Yes very upset I have a business and one of my clients revered me to someone in their neighborhood and another person in that neighborhood trashed my business and made my yrold female client cry and there is no way I can respond to these accusation This is not fair and I am losing business I have to challenge the way you allow people to trash other business and people in other neighborhoods with no way to defend ourselvesToday nextdoor posted for replay of what is your biggest complaint about your neighborhood

No stars, I never signed upDon’t know how they got my emailAfter repeated attempts to unsubscribe, I keep getting unwanted messages from Nextdoor*** I could care less that my neighbor needs a babysitterPlease STOP!!!!!
The Nextdoor app blocks users without valid reason and his active in an impressive manner to stifle political speech and the First Amendment rights of users and infringes on the technology of the inventor *** ***The staff falsely accuse users of violating the terms of service and act oppressively against users for political reasons
My initial experience with nextdoo*** was a good oneI let neighbors know that I offered tutoring for students K-and received nice responses and ended up with great kidsHowever, that was in So CalThen I moved back to Oregon and transferred to my new neighborhood which was anything but neighborly! I was "reported" as not following guidelines which surprised me since my post was basically the sameSo I changed the wording to supposedly "fit" their criteria comparing it to other similar postsHowever, I was "reported" again and the post deleted for a second timeIn Cal the posts were about helpful info but here it is mostly political and social media tripe
There have been some unclear business policies on NextDoorEach time I have received a notice on how I can post, I post, I get reported by a lead and then it is taken downThey asked me to respond to them after Nov I finally had time to do a week ago and still have not heard a responseI opted them into sharing my database which gained them new clients and still I am placed on limited useI look to have this matter resolved with a customer service that actually resolves problems beyond putting someone on "limited use"I hope there is a resolutionPlease note that I had followed the directions of the customer service and yet missed a step and was blockedIt is important to note that I am not a business but a local piano and voice teacher who has been wrongly targeted and harassedPlease helpThank you
Deactivating my accountWe have a mentally defective man that is allowed by nextdoor to threaten, bully and mock neighbors and they refuse to ban himThey removed a comment I made asking him to stop challenging me to a physical fight over yard signs, but left all of his upThey also left all his comments up that were mocking a recently broken into neighbors houseHe claimed they "deserved it for being liberals"When it was pointed out no one deserved this, no matter their political leanings, all the messages were removed apart from hisDisgusting
With the addition of the real estate section to Nextdoo***...this organization has lost all credibility for me as a community developer...and since they provide no phone # or other ways to contact them...this is the only way I have discovered to register my complaint...As someone who has recruited almost neighbors to this site, I am ashamed now to be associated with them! Give them less than a one star
TERRIBLE! Insead of bringing neighbors together, NextDoor allows rudeness and private messages of thinly veiled yet clever rude ppl and when reporying thiose ppl you get BOOTED OFF with NO warning and NO REPLY at all! NONE! PLS NOTE that they can and do view your "private' msgs
My experience was like many who had a bad experience The moderator has a clique, like High School, and they control everything, and they all gang up on those they don't like I had multiple posts removed concering political issues in my city When petitioned to find out why, I was given the flimsiest of reasons, yet, I would see similar posts meeting the same so-called violations and those posts stayed because they wer part of the clique STAY AWAY unless you want to risk getting deleted for speaking your opinion
This site is very helpful to me and my familyWe read about good and bad things alike that we would otherwise not know aboutI have not encountered any mean or rude leadsOn several occasions, we got great deals on items from neighbors who were selling/giving things awayYou can adjust the number of emails you get, so you don't have to be bombarded with emails and participation is voluntaryThis site is free and I'm grateful to the people who volunteer to run itMost notifications I get are about pets, and I'm not a pet person, but that is definitely not enough to annoy me or give this site anything but a positive reviewI understand those neighbors are just trying to look out for their furry friends or warn about aggressive pets
Let me start with saying I am totally confused as to how Revdex.com rates Nextdoor with an A+ when of reviews written are negativeSecondly let me say that it is of my opinion that Nextdoor was created solely to give second chance to those who were not fortunate enough to become HOA police, they can now be Nextdoor policeIf anyone gets a bit butt hurt from the truth being spoken on Nextdor, The Nextdoor Police will come to the rescue

I own a rental property that is vacantFor the past week I have been emailing customer service because I get an error when I try to sign upI own the property and have a right to sign up for next doorThe incompetent customer service keeps sending me the link that errors outWhen I call the corporate headquarters, they refer me back to the incompetent customer service I have wasted a couple hours on this
This website decided to suspend my account without warning and then told me they had communicated this with me when they hadntThey suspended me saying I was using a nickname for my account and not a full name - although this was not a requirement when I first signed upThey stated their intent was to be a safe and open place, but then I was trying to be safe by using a nickname instead of my full name, they then proceeded to kick me off of their site despite me revealing all of my personal infoI then wrote to company and asked them to use my full name and provided it go them, and they then ignored me and continued to suspend my account despite multiple attempts at communication with them and no response
