We are new to Kennesaw area. And had used a couple of other similar business. But they do not even compare to Allgood. So if you are looking for a good plumber/electician. Allgood is defiantly somebody you can trust.

The Allgood technician (James) was very personable and seemed to do a good job. The cost was $327.50 to replace a copper tee. I think the price was too high for this repair. (Someone please correct me if I am wrong on thinking the price was too high.) (From the invoice:"Repair 1/2" or 3/4" Copper Line exposed up to 1' no warranty on well system with copper".)

Paul H with allgood just left my home after installing recessed lights in my kitchen. Paul was excellent to work with. Super friendly, patient and professional. He helped pick the lighting solution best for my application and worked with me on the layout and then completed the installation. He also went out of his way to minimize the number of holes that had to be drilled to connect all the lights.\r\n\r\nHe did the work thoroughly and efficiently and did it for the provided price quote.\r\n\r\nPaul and Allgood were excellent to work with.

Had an urgent plumbing issue and was referred to Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Cooling, I called them and they responded the same day. The Technician that came out was very professional and by the next day the issue was repaired.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Allgood. Dino [redacted] and his assistant were so nice and were able to find the water leak problem and correct it. Also, when I placed a call to Allgood, I actually talked to a live person and did not get a recording. That was really a refreshing experience. I would definitely recommend Allgood plumbing to everyone.

I had a issue with my toilet so I called Allgood Plumbing and Electric. They sent out Daniel and I could't be more pleased. Daniel was friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. He completed the job in a very timely and efficient manner and I am very pleased with the results. Overall, my experience with Daniel and Allgood was great and exceeded my expectations.

During a previous service with Allgood, we had a very positive experience with our technician. He was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. So, when we had another plumbing need, we called again.

We were informed very clearly of the fee charged for the technician visiting. My husband - who was home at the time of the service - was also clearly informed of the price of the repair - $550 (though not in writing). Soon after work began, the technician informed my husband that the cement surrounding the work area would need to be broken up. There was no disclosure of additional fees communicated.

When the service was complete, the technician informed my husband of the price. He was shocked to see an additional $750 more for the cement break up. To be fair, the technician did call his manager to discuss the complication; the manager agreed to lower the fee for that portion to $350. I suppose, if anything, we should be thankful for this consideration.

Once that was settled, my husband paid the technician and signed the invoice, which bound us in writing that the service fees were quoted before the work was performed; for us, this was partially true and partially false.

I acknowledge that my husband's signing this releases the company from any fault. However, we were disappointed with the neglect of communicating more clearly such a large additional amount for work that was being performed. Had we known, we would have - at a minimum - obtained a second quote from a competitor before agreeing to have Allgood complete work that day.

Great service with straight forward and fair pricing.

Allgood Plumbing & Electric and its plumbing technician Jonathan came to our home to replace our garbage disposal. Jonathan was personable, technically proficient and professional. He explained everything as he went along and had our new disposal installed in no time. He is a very personal and professional young man who we would refer to anyone who needed plumbing help.

Ken with Allgood Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a pressure reducing valve for our house and replaced the hot water heater. Ken made sure that the job was done right and made some improvements to the set up - in line vent. He also solved the issue with the squealing pipes by replacing the fill valves on 2 toilets. Since the other technicians had replaced a pressure valve on the old water heater, which was 10 yrs old and cost us $380 and the whole water heater really just needed to be replaced, Ken didn't charge us for the thermal expansion tank and installation since we had paid for a service that he didn't feel that we really needed at that time.

Kenneth ** came out to do a plumbing inspection. He was nice and explained everything he was checking and suggested some reasonable changes and left me additional information to think about. Very nice guy!

Chad English from Allgood plumbing and electric did a great job assessing the condition of my HVAC unit. He made recommendations that highlights short term and long term solutions to the issue he found without feeling pressured to make an immediate decision. He is very knowledgeable and thorough.

Allgood customer service reminded me of my appointment, and was very courteous . The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He performed the service I asked for and then some, at no additional price. I will continue to use Allgood for my HVAC needs.
