The company states the charges are justified with informationFirst of all, I changed no information from what I had originally told them until THEY suggested I move the pickup point to a more urban location to expedite a carrier accepting the transport because I needed the vehicle picked up ASAPI agreed to accept delivery at a location minutes from where I originally wanted at THEIR request for driver convenience and they did not adjust the priceAs for dispatching multiple carriers, none of them would accept the transport and therefore did not get paid so there would be no expense to the companyI stand by the fact I received no service and was charged $for nothingIn their response they compare the fee to a cancelation fee at a hotel or something but the difference is, you are told up front from a hotel that if you cancel within a certain time frame you will be charged because there is no time to resell the room but in this case, they are out nothing from the cancellationLastly, my biggest issue is the sneaky dishonest tactics that were used to get me to list with them obviously knowing that the final outcome would be increased costs and time from what was told to move the vehicle and if you try and use alternative means because you are on to what they are doing, they are going to charge you an arbitrary fee for doing nothingThe ironic part of this is their "salesman"(scammer) told me I should never have to pay a fee if nothing was transported when he got to switch with them and told me Allegiant would never charge anyone if they didn't get the vehicle shippedWhat a bunch of bull%$@# and unfortunately I believed himAt least the company he told me was a scam refunded my money when they didn't ship my vehicle and I cancelled with themI would say this makes Allegiant a bigger scam company than the one they told me wasIt is too bad as I did ship a vehicle through them once without issueLuckily a carrier picked up the vehicle for the original price I was quotedIf they had simply refunded my money or not charged me originally for doing nothing, I wouldn't have been happy but would not feel the need to make others aware of their promises and misrepresentationHopefully this keeps others from falling prey to this scam and prevents others from losing their hard earned money

I am attaching screen shots that prove that they made a mistake by dispatching and charging me days before the set day The first attachement is an email confirmation dated March *** 2017, were allegiant confirm the starting day the car would be picked up: "on or after 03/**/17."the second attachment is an email signed by Matthew G*** on March *** were they confirmed that money had been withdrawn from by bank accountMarch *** not March *** as the previous email stated.the third is a text conversation I had with Michael (as I explained on my last Revdex.com response)He acknowledge that it was dispatched on the wrong day and told me to disregardHe then asked me if my car was still going to be available on SaturdayService that then was never provided.Because Allegiant withdrew money from my bank account days before the march ***, and a service was never provided on or after the set day, I demand a refund of the amount charged.

Very pleasedOnce Allegiant found a driver, the process was fastTook days to ship, Florida to ColoradoI recommend being proactiveCall them immediately to setup everything and specify what you're looking for, timeframe, and be adamant about pickup and drop-off locationsDo the same with the driver once you're paired with them, if there's a problem, contact Allegiant and they will find another driver who willCommunication could be better all around, but happy with the turnout

While they state my account of the issues at hand are incorrect, this is not the truth as my written complaint was wholly accurate and can be verified by others that were with me at the time of the phone call, and with copies of the email correspondence from 12/**/16. While there is nothing that can be done at this point to "resolve" the issue, their reply just proves the point that they truly don't care about their customers. Regardless, at this point there is nothing further that can be done, the complaint will be on record and I guess there is nothing else that can be accomplished since they are unwilling to admit fault, or even a basic apology for their actions or responses. I never said I did not enter my information, I stated that I did. The issue at hand was the repeated phone calls, even after asking them to not call me, and the horrendous attitude that I received both over the phone, and it written correspondence with them on 12/**/16.

This is literally the worst experience as a consumer ever in the U.SAfter signing the contact, they will arise the price and told you the driver asked for it, which is NOT TRUE! Then you said you won't accept this unreasonable price arise, ok, the agent told you that then you could wait without any guarantee of the next driver or you could cancel it without any trouble! There is little time left for my moving, so I cancel itThen, a large amount of cancellation fee comes to my credit account !!! When you argue with the agent, they will tell you it's all in that five-page contact! Even though they never mention it personally! They never warn you about any fee! The suggestion is, read the terms again and again, no matter how busy you are, and never believe what they told you via the phone (no charge of the credit card guarantee is a joke!) READ THE TERMS !

Attached are three documents:1) The Bill of Lading - this is the receipt from time of delivery of car in NJAt center of page you can see the mileage at time of pick up and time of deliveryCar was driven miles, but my contract with Allegiant indicates car would not be driven AT ALL, but would travel only on a trailer.2) Sunpass activity ledger (this is the toll payment program in FL, where the car was picked up). 3) The toll violation from EZ pass (attachments_It appears the car was driven through the Lincoln tunnel on 9/*/at 3:41pmThe car was delivered to us on 9/** at 6:15pm - THEREFORE IT IS CLEAR THE DRIVER WAS USING/DRIVING THE CAR (not on the truck) ON THE DAY PRIOR TO DELIVERYThe violation totals $54.75. I wish to be compensated for tolls used on Sunpass activity ledger and EZ-pass violation, as well as for mileage used

To whom it may concern, We appreciate this claim and we would like the opportunity to respondAllegiant exhausts a great deal of time, energy, and resources into brokering deals for transportation, which all come at a great cost to our companyWe strongly feel this claim should be presented

I would like to address
this complaint in regards to both issuesAs I write this email I just got off the phone with the customer to apologize for the confusion on pricing and the disrespectful behavior he experienced over the phone. In regards to price adjustments, well, there really isn't much Allegiant can do on this matterAs per my conversation with the customer, all of his suggestions to avoid a pricing issue have already been implementedIn fact, we have always made it clear to customers within our terms and conditions or uShip terms on our profile page that prices do adjust fastUnfortunately this is the nature of our industryIf we price customers too high then we can't acquire any customers and we will never surviveIf we price customers too low then no truck driver will accept our loads and we will never be able to execute any shipmentsThis is the catch which we can never avoidNevertheless, the customer did indeed pay $more for the shipment than what we quotedWe tried to respectfully educate the customer about pricing, but this is difficult when we are dealing with multiple customers a day, all of whom demand certain ratesAs for the disrespect over the phoneI expressed this to the customer already on the phone and I will reiterate my views in this emailThis behavior is never acceptableI almost find it hard to believeWe have a strict policy on ethics and a code of conductFurthermore I am the only owner of Allegiant and I would never say this to a customerI am afraid the customer was frustrated with the entire pricing situation and/or confused by the responses he has received after dealing with multiple brokers, but what's for certain is that Allegiant Auto Logistics has only one owner, myself, and this behavior would never be committed by me or by any employee on my behalfIf this did in fact occur from an Allegiant employee we are willing to consider any possible solution to rectify the situation.
