The customer has been issued a refund.

A box is being sent to retrieve the customer's unit and process a refund. Once the customer receives the box, the customer puts their unit in the box, applies the return label, and ships it back to our exchange center at no-cost. Once our exchange center receives the unit, the customer will be refunded. This is what [redacted] explained to this customer yesterday. A refund will not be process until the product is sent back as instructed.We requested that [redacted] call the customer again to again explain the process. Regards,

As per our National Field Service Office, the customer's unit is being replaced.

I spoke with Ms. [redacted] and someone from our [redacted] division will be contacting her to provide a return label and return authorization to process a refund for her rice cooker.

one year parts and labor.  This camera was manufactured in 2009, making it more than six years old. We have researched this complaint and found the following:  On 11-9-2015,  rear operation buttons do
not work properly- corrosion on rear operation unit- set as abused- excessive
dust on sensor- cleaned sensor- still spots appear on pictures- dust under glass-

needs mount box $507.14 and rear operation $32.80 Plus
labor, S&H and any taxes- approx. an hour to repair-email customer.I am also attaching the pictures
taken and saved to the service job that display the reported corrosion that was
found on this unit.The customer was duly notified of the findings.  Since we have no
way to know what happened with the unit while in customer’s possession, all we
can do is report what was found at the time the unit was presented for
service. Unfortunately, due to what was found this claim is denied and the warranty is voided. We cannot be of further assistance to the customer. Repair would be at his expense.  Regards,

shipping label is not the resolution to our issue, it was only the first part of the problem. That gets the player into their hands, we don't want to cheat them, they are welcome to keep and refurbish the player and give it to someone else. But we are done with it and done dealing with this shoddy product. Now that they have the player back we want our money back. We will not continue on this merry go round with this company any longer. The resolution that will satisfy us is to have our money refunded to us.

The replacement of the unit should resolve the problem. I have not yet received direct communication from Panasonic regarding this and will inform you if they do not carry through.Thank you very much for your help in this matter.

Per our E-Commerce Department, they are sending the customer a return shipping label and will chargeback his account once the unit is received back at our warehouse. Thank you, [redacted]Consumer Affairs Dept.

It DOESN'T work! Obviously they don't have a problem sending us products that don't work seeing as this one is the third one that doesn't work! I want my money back, I'd be happy to send this back to them if they'd refund my money and send me a shippinglabel

no rational reason a return cannot be accepted. They are using their policy simply to avoid accepting a return. I ordered directly from Panasonic specifically because I expected excellent customer service. The box is unopened and I contacted Panasonic as soon as I become aware by our installer that it would not fit as a built-in as Panasonic advertised.

[redacted] was advised on 12/1 that the refund will be processed once the unit is picked up from his home.

As per our National Field Service Office, tracking no. [redacted] indicates the ETA for the part is 8/7/15. The servicer will notify customer that part will arrive by end of day today.

I sent Mr. [redacted] an email yesterday offering to have his microwave shipped to our repair depot in Anaheim Hills, CA for repair and return at no charge.  He will receive a prepaid [redacted] shipping label and be sent a box to package the unit and contact [redacted] pick up the unit for repair the very next day.  His new authorization letter is attached to case #[redacted] and also in this reply.  He can include it with his shipment. Thank you,[redacted]Executive RepresentativeTel.: ###-###-####[redacted]

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and we are processing a refund check to him in the amount of $9.95 which he will receive within two to three weeks.
