I am rejecting this response because:As I previously stated, I was coached by Tyler M[redacted] on how to respond to the questions. Clearly the need to record customers' conversations is a clear indiction that Alder anticipates these kinds of challenges.  Despite my answer, I was under the impression that Alder was either affiliated to my previous service company or had been bought out by Alder. In my confusion, I answered the question as I was instructed to answer by Tyler M[redacted], who stood beside me and directed my answers. I am not interested in your offer to pay the balance of my previous contract. I want nothing to do with this dishonest and morally reprehensible company.

pendant had malfunctioned. The pendant was tested the very same day and showed no sign of dysfunction. However, to prevent additional false alarms the settings were adjusted requiring that the pendant be pressed in order to activate. To our knowledge there has not been additional issues.  Furthermore, the other issues raised in Mr. [redacted]’s letter can be solved by adjusting the settings in the alarm such as the “loud siren.” We are happy to dispatch a technician free of charge to make the necessary changes to the alarm.  Mr. [redacted] also expressed displeasure regarding the terms of the contract. As a sign of good faith we are happy to discuss any necessary adjustments to better suit Ms. [redacted]’s needs. August 17, 2017RE:  [redacted] To the Revdex.com,  Thank you for contacting us. We tried reaching Ms. [redacted] when this problem began but the number we had on file for her was no longer in service. We have no record of Ms. [redacted] trying to contact us until January of 2017...

when she filed the complaint with your office. Once contact was established we immediately arranged for a technician to be dispatched to her home at no charge. We followed up with Ms. [redacted] on 2/2/17 and she said she was happy with the service and didn’t have any questions at that time. We are willing to credit Ms. [redacted] account 4 months of service at no charge as a gesture of goodwill. However, we want to stress that we made several attempts to reach Ms. [redacted] and even reached out to her emergency contacts to try to re-establish communication. Tothe Revdex.com, Thank you for contacting us, During our research for Ms. [redacted] account regarding the contract that was left in the blue book the rep left the agreement was for reference only the agreement she signed was electronic and was Idaho specific, at the time the...

representative was at Ms. [redacted] home we require a welcome survey that contains the terms and conditions of the agreement and Ms. [redacted] confirms that she understood each item in the contract. However, we have already mailed out a check to pay off the remainder of the agreement with MONI on 2/21/2018. Ms. [redacted] has requested that we refund funds back into her account for being double billed by MONI we will refund the $166.47 via automatic checking account that we have on file.

As long as they are good to their word and live up to what is in the attached email correspondence I find a satisfactory resolution has been reached.
