping rate for defective items. we are already incurring some of that cost on behalf of the customer as well as the producer that made a defective item. we will still honor the reduced rate and will be happy to ship the replacement to the customer when they approve the reduced shipping charge
We sent exactly what was purchased by the customer, it is not our fault the manufacture decided to change the way the item is made, we shipped what the customer ordered, which is now made differently by the manufacture.

I am rejecting this response because:The incorrect item was entered on their end for the replacement item. It should have been closed-toe not open-toe socks. I was never asked. They said it defaults to open toe. I was told the exchange would be made. Why are they suddenly deciding not to make the change. I have emails from them asking me to confirm the replacement order. I sent it to them and they said a new pair would be sent. There was NO confirmation sent to me to confirm the right replacement item was ordered. All I want is a pair of socks I can use.

I am rejecting this response because: I had called within less than 5 minutes and then recalled again and when I called the first time to cancel the order the gentleman would not let me so when I called back with a different number it was the same gentleman that answered the phone and he stated that the order was sent out but I had to cancel that the first time because of the fraudulent activity that your company did by taking my money. Your merchandise is not what I want it so therefore you should have never taken my money. You need to make your website user friendly and not state to have a safe transaction to convert customers to [redacted] and not allow them to view transactions of the merchandise. As I stayed it several times before I was not trying to purchase anything from your site but to view the quality and size of your merchandise and to have a safe searching process. You cannot force anyone to pay for something that was not ordered or authorized that is simply against the law which is considered fraud. Your merchandise is not what I wanted and neither did I purchase it and neither did I authorize it therefore I will not accept something and pay for something that was not authorized.

In the link that the customer provided, it states that we reserve the right to honor any or deny any price matching. This was disclosed to the customer. The customer simply did not like we denied the request.
Our shipping policy clearly states that back orders ship out using the same method as requested on the order once the item is no longer back ordered. We do not manufacture any of the items we sell, as we are simply a dealer for a number of brands. Therefore back orders are out of our control. We do...
apologize for the delay, but unfortunately this situation is in fact out of our control since our company has no influence over the manufacturers' production schedules.
Tracking shows the socks were delivered, which is what the post office is saying they delivered it. If the customer did not get them, calling us will not resolve the issue as we are not the post office, call the local post office and let them know that they are saying they delivered but he does not have not us.
We can contact the manufacture to see if they can send a courtesy replacement, but tracking information shows the package was delivered thus, it is out of our hands!!!
