Allegiant Auto Logistics Reviews (134)

I can't say it enough - allegiant was extremely helpful. The entire process is so painful when one wants to find a decent transport company. So many brokers would call and claim they were different or better or cheaper, but they are mostly just aggressive sales people looking for a customer. Allegiant was far different. They weren't pushy at all in the beginning. They carefully answered all of my questions and made the entire process as simple as possible. The driver they chose for me was superb. I'm so happy I chose this company!

[redacted]

We are terribly sorry you had a poor experience and your vehicle was stolen. Due to the fact that we have spent countless hours on this case, Allegiant will credit you or any referral $500 in broker fees. That's right, $500 in credit for future shipments. I hope the insurance company finds resolution to this matter immediately. We are very happy to hear nobody was injured during this incident.

Thank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]That is a flat out LIE! Allegiant has not made one single attempt to resolve this outside of the Revdex.com. To this day and from the start Allegiant has not once called me or returned any of my many calls. They never once explained why they did not pick up my vehicle if they as they said dispatched a driver! I called Garland Sea transport and they contacted Old School Restorations and arranged a pick up time and then dispatched a driver and picked up my vehicle within 48 hours and delivered in another 48 hours with only one phone call. That is how its done! All Allegiant did was post it for any drivers in the area and the only two that inquired about the pickup could not accommodate as THEY CHOOSE not to wait!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[our Answer Here]   I hired Allegiance to haul a ford 150 truck from Oregon to ohio , Allegiance then brokered the job to [redacted]. [redacted] picked up the truck from who I purchased it from, Goeff P[redacted]s.[redacted] hauled the truck on a single truck or a single trailer to his storage yard, then told me he could not haul it any further. I then called Allegiance to see why not, allegiance , Tony, Dispatch, said he would work on it. Eventually ,[redacted] said they could haul it. The driver for [redacted], Rob, said he had no trouble with it, But that Victor would not release the truck to Rob unless he got money for hauling it , The $400.00 that is in question. My truck was basically held in impound, rob The driverhad a schedule to follow. So basically I in no way shape or form hired [redacted]. Allegiance auto did, therefoe they are liable for the $400.00. My contact was with Allegiance transport not [redacted]. Once again Rob from [redacted] had no trouble with any weight matters or lenghth matters, he knew how to load it properly on a multicar hauler and that's how I received it. Rob & myself. we had the truck unloaded within minutes with no trouble or complication.  Thank you, [redacted]

Attached are three documents:
1) The Bill of Lading - this is the receipt from time of delivery of car in NJ. At center of page you can see the mileage at time of pick up and time of delivery. Car was driven 126 miles, but my contract with Allegiant indicates car would not be driven AT ALL, but would travel only on a trailer.
2) Sunpass activity ledger (this is the toll payment program in FL, where the car was picked up).
3) The toll violation from EZ pass (2 attachments_. It appears the car was driven through the Lincoln tunnel on 9/*/16 at 3:41pm. The car was delivered to us on 9/** at 6:15pm - THEREFORE IT IS CLEAR THE DRIVER WAS USING/DRIVING THE CAR (not on the truck) ON THE DAY PRIOR TO DELIVERY. The violation totals $54.75.

I wish to be compensated for tolls used on Sunpass activity ledger and EZ-pass violation, as well as for mileage used.

Allegiant strongly disagrees with this position [redacted] is taking and we appreciate the opportunity to rebuke his remarks. [redacted]s argument is inherently flawed and unwarranted due to the following reason; the customer did in fact receive services rendered by our company - our company dispatched...

multiple car carriers to pick up the vehicle. Also, the customer modified the shipping details multiple times without warning, which caused delays and disruption and prolonged the pick up process. In fact, Allegiant has successfully shipped vehicles for this customer in the past. It's unfortunate, but this rating inaccurately reflects the way our company treats our customers and conducts our operations. The justification for a cancellation fee is the cost applied by Allegiant and our carrier exhausting resources for the sake of serving [redacted] or any customer at that matter. No different than a hotel or flight accommodation our company does assess a cancellation fee if the customer cancels with no warning and within a designated time frame. Our policies are set according to the industry standards and there is nothing unique or original about our policies. Again, just as if one booked a hotel room at a hotel or airplane ticket, then cancelled on the day of the booking, there will be a fee. We also offered this customer a credit in the value of our cancellation fee to highlight our integrity, meanwhile Allegiant is still responsible to reimburse our carrier for their loss. Nonetheless, Allegiant was willing to take this loss in order to satisfy this repeat customer. It's unfortunate [redacted] is displaying such rigor and passion to inaccurately highlight our company on the internet, but we strongly believe most customers understand the transparency of the internet and the overwhelming positive reviews our Allegiant has received. To all of our future customers, we appreciate [redacted]s feedback and we will do everything we can to improve our service for you. Please notice the 500+ positive reviews our company has received within a two year window and please don't let one loud voice create any negative influence on your decision making process.

[redacted]  We would be more than happy to provide the carrier's insurance information. This happen from time to time. Yes, mistakes happen in our industry. Transportation comes with mistakes, as one may imagine. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience....

