Like the service provided; usually have someone available would recommend getting an appointment in advance if you can. Usually I have a spur of the moment situation and they have always come through.

Technician (Elijah) was prompt, courteous, donned shoe slippers at our entry, and conducted himself very professionally.

Just had some electrical work done in my home. Trey S. from Allgood did a fantastic job, very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone needign electrical work done.

Upon reviewing the positive ratings on Revdex.com, we decided to hire Allgood services for our HVAC ductwork modification. However, the company did a horrible job with our work and never sent a final bill for payment. Bill was expected to be around $100 per conversation with one of their own employees, only to find out through COLLECTIONS that bill was whopping $2000. I contacted Allgood for the final invoice but they're unwilling to provide that with a reason being "we don't have time to put a complete bill together." How can someone justify charging and going through collections without any bill? I asked for a labor and materials to be identified, but they did not want to provide that either. Then I requested for a before & after photos of the work they did, but obviously they did not do that as well. Our experience with Allgood has been AllBAD. The customer service lady just hung up on me when I requested the detailed bill. Very unprofessional. They also said that "we're charging you for our knowledge and you wouldn't understand that since you don't have enough technical knowledge" when none of that was included in the initial quote. These guys are unethical and would advice to not do any business with them. They are taking advantage of the elderly and ruining people's credit. Bottom line, Allgood does not bill for what they did. They bill for highest amount they think they can get out of the customer. Stay away.

Terry H with Allgood Plumbing and Electric did an amazing job locating the source of our plumbing issues and correcting them. He was able to schedule and coordinate all the necessary contractors to come to our house so the additional work needed could be completed the very next day. He was very professional and did an excellent job!

He was originally hired to help with a power outage in a couple of rooms in our house, but he stayed behind to check for any other problems and was able to fix a few things. He showed us that we needed new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, so we hired him to come back and install them.

We just recently purchased our first home and thought we needed a new electrical outlet installed in our laundry room. So we completed an online quote request off of the Revdex.com website. Within 5-10 mins a customer service rep named Malcolm reached out to us. We were a little uneasy at first because their company policy is not to give price quotes over the phone. However, Malcolm indicated they do this because an electrician needs to see exactly what customer's expect to be done. They also need to see what a customer's current electrical connections are before determining a price for a job. Although, they do waive their service fee if repairs are done the same day an electrician comes to your home. Due to the quick response to our quote request, the politeness of Malcom, and being a good standing Revdex.com member we decided to give them a try. Our electrical technician Garth N. was on time and professional. He was very open about different options we had to meet our electric needs or wants. What we thought we needed which was an extra electrical outlet wasn't even the best for our needs. With Garth N. help we were able to instead have a current outlet in our laundry area updated. His recommendation was not only cheaper but it fit our electrical needs for that space even better! We were so pleased by Garth N. and his work, ALLGOOD's quick response time, and Malcolm's politeness that will definitely use them again in the future! We also feel comfortable recommending them to others. ALLGOOD being a Revdex.com member definitely helped us consider them as well.

We are new to Kennesaw area. And had used a couple of other similar business. But they do not even compare to Allgood. So if you are looking for a good plumber/electician. Allgood is defiantly somebody you can trust.
