I am rejecting this response because: How many times do I have to say I don't want the alarm system to be installed and that I realize they will continue charging me for what? years? Because I signed up for another months with the understanding they would be moving my system to my new location for free by signing up againI didn't realize it would take them 3-weeks to be willing to move my equipmentNor the fact that they recommended that I move it or hire someone to move itNOT MY JOB to move it nor to pay anyone else to move it! I've asked that this complaint be closed out

I have received no calls from Adler concerning thisWhen I called to cancel on November 16th and was told I couldn’t the rep I was speaking with asked me what could affordI stated if I was lied to by the sales rep that came to my home and couldn’t cancel the service that $10-$monthly was the most I could do pointing out that I’d canceled my previous security system due to the cost, which was $monthlyAfter much heated discussion about the companies sales reps (Shawn Thompson) dishonesty and my very tight budget, he offered to lower the cost to $40-something, a monthly charge that I told him I couldn’t afford.