###-###-####. Thank you kindly,Allegiant Support Team

To whom it may concern, We appreciate this claim and we would like the opportunity to respond. Allegiant exhausts a great deal of time, energy, and resources into brokering deals for transportation, which all come at a great cost to our company. We strongly feel this claim should be presented...

towards an insurance company specialized in these matters, not our firm. Allegiant must adhere to our designed policies in order to sustain our business through the years and continue to serve future and existing customers. The order form is clear in regards to these situations. Although the situation is unfortunate, Allegiant cannot afford to pay for mistakes and mishaps beyond our company's control. When the claim is directly reflective of Allegiant's behavior we will certainly stand up and own our mistakes and reimburse the customer or rectify the situation in a professional and diplomatic way. Again, only when Allegiant is directly involved in the case or to blame for the matter. Please see the attached order form, which should further defend our claim, and carefully consider our position.  Thank youAllegiant

I am attaching 3 screen shots that prove that they made a mistake by dispatching and charging me days before the set day.  The first attachement is an email confirmation dated March [redacted] 2017, were allegiant confirm the starting day the car would be picked up: "on or after 03/**/17."the second attachment is an email signed by Matthew G[redacted] on March [redacted] were they confirmed that money had been withdrawn from by bank account. March [redacted] not March [redacted] as the previous email stated.the third is a text conversation I had with Michael (as I explained on my last Revdex.com response). He acknowledge that it was dispatched on the wrong day and told me to disregard. He then asked me if my car was still going to be available on Saturday. Service that then was never provided.Because Allegiant withdrew money from my bank account days  before the march [redacted], and a service was never provided on or after the set day, I demand a refund of the amount charged.

Yes to all who looking to transport a Vechile with allegiant logistic, THINK TWICE... Very unprofessional, rude, and charge me twice $299.00 total of $598.00 for services that was never render to me . I cancel with them within 24 hours and still they charge me, I call my credit card company and they reverse the charges back to my account... Be very very careful with this outfit...

I asked for my car to be shipped before Sunday march the [redacted] and they never gave me a solution for that. I stopped their service once they told me they couldn't deliver a services.  There was never a reason for me to "change my mind multiple times" as they say. So that's a complete lie. The money they charged me ($259.99) was a mistake committed by them, as I was charged 5 days before the stipulated pickup date.  No service was EVER provided! Ever! So I demand a refund of the amount previously mentioned.

Allegiant has already made several attempts on and off the Revdex.com platform in hopes to resolve this customers issues. We have exhausted all of our options and we have no further responses to give. Thank you for your time.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]
First of all, the attachment was blank. In addition, the refund and cancellation policy does not clearly cover situations like mine. Section C clearly states all
cancellations have to be requested “in writing via email sent to [redacted].  Allegiant
does not accept or honor cancellations made via phone call. The subject line of
the e-mail must read “Cancellation” otherwise Allegiant cannot honor the
cancellation.” There is no e-mail where I cancelled my shipment. Finally, section E further asserts, "If a Customer decides to cancel the shipping order after a Carrier has been assigned, $299.00 or deposit, whichever is greater, will be assessed..."Again, I DID NOT cancel my order... In Joyce's response to me she claims that I cancelled my order. I challenge anyone in the business to find a correspondence where I asked for services not to be rendered. This is not a matter for an insurance company to settle, it's a matter of poor customer service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
If manager's name wasn't Josh, then it was John (my mistake). I spoke with the manager at Allegiant by phone and he agreed the evidence indicated the carrier DID USE MY CAR IN A WAY NOT ALLOWED BY THE CONTRACT, INCLUDING DRIVING IT 126 MILES AND THROUGH TOLLS IN FLORIDA AND LINCOLN TUNNEL. I have called the police and they will take the claim, calling this "illegal taking". Please see attached email messages with the manager at Allegiant. I NEVER requested to be fully reimbursed for the shipment. Rather, I requested compensation for used tolls and mileage. I hoped to reconcile this matter nicely; never wishing to take it to Revdex.com and certainly not to the police. I gave Allegiant more than sufficient time to make this right.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

1. A carrier is blacklisting our vehicles due to this disruption. In other words, our reputation is threatened for dispatching bad loads to carriers.
My other vehicle was picked up without incident, therefore, I am unsure how this pertains to me.
2. Any insurance company is better positioned to reimburse the customer for this amount than Allegiant due to the scale and scope of their business. Our services have been rendered and the cost of operating and handling of the customer will not be reimbursed to our company although we still performed our agreed upon duty.
This has nothing to do with an insurance company, however, this has everything to do with a poorly written refund policy.
3. Allegiant is willing to credit the customer twice the dollar amount in future shipment(s). This credit can be applied to the customer or any referral, friend or family member.
I will not be conducting any other business with this company. Nor will I encourage my friends and family members to do so. A credit is not desired. I would like a refund as requested.
4. We implement our policies in order to remain operational. Our ultimate obligation is to not only serve our customers, but our partners and our employees; to sustain ourselves for the long term. We have strict policies in order to do so. Please understand our position. We are wrongly accused for any misconduct and the insurance company involved should resolve this matter.
Please state Allegiant's "strict" policy. I have yet to be advised of what this policy states, other that what I previously outlined in my               response.

Great transport company they shipped my vehicle seamlessly would definitely recommend and would use again. Thanks allegiant

Thank you [redacted] for your feedback. We are continuously looking to improve our service and the only way to enhance our customers' experience is by honest criticism of where we may have dropped the ball or missed an opportunity to be truly great. After reading your review there are a few holes in your...

argument and details we must point out. We acquired [redacted] as a customer on 6/*/16 and within 48 hours secured a carrier to pick up his vehicle. The carrier made multiple calls to both the customer on pick up and delivery (this is typical protocol and Allegiant is not seeking support for this basic action), which slightly contradicts the story [redacted] is telling. Allegiant made a strong effort to serve this customer, but it was very difficult due to the customer's changing demands and lack of flexibility with scheduling. Attached is the order history and order form. [redacted] agreed to our terms of service. Allegiant worked hard to secure multiple carriers. Allegiant lived up to our agreement.  Thank you,Allegiant
