This app/website is THE WORST for getting proper help Even after claiming my local business and getting recommendations, it tells me that I cannot post because I don't have recoommendations When you try to contact them NO ONE gets back to you It's a great site for keeping in touch with neighbors, but in order to actually get proper help, it's like pulling teeth I've been a member of this app for months now, and they're doing NOTHING to improve their comminications It totally stinks
I used Nextdoor for several months and posted video surveillance of crime and suspicious activity around my home to warned the neighborhood, then I noticed that my post were getting deleted, and eventually I could not post any more, only viewnow I'm totally banned, I cannot even see any posts So, without any warning or reason given I tried to reach out to costumer service, but hey are deaf ears
