technician was and we explained it would be about 5:when he got thereThe customer
stated they couldn’t make it at that time and asked us to reschedule the
appointment for 1/15/which we have done
Due to the facts stated above we are unable to comply
with the ***’s request to be released from the agreement

pendant had malfunctionedThe pendant was tested the very same day and showed no sign of dysfunctionHowever, to prevent additional alarms the settings were adjusted requiring that the pendant be pressed in order to activateTo our knowledge there has not been additional issues Furthermore, the other issues raised in Mr***’s letter can be solved by adjusting the settings in the alarm such as the “loud siren.” We are happy to dispatch a technician free of charge to make the necessary changes to the alarm. Mr*** also expressed displeasure regarding the terms of the contractAs a sign of good faith we are happy to discuss any necessary adjustments to better suit Ms***’s needsMr*** can reach me at 385-218-or if he would like to supply us with his number I will be happy to reach out to him.Sincerely, Brandt N*** | Alder Compliance Manager

Dear Ms***,I spoke with my manager to see what other options we have as far as getting double charged by VivintI got an approval to get a check sent out for the time your mother paid Vivint and was already with us, we will only need a bank statement showing the charges by Vivint from December-MarchAbout the install tech saying that we bought Vivint, we will speak with their manager to make sure doesn't happen. Sorry, I hit the wrong button before typing my reply last Friday. I called the repthat sold the system with questionable tactics within hour after signing the contract and told him I wanted to end the contract after I checked their charges and length of contract compared to other providersHis name was Trevor @ ###-###-####, who in turn gave me two other people Luis M*** @###-###-#### and Zachary T***They told me a reduction was coming several times over the next days.I kept telling them I wanted to cancel before the days was upI have been told everything imageable over the last monthsEverything from your bank drafts will be less to you will receive an email soon with your new ratesThey always say they will call back and I will be getting corrections, but nothing has been true All I have to show is drafts that are even more than the original contractI even called their Huntsville office number I got on the internet and got a woman that said the office was closed and they had used her cell numberI don't know if this is the culture of the overall company, or just a few from a certain area.
