I am rejecting this response...

because: I would like all my money refunded, after being told multiple times my account had be deactivated, and still charged, and when calling back multiple times,  this has taken much of my time and I would like a refund for all the minutes I used trying to accomplish anything other than being lied to. Sincerely,

We have contacted the customer to explain the situations.   The customer's June...

payment did not process which cancelled the service.  When the customer signed up again (with
an updated payment method) during June he received the month of June for free
but that reset his payment date to the 1st of the month along with
all others who took the June Free Promotion (billing date was clearly stated
on the offer).  Customer has been
billed on the 1st of the month ever since.  
We have notified the customer that we will move his next payment date to January 3, 2016 but
we cannot refund overdraft fees as it was the customers own actions of taking
us up on the Free month of June that moved his billing date to the 1st
of the month (essentially deferring his billing by 1 month).

I was contacted through email on Friday and was told the amounts have been voided out of the system. After that I was told it would take 24 hours from Friday for me to see the funds on my credit card. At this time I still have a pending status on the charges of a hundred dollars and 86 cents. Although I was given a credit of $100 I still and waiting from my money.

This account has been reviewed and confirmed due to technical issues, customer is unable to watch the network.  Customer has been charged $19.99 in total (9.99 on May 3rd and $9.99 on June 3rd).  WWE is willing to cancel and refund the $19.99 that was charged to the account.  Two...

attempts have been made to contact customer, but customer has been unavailable.  Another attempt will be made today.

I am some what dismayed by the two sentence response from the business that...

provides no information as to a timeframe or how I will be contacted or by whom. I have an open compliant with the ** Attorney General's Office in the event this is just another attempt by the business to not respond as they have done a number of times in the past. Given the fact that I have 7 days to respond and only two choices, I guess I do not have a choice.

I contacted WWE Network in hopes to resolve a tech issue with the resolution I have been having upon logging on, the rep I spoke with was unable to resolve my issue. I asked to speak to supervisor after falling all commands except waiting extensively on the phone to see if the resolution cleared up after trying other attempts to correct issue. I am still currently on hold in silence I believe the rep hung up due to he didn't state sir hold on while I search for a supervisor. I am extremely upset and disappointed at the lack of service and problem solving approach/professionalism I have received. The WWE NETWORK has denies to issue me a refund from what the rep stated WWE if a no refund business. Due to the tech issues and lack of professionalism I have decided to cancel and will reverse and charges that occurred this month if a refund is not issued thank you.
