Jonathan D. did an excellent job of repairing two low pressure faucets, one leaking faucet and installing a new hot water heater. Jonathan is very personable and very
professional at his job. Besides his knowledge of plumbing practices he always wore shoe protectors every time he entered into the house. He followed up with the owner and made sure everything was completed as requested. Great Job! This is my second time using Allgood Plumbing and I will not hesitate to use them again. I also enrolled in their reasonably priced service plan for Plumbing, HVAC and Electric.

From the initial call to ALLGOOD PLUMBING, to the departure of Mark, the experience was first class -- the best we have had with a plumbing service in over 50 years. The receptionist was helpful, professional and efficient. Mark (the Plumber) arrived precisely at the time of the agreed upon appointment. He surveyed the project; went to work; fixed the project; and deeply respected the property. All of this was accomplished with VERY reasonable rates.

The price for the plumbing repair was double the other estimate we had received. The other estimate included warranty as well, but we were stuck with allgood as we had purchased a coupon online.

Owning a business that relies on water requires a great plumber. We have found that with Gareth at Allgood plumbing. No matter what the circumstance, how big or small, he is always amazing, courteous, and very professional. I use him for my business as well as my home, and I highly recommend him. I hired Allgood Plumbing via Angies List to install a new garbage disposal. The plumber, Jonathan, was right on time and very courteous and professional. He installed the garbage disposal as expected and confirmed it was working correctly. Additionally, he did a standard water pressure check and found that mine was much higher than it should be. He recommended changing out the plumbing that controlled the water pressure, and I agreed to his doing that work as well. This would have been something I would never have caught on my own. I am pleased with the work that was done and would recommend and use Allgood again.

I have used Allgood Plumbing many times. They arrive on time, assess the problem, give an estimate of price. Even if I think fixing plumbing issues is too high....the plumbers that work for Allgood are very competent and do a great job, clean up any mess made and stick with the job until it is done. I also know that if there is a problem with any work they have done, they will come back and make it right.

Excellent customer service with the office late on a Friday night when our water heater bit the dust. Service rep[redacted] came out even later! He checked everything out, made recommendations, we talked it over, and he came back on Sunday morning to get it all installed. It was a tough job in tight spot, but he had it wrapped up by the evening. Great guy! Allgood truly means it when they say 24x7. This was our second experience with Allgood. The first one was excellent as well.

Fast. Competent. Courteous. Reasonable.

Had leaking tub drain. Hated to have to pay someone but knew 2 people would be easier, one above and one working below. Brent was great to work with. If I had a complaint, it would that I told them up front what the problem was and still had to go get parts. Need to keep better inventory of parts, glue, tape, etc. on truck.

This was our second time hiring Allgood. The first time was WONDERFUL and this time was just an opportunity to reinforce our confidence in their honesty and integrity. Gareth has been our service tech both times and we could not be more pleased. We would recommend this company highly to anyone who needs the services of a plumber and who wants to be treated fairly.

We had Andrew out to our business to do some electrical work. I am real pleased with the quality of work performed and the honesty of the technician. They did everything that was quoted with no problems.

My water heater had broken down over the weekend. I had three companies come over and quote me for the replacement of the water heater. All of them had contradicting information and they were all looking to rip me off by adding a few things which was not at all required.
I read good reviews on Allgood on various Internet sites and contacted them. Right from my first contact until the last email after the work was done, I was treated like a how a customer should be. Tiffany and Frannie * were great at customer service and provided a very clear picture of the service offerings.

The technician who did the actual replacement was James ** James was highly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He had answer for any question I had. I was happy to get a great service at a competitive price !

I'll use Allgood again for any other service in future for sure !
